Be very cautious with ordering from this company. I ordered almost $600 in clothes for my daughters back to school and the logistics company FedEx that they used delivered my package to a Amazon warehouse which I should have had USPS not FedEx bananas I chose standard delivery not express. After reaching out to FedEx to try and find my package I got no where and was told they only refund the merchant and that the merchant would have to file a claim so after being directed back to SHEIN I open a ticket. SHEIN refused to help me and continuously redirected me back to FedEx ignoring my request to file a claim. I have still not gotten my money back nor my package found and it's been a week.
This is the second time that I am ordering from Shein because they have very beautiful pictures and modern design of clothes in their website which are very deceptive, but when I received the clothes they are totally different very bad quality and bad cut. Some of them fall apart even while I'm ironing them, so imagine what happens when I try to wash them!
BTW, they have wrong measurement and bad customer service.

I absolutely love SHEIN! It is one of my favorite places to shop on a budget and find really cute pieces for every season. However, due to their low prices, sometimes the quality of the items aren't the best and the sizing can be off at times so it's super important to check your measurements before placing an order. I've found that at times the clothes fit awkwardly due to their cheap material. Another issue, is that some pieces are see- through and you have to be extremely cautious of what you wear underneath. Most of the time, I am in love with my purchases and they exceed my expectations, especially for their great prices! I did a youtube video on some clothes that I purchased for the summer season and I was super happy with my purchase.
Bought a large dog harness which arrived yesterday, harness fits great but the clips are of such poor quality they don't clip properly and if I had to have my dog lunge they would just pull apart. They refuse to let me return it. 1st time buying from them and certainly the last.

On September 11th, 2023, I have ordered 14 items on Shein website and was debited cad 361,39. The next day, I was receiving an email from Shein saying that my order was placed on hold by their risk prevention system and that they needed me to provide them with a screenshot of the bank transaction. I sent them the requested screenshot but hours later, they told me that the verification failed and that I should send again. Despite the fact that I asked them by email what was the issue, I didn't get any answer. I've tried to call the customer service but nothing. The status of my order has not changed since and is still in "processing" stage. I just want my money back now. Looks like we are talking to robots!

I order some stuff in March 2024 And I kept getting an email saying your package is on the way. So last week I get an email saying my package is delivered but I never received it. I tried so hard contacting shein but no reply. I even saw the delivery guy in front of my home,didn't even get out of his truck and he took off without delivering my package. That same time I got an email saying it's delivered. I'm very disappointed in their service. Took my money and I never got my stuff. I won't ever order anything from them again nor recommend to anyone. 🙁

SHEIN and its employees do not have any kind of respect towards their customers. They don't have any problem by taking your money but if their service is deficient and you are required to contact customer service, that's when all hell breaks loose. If you must contact cs, you will encounter with employees that don't understand you, employees that are careless on regards of your necessities and overall people more interested in making you feel inappropriate instead of helping you out. They offer benefits for achieving a vip status for spending your money in this website, but when you need to use those benefits they will give you the run around. My problem is with a large order I had placed. Because they keep items all around the world in different warehouses, don't feel shy to think that they mind splitting your order. And they don't care if by doing this they exposed you to spent more money in your purchase. They'd split my order and one single item was sent in a different package than the rest. This package had to be delivered to DORAL, Florida and during the pass weekend it was very close to that area. It was in Miami. On Monday everything changed because the package had been sent to Fresno, California. When I contacted their customer service reps no one seemed to understand my predicament. And here I am, a week later, paying additional taxes for waiting for that package to be send to my country. They are completely careless of your situation! And as for today, the package has not been delivered. I used to purchase items from this website at least once a week and my situation fell on deaf ears. If you request a supervisor they tell you right away that there ain't any available at the moment but if you use "uncivilized" language soon enough you will get someone telling you how awful of a person you are. Don't waste your money or your time in this website.

1. They send out things in multiple batches on the same order.
2. You have to choose from multiple batches when processing a return.
3. There is no way you can catch hold of a live agent except after your first purchase.
4. Their shipment gets delayed for no reason.
5. Raising a ticket often means being tossed between departments with no actual results.

This store is a COMPLETE joke! They don't honor their price adjustment policy! I purchased MANY items and within a couple of days, the price was reduced significantly! I get a pop-up that the price isn't lower than when purchased? REALLY?! I brought this to customer service's attention who asked me to send them screenshots of my order and the current prices, which I did and it took me almost 15 minutes to do so! What do they tell me? I didn't meet the criteria? WTH?! The bottom line is that these scammers don't honor their policies...PERIOD!

Ordered July 22,2022 and paid $12.99 express shipping. Got tracking saying it shipped 7/27/2022. Still haven't received items. Contacted the company several times. Only got back to wait wait wait. It's been in Memphis TN since 7/27. Finally they allowed me to put in a refund request. Total was $71. They are giving me back $45. I did receive one item. Impossible customer service. Not at all worth ordering from there.

I will not order from Shein again. Both shirts are flimsy, poor quality fabric. With one shirt I wondered if it was a plastic-type material; felt bad on. Both were undersize for the size they implied.

So, I was hoping these items were as cute as look online. And lots of folks call it "hit and miss". For me, it's a distinct MISS. I have ordered twenty or so items over the last 8 months or so. I gathered it all together in my closet. I have worn ONE item a couple of times. Ask your granny about cheap, double-knit polyester fabric of the 70s and her grimace will tell you all you need to know. Only this is even cheaper, thinner than that stuff of her day. Items are generally ill-fitting, cheaply made and don't fall on me like they appear in the ads. If you like surprises and are into the idea that "I'll order ten things and maybe find one I like" and only be out 50 bucks, then this is for you. Personally, I gave it a good run and am done.

I ordered 6 items from them only got one. Ive keep checking the tracking and there is no update since 8/23/19. The chat bot stop instantly answering my questions once i sent a complaint. The really need to get human customer service because this is ridiculous!

Ordered bathing suits and toppers from them back in March 2021. Now leaving April, their site tracking system says "in transit" since beginning of April when they took my money. Asked for a refund, they said my clothes would arrive the next day. Used the tracking # on USPS site, says no package. I'm out over $80. This is the second company to rip me off. I'm done.

They claim that they shipped an item but the tracking number is not identified by Canada post, it's way past the delivery date and it's impossible to get a hold of their customer support. Never buying from them again

By far the worst site in History. Placed a order April 23,2020. Supposedly shipped May 10,2020 today is now May 24,2020 and I still haven't received my package from California. FedEx says they don't have it. I have received other packages from China that I ordered after this. Full of $#*! website. Never again! Customer Service only apologizes and give you a standard message that doesn't even go with you email you sent. It seems they can't read English. I wish I could give no stars because 1 is to many.

Literally just got my order today which I was very excited before because it came earlier than expected and today is my birthday. I ordered 3 swimsuits all the same size and 2 out of 3 are too small. They will not allow me to return or exchange them even though they are brand new with the hygiene tape still on. How am I suppose to know if they fit without trying them on and why are the sizes so inconsistent? Pretty disappointed. I would've bought something else not just returned the items. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
