The package took longer than I thought to arrive. However, they were moving warehouses at the time so this was probably the reason why. I placed the order on 4/27 and my package was received on 5/22. They did give me a discount code for my next purchase! Ended up using it to buy a blouse and the total was only $1.90 after (that's a steal!). The quality was what I expected and is similar to Forever21 quality. You just have to read the reviews and choose wisely. Overall, would buy again for the pricing.
I would seriously give this company 0 stars if I could. Poor customer service and slow delivery (that's if you even get it). I've been waiting since I placed my order on April 16. It almost reached me until it got sent back to China because of an incorrect address due to THEIR lack of attention. I've placed orders from them before, but this time they've really screwed up. At this point, I can probably kiss my order goodbye. I hope you all read these reviews before ordering. It will save you a lot of time and money.

I ordered more than 100 dollars in clothes from them so it was a big parcel that didn't fit in my mailbox and without MY CONSENT they authorized the mail courier to leave it in my front door, so when I got home it wasn't even there. Called the mail company they said because they authorized it they can't take responsability for it.

They try to force your refund to the shein wallet, take weeks to ship items, how in the world are they in business?
I made a huge purchase on March 23rd (around$300) to find that only a few items fit as described. Knowing this would happen, I purchased the return insurance so that I could avoid the $5.99 return fee.
Their policy states that you are able to return within 60 days from date of purchase. 60 days would be May 22nd. I tried a couple of times to go to my account and find the "Return Item" button but had no luck. Finally, yesterday, on my last day of eligible return, I contacted a customer service rep and he assured me that everything will be processed and that I will get my return label.
Today, I received a message saying that the return request is invalid since I have passed my 60 days. This is unacceptable and I will not be out of money with a bunch of clothes that don't fit right or aren't even made well.
Someone needs to get this resolved for me right now.

As noted by others, waited weeks for my order to arrive; chat customer service and emails from customer service were totally contradictory! All excuses. I did find out that warehouse is in China and I think oriental models are used for patterns because the size disparity is unbelievable and ridiculous. Unnecessarily a little difficult to drill down to reach cust. Service or get a return label. Quality was good for the price, but so not worth the hassle - I will not order from Shein again - ever.

I've ordered from Shein many times. Yes some orders take awhile, but I understand it's coming from another country, plus if I'm not in a hurry to get them I don't mind the wait. When my order is going to be delayed, they're normally good about emailing me to let me know which I appreciate. I love all the maxi dresses I've ordered from them among other items. The quality is good considering the prices. Some clothes are a miss, but I simply return them them like any other online company I would order from. They return funds to your Shein wallet or you can have the option to transfer to paypal. I normally keep it in my shein wallet in case i want something else later. I enjoy the Great prices and unique clothes :)

Their material is so fake and noting like what you see on their website. I returned everything I ordered from them and they claimed they didn't get... STAY AWAY FROM SHEIN. Their clothes have no tags or sizes... You can't even tell the front from the back...!

Okay, so I read all the review and I was so torn by the negative reviews that I almost did not order. I'm so glad that I did not listen to the bad reviews. I am a XXL and ordered 4 dresses and one blouse that totaled under $100. Great! Unheard of. The wait time was not bad at all considering that fact that it did not ship from the US! I followed the size recommendation and everything fit as expected. The quality is equivalent to the price that I paid, but every stitch was in place. Soooooo, if you are like me and read the reviews first, take a chance.
I ordered clothes over a month ago. 6 dresses & a pair of shoes. I've received 1 dress, ordered it a size up, & it's STILL too small. It says you can track your package under my orders, but all it says is shipped. No tracking number. They sent me an email saying they credited me 500 points BUT they must be used within 15 days. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
