Every time I have packages for collection your driver either does not come and/or lies that the package was not available. On Many occasions they have picked all the packages first sent an email that pickup was successful and later the same day said it was unsuccessful citing 1 of 3 packages to the same customer was unavailable which once again is a lie
Yes the sender got the house number incorrect, but they were absolutely hopeless In rectifying the issue. There was an attempt to deliver, they sent notification regarding an issue, we then immediately began corresponding via online chat where and how to arrange a pick up. The communication was very poor and felt we just kept going around in circles. We agreed to pick the items up, but within 48hours the items were sent back to the sender which created a lot more issues, time delays and extra costs. Very average Company to deal with, especially when they don't even have a contact number. Your left at the mercy of some online messaging service which is probably somewhere in Bangladesh and what makes matters worse is they show no remorse but even starting arguing their point with no apology.
I bought 100 bags off them a week ago. Still waiting for them even though they were picked up in Kilsyth 6 days ago. I am in Heidelberg and I could have walked that distance in half those days. If they dont have the sense to send the bags out that would get them some income then what chance of any of my parcels arriving at their destination. I am out about $30 and they have lost a potential customer. I know who the real losers are here.
Can't get an answer why my parcel cannot be collected - 5 days late and each attempt to communicate with Sendle is loaded with no substance or positive outcomes.
The communication process of no phone and waiting for a chat person to get back to you is absolutely terrible.
Starting to evaluate whether using Sendle is long term inappropriate.
I have had an account with Sendle for a couple of years but never used it so want to cancel. The "Chat with our team" is an automated bot that does nothing to help. Sendle makes it extremely difficult to cancel an account. I have not been able to do it. Stay away from manipulative sites like this.
Absolute discussing service. I'am a business owner using this provider for a while now and it cant get any worse than this, missing parcels, missed pick ups, no contact number to contact customer service and list goes on. They must be banded in Australia to operate their business.
Sendle lost my parcel valued at $108. I sent around 12 parcels with sendle and they lost one of them. There is no phone number to call. There is no response other than automated responses. It took 10 days for them to perform the search for the missing parcel and I actually don't believe this was even done. It's just an automated website and series of emails and processes. I want a refund for the postage for my parcel. This has not been issued or address despite repeated emails. There is no contact number, no one to speak to. The most ridiculous and poor way to run a business. Very frustrating. Don't trust them with your parcel.
I recently ordered a package and the courier used by the company was Sendle. Not only was the package sitting at the depot for almost 1 week despite being labeled as 'ready for delivery in the next delivery cycle' (they deliver every day Monday-Friday and this was a Tuesday it arrived at the depot), but when I emailed their support staff (who were also almost impossible to get a hold of, their website makes it extremely difficult to contact anyone and they don't have a phone number to speak to someone in person) they were also extremely unhelpful and palmed off the situation to other people with no one providing any form of answer or solution. Genuinely a terrible experience with them, so much so that the company that the parcel was from ended up sending me an email apologising for the experience.
Been on eBay since 2008 and never heard of Sendle. Claimed it was delivered around 2pm yet no package exists anywhere. This is an apartment complex and the deliverer probably just dropped it off wherever. And YES my specific apartment number was included on the address also.

I had four failed delivery attempts and no one from the company reached out to say something was wrong with the delivery notes. Upon realising this I had to chase the company up. You cannot call them and they take 1-2 business days for all responses. I never actually received my item. Do not use them!
Orders haven't been picked up for a week. Keep getting unsuccessful pick-up notifications where the pick address is always attended.
There is no number to communicate with no one to speak to except emails, which is very frustrating for us and our customers, hence lowering the standard of our business.
Am very pissed off i brought things online and was ment to go thru dhl they pushed it to sendle i paid 25 bucks extra for express and i want my money refunded for the express
They claim to only road load of $#*!
Not happy with there service do not use them
Lost my goods. Never communicated this fact. Took weeks to launch investigation to confirm the same. As a result a valuable piece of art is now missing. Never using these guys again. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid
Have used them on several occasions and find them to be reliable especially when parcels are picked up. Only one time when I deposited at collection point that the parcel was overlooked and delivery was delayed. Hence the 4* and not 5* rating.

I watched the guy pick up my parcels and now they are not scanning and saying they haven't been picked up! I will never use this company ever again! They don't even have a contact phone number it's ridiculous!
Their delivery model doesn't work. I have had a package sitting for 8 days and no one collected it. I can't reach them on a number and they do not respond to emails. Please don't call yourself a delivery company when you can't do the basics.
You expect parcels to be picked up on the scheduled date and noone shows. Following day, still noone shows.
The concept of Sendle is good, its a shame the business does not deliver on its stated policies and promises.

Don't use them. An employee opened a package to my client, destroyed it, removed the padding and delivered my client's order in shambles. Now I find out they don't cover damaged packages. DONE WITH THEM. Pay more to protect your business and your clients. It's worth the investment. Unethical and unprofessional company.
Completely useless operation. Have not received a single delivery from them on time. Definitely do not recommend. Avoid them if you can. I ordered something from Melbourne on the 18 December. I still have not received it. Orders using other carriers also from Melbourne all arrived. In future I won't purchase from companies who use senile to deliver their products
Booked my item in for pick up on the 1st of September, its still sitting here eith me and its the 5th of September, communication is absolutely horrible and the service is worse! Would not recommend using this horrible company. Only point of contact is email which they obviously dont monitor everyday. I've gotten 1 email responds..
Answer: Impossible to get hold of customer service. No phone numbers and they don't respond to emails despite sending an automated response to say they will be in touch.
Answer: Absolutely not. Appalling. False information. I need my wheel battery, they repeatedly said it has not been picked up yet the shop who sent it says it was picked up 4 days ago. They have lied to me.
Answer: I used to use them because they were reliable. Now I wouldnt use them if they were the last courier company on the face of the Earth. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and dodgy.
Answer: I would look elsewhere. They started out good but niw measure boxes by volume which is very costly.
