I ordered nearly $300 worth of clothing from SHEIN on May 10th, it's nearly June and no updates. Yesterday the tracking info said it was in Canada and somehow today it's removed that bit? So is it not in Canada anymore? Messaged customer service but as you've all said customer service is a robot. Generic messages unrelated to issues. If I had have known it was going to take this long I would have ordered from a different retailer. I was hoping to wear these clothes in summer but at this rate they'll come for fall. Or never.
