I've ordered many things from SHEIN and so far everything has been true to size, comfortable and affordable! The shipping has typically taken around 1-2 weeks. They're the new Forever 21 but better quality.
Shein is my favourite website for clothes from the whole world! Friendly customer service, very quick, they accept your products as return if something is not as you expected, you get your money back in a few days.
The products became more and more quality, of course not too expensive materials - but well selected from all what can come from China.

I ordered nearly $300 worth of clothing from SHEIN on May 10th, it's nearly June and no updates. Yesterday the tracking info said it was in Canada and somehow today it's removed that bit? So is it not in Canada anymore? Messaged customer service but as you've all said customer service is a robot. Generic messages unrelated to issues. If I had have known it was going to take this long I would have ordered from a different retailer. I was hoping to wear these clothes in summer but at this rate they'll come for fall. Or never.
When I first encountered sheinside, I was surprised at its huge variety of goods on offer at impressively low prices, easy to use, and go though, the clothing on this site are fashionable, street fashion my best love. I have ordered here several times and the shipping time is good, and in general, their customer service and support is very responsive. I am very satisfied.
The clothes are cute, but I will not be shopping from here again. I've been waiting a month for my order which was supposed to come a week and a half ago. I understand that things are delayed because of corona, but how come Amazon and Poshmark are able to send their orders in a timely fashion? They're impossible to reach, they're giving me no indication of when my order is coming, just that it's "late," and of course even though I haven't received it yet they immediately charged me for it. Never again

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I wanted to return two items and the system would not let me. The next step button would not work. There was no way to contact Customer Service. No people, not even a live chat. All automated so you just keep going in a loop and can't get out of it.

Extremely delighted at my first purchase! Although I was a bit skeptical initially after seeing a lot of -ve reviews but was amazed and quickly won over by the exquisite range of clothing it provides. Online ordering at Sheinside has been extremely smooth that allows anyone to quickly find the best match effortlessly and free shipping provided was just an icing on the cake. I ordered a pair of shirts to be worn on my cousin's wedding and I am so pleased that I received the shipment right on the date of delivery. Will certainly recommend!

Started off suspicious as they demanded a photo of my payment card and ID. Not at one point had it been made clear when my goods will be with me. Communication is terrible. All emails made no sense to the point where 'Alice' from customer service began sending emails in another language?! I'm certain this company is a scam. They gave me a dhl tracking number, but when I contacted dhl they had no record of my items. AND my clothes were being sent to Mexico?! I live in the UK. I want a refund and will never be returning to this crap site. Absolutely shocking service.

The order was placed on Mar 25th, and it normally would take 3-7 working days before the order is dispatched. We asked for a photo of your ID and your payment card because it was part of the procedure of our credit card company, theres no way we would harass our customers for no reason, and we appreciate your understanding.
I have confirmed with our staff, everything is going fine with your order, and it will be shipped to the delivery address you left, United Kingdom, not Mexico, please don't worry about that. The Tracking number our team offered was the one our courier gave them, but it was probably because the order hasn't been shipped out yet that you weren't able to find any records with DHL.

I suggest you advise when items run small, when advertised as large. My last order was taken to the Goodwill. I am size 10, so not overly heavy. Your styles are lovely (even those for an older lady like me) but I am afraid to order in future.

I've bought $200 worth of things and they returned it because nobody was home at the time. I have been trying for days to try to get my orders reshipped but there is no human-reach contact. Also the email which they had sent to me regarding the return had a dud link so even if I wanted to I cannot cancel or reship the orders.

I placed an order (worth almost £100) with express shipping over one week ago and the order still has not been despatched. It's completely untraceable, and despite logging a 'ticket' with their customer service team I am yet to receive a response.

I placed my on shein and it was delivered to abuffalo logistics to deliver it.on my track it's saying I have signed and received my parcel but unfortunately I didn't. I checked with security and neighbors but no parcel. I contacted the logistics they just said we will investigate it's now some days I haven't get any response so please shein change the logistics company. Have ordered several items and so far am very pleased with price, receiving shipping on time or within 1 day, and fits were fine. I looked up size chart before ordering as the items will vary in the inches etc in sizes. But found the quality and sizing (by chart) were correct. Am waiting for a jacket, due Tues 11/24/15. Order number shown is for the jacket I have not received yet/no complaint.
This company is only out to rip you off. Their records when you order are completely confused and try to get an exchange or refund, forget it! I will probably never see my $ again. Please don't be tempted to order from here no matter how good the item looks!
Update on my review; I have received my exchange and my refund. I still would never do business with them again but they did do what they promised.

Clothing size was smaller than ordered, fabric is cheap. I wish the government would crack down on these scam companies ripping hard working people off. And shame on companies like Amazon for allowing these companies to continue doing business.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
