I have heard a lot about this site through my friends. But when i visited the website, i did not find any item suitable for size 14 or size 16. All the clothes look great, but it is seems to be more focused on skinny girls.

Two outright lies:
1. Though the website clearly states 10% off, they do not apply this discount to the order. When I questioned them and asked for me 10% off my first order, they said I would get a code and could apply it to my next order. Then they should say 10% off the second order. I asked for $3.60 refund (my 10%) and they said sorry, can't do. Shame on them.
2. The dress I bought says it is 95% rayon, 5% cotton. I know how rayon feels, my dress is polyester, not rayon. I took it to a friend who is in the garment business to check, and he confirmed that it is not rayon.

Do not trust them. There is plenty other online shopping sites that provide great service. My delivery never arrived. They were trying to blame my address. Address I get mail and packages coming in everyday without any trouble, ever. After 3 months of chasing and almost arguing with not helpful customer service (Jason was the worst) I finally got my money back. Awful let down. I wouldn't give them one star if there was an option.

I purchased from Shein about 4 days ago on August 16 and I chose express shipping. However, a couple of items have been shipped (not delivered) and the other majority of my order is still being processed and I'm afraid that I wont receive the items that have not been processed yet before Sep 6, as I'm leaving for 10 MONTHS. I have seen similar items at astronomical prices so I appreciate that these are copies at a price I can afford. A very trendy dress was portrayed by a model and that caught my eye and for some reason, I have never really shopped for clothes online before, I decided to order that dress and I was impressed with the quality. Their have been plenty of miss as well, but their customer service is good and they are polite. The one side for us Aussies is that to return we need to send it to the States and we have to spend and that becomes very expensive. They have very trendy clothes at affordable prices. SheIn is one of my all time favorite online stores.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
