I absolutely adore my new clutch from SheInside! It's pink and perfectly accented with a gold clip and you could never tell what a bargain I got for the price (called the "Pink Fashion Envelope PU Clutch Bag"). I ordered 9 pieces, 5 tops & 4 pairs of pants. All items came to about $140 with all of the holiday discounts & being a first time buyer, etc. When the items arrives I was in disgust at how cheap everything was & nothing looked like the online photos. Additionally, everything was too big. I followed their measurement charts & bought everything in size medium; I should have purchased size small in everything, but the sizing is weird. Their sizing chart is not right for hour glass figures. At first returning was simple, but I never received a full refund from the items. You can not speak to anyone, or even chat online. There is NO customer service. Buy elsewhere!

Horrible experience with returning merchandise to this company. They have no phone to contact them. I followed their return instructions and had to contact them because after receipt of my merchandise for 1 week, still no refund. I finally got in touch with someone by chat, and Noe informed me that it would take another week to process my refund. I asked for a supervisor's name and she gave me Kevin, but it's night in China right now, so I guess I can't talk to him. I just want me refund. I paid your company right away, I want my refund. Very mad!

I came here to write a review 'cause I liked the sheinside.com. I saw a lot of bad reviews here and I don't understand why they're here. Either I'm lucky or bad reviews are purchased. What pleased in the first place so it's price. Cheap, but good quality. I also had no problems with delivery, the dress arrived 2 days before promised. By the way, I bought that dress on a girlfriend's birthday, so it was very important that it arrived in time. Generally, I have no complaints. Great service.
First off let me say that, for the relatively low prices, the clothing is usually very nice. I don't mind waiting the weeks it takes to receive my items because of the low priced. HOWEVER, the site is not easily navigated at all. I just made a purchase and wanted to use the coupon code for 15% that kept flashing in front of me. On the coupon it said there would be an area in which to input the code when checking out but there wasn't…and I looked everywhere. Really disappointing.

I have spent hundreds of dollars from Shein. I purchased a pair of sandals for $30 and wore them twice. The whole sole came unglued. I contacted Shein's customer service and was told that they could not be returned because the were "used". A $30 pair of shoes should not break within 2 times of wearing them.

There is no doubt, 'sheinside.com' is a great site for shopping to look for alternative and unique fashion. I wanted to buy Army Green Tying Surplice Sleeveless V Neck Split Pockets Dress for the new years from it. So I ordered these items, and dress were shipped quickly and got here when they were expected to. Everything is of right quality and look even more amazing than their online.
I paid extra to have my items shipped express, that was on Monday, it is now Wednesday and they are still processing. This is a joke. I cannot find anywhere to cancel and hopefully get my money back. I'm sure they will say 24 hours on that too and take 1-3 weeks. Don't order! I don't wanna hear please be patient bc your website said ships in 24 hours!

Okay so it's been 2 good weeks since i've ordered my jumper and still no delivery? You proclaimed that it would be shipped in 24 hours and yes i did receive an email telling me its been shipped so at first i was entirely happy and beyond excited. But 2 weeks? 2 weeks and its still not here! I got real curious as into why it took so damn long, i checked the status of my order again and it said shipped. BUT when i went to go track my order, why did it tell me its " WAITING ON SHIPMENT" and its currently in some country/place i've never heard of.! I honestly don't know how you can tell your customer one thing but really the exact opposite is happening. Im really getting impatient & quite disappointed because i needed my order for a special event coming up in 2 days. I know the perception here is that the prices are good but the value proposition is terrible. The merchandise falls apart or breaks and you can find better quality merchandise at US based discount stores. It's all good here until it's not. Purchased product from shein.co.uk. Returns procedure states easy return process. There is NO mention the clothes have to be sent back to USA at my cost.
Instead was given a Belgian address to return product to. Sent product but no refund yet. I have chased it and they are delaying.
This company is ripping U. K. Customers off! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

Ordered 7 dresses out of which about 2 didn't have much quality flaws. Love the fabrics but it is sewn in the worst possible manner.
My order is mysteriously gone from their website so i can't review it there either. How to even return it now. Many flaws i will have to fix! Disappointed.
DO not recommend, it is not worth the money or time at all.

After reading some reviews I got shocked! Why they posted negative feedback I just can't understand. I ordered "Blue Triangle Gemstone Chain Necklace" for my younger sister and they sent more than I wanted. Price was so good and highly qualitative product. I ordered $63.00 worth of clothing to try this company on 8/16/23 and today 10/8/23 I never received my order. After many emails back and forth they said it was delivered and I need to try and find it. The company offered me 50% back. I asked for 100% but they said because I might have given them the wrong address it's my fault and they will only reimburse 50%. The address was correct. A company should back up their product so I don't recommend use of this company.

My daughter loves the site, so I bought her a $200 gift card for Christmas. Little did I know that half of the items on the site are from third-party sellers and now my daughter can't buy what she wants because the gift card can't be used on those purchases.
If you buy a Shein gift card, you should be able to use it on anything on the site. I should have given her a Visa instead. It feels like kind of a scam.
Shein reached out and rectified my issue and they were super quick, too! I'm changing my review to 5 stars. Super impressed!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
