SheInside is fantastic! I seriously do not know why some of the reviews have negative ratings on them! I have bought many products off them and I had no problems. I bought a Beige V-neck Strap Floral Print Dress and it arrived within 2 weeks (I live in Australia, so the shipping takes a while), that is extremely quick for delivery across the globe. Whenever I have contacted customer support about any products, they were able to reply to me extremely fast! They have such caring staff that are happy to help you!

Ordered 2 shirts after reading it would be 6-8 business days and it's now been 2 weeks and i'm about to move to a new address. I have contacted the company to get an update on my package since the tracking hasn't updated at all and I have received no response. I am extremely frustrated and will never shop from this company again. TERRIBLE!
They have different giveaways going on and each one is stops at a certain point automatically then tells you "invite friends with your link to get.50 cents off off a dollar to reach your goal. I do but then exit the app because it doesn't update it unless i restart the app. I get back on and it goes "here's.30 cents, keep inviting, you're almost there." but then it just continues to lower what I'm getting so I can't even get the stuff they promise. The whole app is honestly a scam to just invite people on to get more sales. Don't waste your time with that trash website/application.

My package arrived with no invoice or return instructions in spite of me paying extra for return insured shipping. Upon contacting Paypal to step in and dispute I was given a return address to China at my expense... almost $70 to provide shipping. No thanks. So I'm stuck with all the merchandise that's sized to fit a 12 year old rather than an adult.

I'm amazed after reading the rest of reviews here since I actually had a really great experience! I'm very bad at shopping especially when it comes to shop for my girl. It was her birthday last week, I wanted to gift her a couple of dresses. This site was recommended to me by a friend, I went through it and found some amazing dresses with cheap prices. Instead of 2. I bought 6 dresses for her that too on discount.
The delivery came really fast which was perhaps very impressive. I saw the happiness on her face when I gave it to her!

After waiting a month for delivery, I found dealing with this company was more difficult than putting a round peg in a square hole. I will NOT buy anything more from them. The "live chat" returned advice that rudely told me to "wait patiently" for my order. Their tracking is a joke, and pardon the pun, like waiting for a slow boat from China.

I ordered on 12/6/23. Delivery date was supposed to be 12/15/23-12/19/23. It is 12/22/23 and still no package. These were Christmas presents. There is absolutely zero info on tracking. I contacted them on my order with tracking number 1Z*******YW******* and they apologized and I'm supposed to receive points for my inconvenience. RIDICULOUS! I don't want your stupid points I want the stuff I paid for within the time period promised! 3 of my children will not be receiving their gifts because of this company. Points are irrelevant at this point. Will never order from them again.

This dress hides all the flaws! The top hangs loosely to hide my waist and my arms are covered just enough. This dress is on the short side but is classy enough to pull it off. Quality is good as well. The skirt has some stretch which makes the fit even better. My measurements match the size and so that's what I ordered and the fit was perfect.
I had two separate orders. The one order was ripped open and something was stolen out of it the second order and never received. I will no longer do business with this company anymore due to the fact that there's no way possible to have any customer service whenever I'm having a type of issue like this when there's over $100 missing I've also made reports and claims and still no HELP.

I placed my order on 4/17/2017 for my birthday. There was no expedited shipping option, just an order option while making the booking. After 7 days I started getting impatient as SHEIN withdrew the money instantly but the status was still PROCESSING. I logged a ticket with them, this is their reply:
"Happy Birthday to you in advance.
Please kindly note that after you make an order, we usually need about 3-7 working days to prepare the package before shipping.
We will ship out the package with express shipping for free this time, ok?"
After this, it has been around 3 days and no change in the shipping status. It still says processing.
They should advertise the shipment time more than they advertise clothes so people can make a judgement call if they want to wait that long.
I don't think it's worth it!

I ordered 50 of the pink long sleeve cat queen print straight dress for my friend and I's boutique. We checked the sizes on-line before ordering and once we got them, they were all true to size which I appreciate. The fabric was way softer than I expected and the cat print was even more adorable in person. Everything was packaged nicely and got to us a day ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend this site as I'm about to place another order as we speak.

I complained to Shein in September about a dress which I ordered with special delivery and came several days late, not only that but the dress was of very poor quality and the strap ripped off after one wear. The customer service team denied my dress turning up late completely and after several emails back and forth offered me 35% off my next purchase. This I thought was a cheek because I'd never order from this site again. You definitely get what you pay for and I am appalled with the service.

I have not yet tried any pieces from SheIn. I have seen good and bad reviews. I would like to say to anyone who is reading this. This comes from China so you should expect to get your items quite late. Yes The prices are cheaper than most, so some of the clothing material might not feel the greatest. By looking at the pictures of the clothes, they are really cute. I'd say be adventurous and try it out.
I ordered some sunglasses over a month and a half ago. My card was charged, but still haven't received what I ordered. I've submitted several tickets to their customer support line, and the response I got was "your order is on it's way"... Really? No tracking number, no estimated time of arrival, nothing. Just "on it's way"... And I was told that it was "on it's way" two weeks ago and here I am still with nothing.
DONT BUY FROM THEM. They take your money but don't deliver the product. Fraudulent company for sure.

The quality and fabric could definitely be improved but for the price, I think they actually are not that bad. They seem to be able to knock off current trends rather rapidly which is a plus for us people who cannot afford the real thing. There are definitely some diamonds if you search for them. The shipping time is the worst because mostly everything comes from China so expect about 2-4 weeks for delivery. This is not a site to buy from if you need a dress the next day.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
