I ordered a couple of adorable sweaters two months ago, with expedited shipping. Not but two days later, they were already "shipped". One month later, I sent a ticket wondering where my sweaters were. The responder actually told me "Try to be a little more patient". Slightly offended, but okay. Another month later and they're still not here! I live in Texas, sweater weather is already over! As adorable as these sweaters are, shipping with Taobao takes less time. I will never be ordering from SheIn again.

I ordered cosmetics from SHEIN. Horrible experience! SHEIN customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. They will not answer emails. They will give you a continual run around. They even told me they didn't have a record of my order in a electronic generated email. After two weeks of trying to get a return label, I finally discover you can't return cosmetics for the correct shade. There are very few items they will allow you to return or replace. Do Not waste your time ordering from this company!

I've been buying from this site a while now and the main draw is the quality compared to the price. They have a vast selection at very low prices. My recent purchase was the ruched jacket which seems to be only available at sheinside. The price was simply amazing for a jacket of such quality. It was shipped out fast and upon receiving it, I was once again content with the value this site offers. Even at discount prices, all the sizes I needed were in stock where they're are usually out of stock elsewhere. This is a great site if you want to fill up your wardrobe without digging too deep into your pockets.

I'm so annoyed, I really liked the products on the site but after seeing how poor the shipping process is i am definitely staying away until its improved upon. Sheinside provides cool service. I ordered two rain coats for my self by considering there available size options and the measurements went cool when the coats arrived they were fully according to my measurements and they shipped them in almost 5 days which i think is pretty cool time for delivery. The prices were great as compared to any other offline or online store. One more thing is i had no problem while tracking my order and the customer support was also efficient. The overall experience with sheinside is cool and in future if i need something i'll order from them
I have ordered several items on multiple occasions from shein and have always received my items with no issues. I do not recommend purchasing jewelry, but the clothing has never disappointed me. They provide pictures of customers on some items, so if you are hesitant, read the reviews and view the photos. I recently ordered seven items and after a week, I received an email from shein informing me that my order was still processing and they gave me shein points, which equals credit at the store. I didn't email inquiring about my order... they contacted me. I am a true shopper and I will continue to shop on shein for quality clothing merchandise.
This is my SECOND review. It is a follow up to the first review for the same order. Let me start off by saying that shein contacted me explaining the delays (the dress was out of stock) and asking if there was anything they could do to improve their service (how about just send me my dresses?). Well, within a week, I received a tracking number. That would be great except that it has been 16 days now and that tracking number is "anticipating shipment date". Meaning, a tracking number has been created but the shipment has not gone out because they want you to think they shipped it out. Wonderful. Actually, no. Deceptive. Manipulative. Unethical. Give me back my money, damn it.

My order took a month to get here. When I received it, one item was missing and it's been hell trying to get a refund. No one at this company actually speaks English, it seems. They keep asking me to "take pictures" of the items I did receive. Why can't they look my order up in their system? This has been the most bizarre online shopping experience I've ever had.

I've never come across a situation like this where a company like this literally has no customer service phone number and not even an active chat line... which they say they have. This store truly exceeded my expectations! It was something that i never expect from an online store but they truly outdid themselves. They had so much variety and sizes for all types of girls! The staff was super friendly and helpful with every step of the way! I cant wait to do another oop up!
If you want to know the truth about these types of fast fashion such as Shein, Zaful, wish, and other fast fashion brands that are really cheap and seem like you found the perfect online shopping store, listen to this. These incredibly low prices appear to be helping you out by saving you some money and getting a cute swimsuit or top but have you ever thought about the people who work really hard to earn money by selling clothing and other items on here? There are people who have almost no money at all who are working their butts off to make one dollar. That's right. With low prices like these, there is no way for a brand to make money unless they pay their employees almost nothing. The people working so very hard to earn some food for themselves are not getting paid nearly enough money to sustain themselves. It is not ethical in any way so please do not order from this brand or any other really cheap, fast fashion brands who have not come clean about what goes on behind the screen.

Never had a problem with this site! Have half my clothes from here and all decent quality. Don't buy anything unless it has reviews and pictures. Also, the sizing is very different for each item, so look at the size chart. Don't complain about the quality, you get what you pay for. Overall, my favorite online store and highly recommend as long as you follow my tips.
sheinside.com is one of my favorite online shopping sites. I have to confess that I check them out almost every day. As I am kind of afraid that I might miss out something good… like good sale or new arrivals! I particularly love my recent bought, it is a Red High Waist Pleated A Line Skirt. I love this red color and its nice cutting. This skirt has so much potential. It goes well with many other color tops. I can wear it to my office or a date night with boyfriend. I look gorgeous with it. Forgot to mention that only $16! Highly recommend!

The Sheinside reps reached out to me and processed my order cancellation within 48 hours. I was pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness, and I might trust this company again and shop there again after my move.

I feel all kinds of stupid of not checking out this company's reputation, especially in terms of shipping delay, before making a purchase.
I made an order and cancelled it shortly after, as I'm moving away in 2 weeks and there's no way these items could arrive on time. I would like some confirmations that my order has been cancelled; I even tried using the online chat but there has been no response (and I'm pretty sure that this is the afternoon in China). Can any Sheinside reps confirm if my order has been cancelled, and let me know how long the refunding process will take? It is a big order for me and I would like my refund asap.

I ordered some clothes from here hesitantly because of all the bad reviews I read. I received one of my orders today and I loved them both. They were both made with great quality and true to size. The prices are also amazing. My last order is expected to arrive next week.
The reason I did not give them five stars is because I tried to cancel something 10 minutes after I bought it and they emailed me back 3 days after saying it had shipped. They need better response with that stuff.
The website states "ships in 24hr" under certain items but they DO NOT ship in 24 hours! They have terrible customer service. I had a bad experience with them in the past and thought I would try them one more time. Big mistake! They have every excuse in the book for why things are the way they are, and nothing is ever their fault. They never own up to making a mistake or having false advertisement! I will NEVER order from this site again. I even emailed their customer service department and got no response.

If you don't read the reviews on Shein before buying something you're gonna be disappointed. From my experience, their clothes are either too big or too small, or the material is weird & poorly made.
I usually get my orders within a week, so the shipping time has been good, but so far I haven't been 100% satisfied with the clothing. So far I've thrown one bodysuit from shein away. It was way too small and the material was horrible and uncomfortable. A couple of dresses that I bought were either too big or made of poor material. Another bodysuit came with a hole in it. I bought some purses and jewelry & they are OK.
So bottom line, make sure you read the reviews on Shein very carefully & thoroughly before buying anything! Take note of how the items fit and the material it's made of before making a purchase or else you'll be wasting a lot of money.

I have four items already in my basket for Christmas gifts. As a brand new customer, I really liked their clothing and prices. BUT I wanted to know if they have an extended return time for gifts that didn't work. For over an hour I have tried to reach them. This E commerce Store is just awesome i ever seen. Really it's great not only for it's customer service even with all service they are the best. I just buy a "White short Sleeve" only for $19.33 when the same product is double price on another site. I really appropriate about there customer service it's 24/7 and i just get my problem solved within 5 minutes. It's amazing to share that I got my product with in 24 hr after order but one think is remarkable that there product Quality, I never thought the I will get this type of product for this price it's really unenviable. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
