I only ordered a bikini from this site but they sent me a confirmation and a working tracking link. The strings on the top were really short and look cheap. Plus, my bottoms didnt fit but i realized they wouldnt after checking the sizing guide. Its really too bad they dont allow any exchanges or returns, id really like that option available. Also my order got delayed which the site didnt warn me about until after id received it. I didnt appreciate that. I hope they get it together as a business but i probably wont buy from them again either.
I recently placed two orders with SheIn and am far from satisfied. I purchased 14 items in total and only TWO are worth keeping. Two came with a strong chemical smell, I didn't even try them on and five were not sized according to the size chart in one way or another. One shirt was a crop top even though it wasn't listed as a crop top, one looked sloppy and not like the picture, and a sweater I bought was extremely itchy and gave me a rash when I tried it on. On top of it, I used the App which is apparently International only so I didn't have the option to purchase free return shipping. It better not cost a lot to return. At this point I don't want to order from here ever again.

Shein is absolutely fashion and trending.
I like the huge variety of clothing that they sell and they provide many coupons that i can use in my purchases. I had recommend Shein to many of my friends and they are in love with the store.
Everyday, i check the "Daily new section" to see what's new in the site.
I just love Shein.
I decided to give Shein another chance after my first experience. I received my order the first time in a little over two weeks after bugging them. The tops were nice however the tanks run small and the bottoms run small as well. The t-shirts are really nice quality but do shrink when washed so be careful, and their halter tops are delicate so they can tear if not taken care of properly. I recently placed an order nine days ago and my order has yet TO EVEN SHIP. I asked about this three days ago due to them claiming to ship in 1-7 days which is a little long for some little shirts. The problem still has not been addressed and my clothes like I said have not even been shipped I am a little annoyed and recommend that shein either change their guarantee or fix this problem of sending items whenever they feel like it. This will be the last time I spend my money with this site no matter how cheap everything is. I would recommend this site to people who don't mind waiting up to two months for their stuff, yes some people get lucky and get their stuff on time but many do not. I would have given 3 stars but the attractiveness of their items aren't as great as they used to be now so i'll give them a two for responding to reviews quicker than they ship their product, having reasonable prices and some good quality items.

I've been buying from Shein for a year now. They have stylish clothing for cheap, and free shipping. I have been happy with all the items I've received, and whenever I have questions, customer service is always quick to respond. They are based in London, and so a transfer fee is included in your price, which you might not realize until you get the charge, but it's very cheap. My number one go-to to shop at. Would highly recommend!
I spent $100 on 6 items for a vacation. I bought it three weeks ago and it still has yet to arrive and I'm about to leave. It said that it had been "shipped" 7 buisness days ago, and it's still not here. Not to mention the "tracking," is ridiculous... all it tells you is that it was shipped from China... it doesn't say where your package is currently or the estimated delivery date. There's no number to call, so the only option is email or live chat. Neither of which are helpful. Thanks, shein, for being a huge let down. I'm never shopping here again, it's not worth it.

Bought 2 bath suits based on the measurements they give on their website. One was suppose to be a bit snug in reality this was too big and didn't even cover my boobs. The other one that was suppose to be big couldn't even go up my legs. I lived chat with Katheleen with back and forth stupid request from them. Asking me to measure it and take a picture of me measuring it. WTF is this! At the end they refused to offer me a full refund despite they putting wrong measurements on their website. Furthermore the customer support katheleen ended the chat on me when I questioned them why I wasn't getting a full refund. Disgusting customer support. I will never shop with them again and will warn everyone to stay away from this company. Very sketchy company I am going to report them.

I have recently purchased more than £200 worth of clothes on Shein. 1. I had to wait for ages before receiving my order due to one item not available in the stock, but they don't show this when you about to purchase on internet. If I knew I needed to wait for so long before chasing the customer service I would have not bought the item. 2. The actual products were mostly poorly made which indicates massive mismatch between reality and website pictures. 3. When I asked for return to refund I was asked to pay for the shipment by myself. This means for any purchase that you are dissatisfied with if you don't order in the US, that's international shipment costs to be considered.

I returned 2 items, ( I have the receipt from USPS)... they said on July 26th that the refund would arrive within 20 days. It is now October 9, and NO refund yet. When I write in my order number, their excuse is that " it's the wrong order number" so that they can keep my money. I ordered from them twice, and I am ( again) giving them both order numbers. They will respond with " sorry you are having trouble, your refund will be posted to your credit card "... but where is it?

I did my first purchase from Shein, and will not be shopping again. The quality is awful. The returns policy is the biggest nightmare ever, which I still havent figured out yet, AND they won't even allow you to return a bikini. The bikini was so tiny I couldn't even get it over my head, yet I still cant return it - ridiculous. All other online shops let you return bikinis. My first order of four garments was ok, three items fitted fine, have washed well and still look good. I have to say that I was put off my the returns system so decided to keep the fourth garment, seemed easier than returning it. And I was right! My second order of four tops had to be returned, ordered large but none of them fitted and I'm not huge!. Returning is a nightmare. You have to open tickets and photograph the items and parcel as proof of postage, why? The free return label emailed to me wasn't recognised by the post office so I had to pay £5.80 to send back to Belgium. To add insult, today I have been credited back to my PayPal account, but not the full amount. There is no explanation of why I've been deducted over £1 to return goods. So, I am almost £8 out of pocket for the experience. I will never be shopping here again. I can order from Zara whose goods come from Spain and return free using the label supplied with the delivery note. I am not therefore paying to shop there.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
