I ordered my item 2 weeks ago, and it hasn't even been shipped. I'm so annoyed, I really liked the products on the site but after seeing how poor the shipping process is i am definitely staying away until its improved upon. I actually wanted to buy some more things but I'm not going to anymore because i might never get it. First and last time I'm using this site.
