Like many of us, I need to loose a few pounds and got caught up in Vince Sant's video for for "Fat Loss Extreme System". The video is LONG with many repetitions, like 45 minutes or longer. Lots of it made sense and he has a huge reputation. Finally...at the end of the video, the price was okay, $57 so I went to the order process. I've been taken before and I'm pretty careful. I filled in only my credit card info, nothing else. And went on to the next step...ANOTHER VIDEO and YOU CANNOT CHECK OUT until you watch another blah, blah, blah video. While the video was on, I checked some reviews and lots of it was positive but some negatives convinced me I really didn't need this that badly.

Because the second video was still on, all I could do was close out the browser. I NEVER completed the order because you CAN'T until the video ends. Really poor marketing. I immediately called my credit card company and guess what? The charge was already pending. I didn't buy anything soooo I shouldn't be paying anything, right? I asked my card rep to check after we finished to see if there were other complaints about this company and flag it if necessary. This is as much of a scam as anything else these idiots do. So now I have to open a dispute. UGH.

I believe in the high road, always...it's the way I was raised and it makes me furious that a highly regarded health professional can do this. (Vince is in ALL KINDS of magazines and has appeared on many TV shows). It's totally unacceptable, so find healthy ways to loose weight somewhere else.

P.S. I rarely write reviews good or bad. I have to be really ticked off or absolutely delighted by a company. But to show how serious I am, I forgot to log in before I wrote my review and had to rewrite the whole thing again!

I have four items already in my basket for Christmas gifts. As a brand new customer, I really liked their clothing and prices. BUT I wanted to know if they have an extended return time for gifts that didn't work. For over an hour I have tried to reach them. I grew up in family retail businesses, and there is something really wrong with a company that can't be reached in any way, shape or form! Just don't go there, you'll only be frustrated.
