My first order was absolutely fine, I paid the items came.
This time round, sammy dress have introduced a 'one-click payment' that they do not tell you about until you click it. This means no confirmation no nothing, now my niece was playing with my phone and she accidentally clicked the button and when I grabbed it of her I immediately tried to take it back but within seconds the money is out of my account. I've emailed many times and submitted a report ticket to have a refund but have gotten no reply, not even an email to acknowledge they are looking over it. I'm sure they will reply to my email once the item (that I don't even want) has been dispatched so I can't be refunded. Extremely upset and angry.

Hi guys just an update from my last review, you can see under that a 'sammy rep' said they'd sent me an email, I can tell you that they haven't. I asked specifically for my order not to be shipped out on their 24 hour ticket thing and I didn't get a reply in 24 hours. Instead 2 days later I was told to 'be patient as my order will soon be shipped'. That's pure stupidity as they knew that is not what I asked. When I responded saying that I didn't ask for that they said my order had been shipped and there was nothing i could do to get my refund. It's clear it was done on purpose so it was impossible for me to receive a refund and then to make it even worse they said due to inconveniences my package may take up to 2 months to come and they can't track it. Yeah right. We'll see if it ever comes because they probably didn't even ship anything of. If they think I'm taking down my review because of a stupid generic response to my problem that is far too late they must be joking. I think it's pathetic that they chose to take £10.56 when I needed that money desperately as Mother's Day is coming up. They could have refunded me like any other shop and would have still had a loyal customer.
I ordered a winter coat back on November 14th, I wondered if the coat was ever going to ship. I put in a complaint ticket trying to find out when the coat was going to ship. I finally got answer back, the coat is out of stock. Well first of all, they should have notified me about this rather than me inquiring about the coat. They said can you wait a few more days and it will be in stock. On November 24th I decided to write yet another ticket, they just got back to me telling me the coat will not be in stock until December 18th. I am beginning to wonder if I am ever going to receive the coat or at least before Winter ends. They offered me the choice as to whether I wanted a refund or a different coat. No I specifically wanted this coat or I would have chosen a different one upon my initial selection. I told them I hope they would have the decency to ship the coat overnight. All they said was sorry. I would never recommend this particular online provider, not unless you want to wait several months.

As to all reviews below mine, I orderd from SammyDresses as well, in the amount of 191$. As days passed buy, and packege was not ready to ship, i told them to cancel my order. Got a respond only 4 days later, that it will be ready in a week. Told them i am not wiiling to wait any longer, and refound me immidiatly. After 3 days they answer saying if i am sure? (that gives them some more time to keep my money)
So answerd them refound my now. 5 days go so sent them a request, that if i haven't got my meney back, at least send the packege. So now i'm told items are out of stock and if i want a refoud it will take 3 business days. What for? They never provided me anything, only sold me items are not even in stock!

This website is ridiculous!
1) It takes weeks for you to actually receive your order and when you try to contact them to ask about your order, the phone number provided on the website is for some reason always busy (weird.)
2) You then realize that the only way to get some answers is by their "live chat" you get people that clearly don't speak English and again, you have to wait some time to get a simple response (be prepared to wait for hours)
3) When you finally do receive your items and realize that they are sized for little Asian people and inquire about simply exchanging the item, they make it nearly impossible to do so.
1) They charge you an additional 15% of what you have already paid and you have to pay out of pocket to ship the item back in order get the new sized item (which still may not fit) back to you.
At this point you have paid more than 3X what you originally paid for the item itself!
2) During the back and forth weekly, poorly translated conversation about exchanging a simple item, they continue to try to convince you to keep the item that will never fit a normal non Asian human being.
The few positive reviews must come from within the bogus company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
This website is a waste of time and it's strategically designed to rip people off. They provide with no real customer service which them makes you just give up and let them keep your money.

I ordered 3 bathing suits from them the first of March, received 1. The 1 I received was about half the size it showed on their charts. They offered me less than half credit to my account and keep the suit. The other 2 suits are a mystery. The site says they shipped, the email shows they did not. They now say they are hot items and I can't have them, yet they are still for sale on their site, same sizes. Asked for an exchange on the suit that was sent, however after they took off the 12% coupon i had used and added shipping again, so they wanted more money. I'm so not giving them anymore money. I asked a refund, not overly hopeful I'll actually get it.
I think the trick is if the item processing time says 3 days they have it in the warehouse and no problem with time on the shipping, but if it says 10-15 days they have to get it and that seems to be a problem.
My main concern is all the items I ordered are still for sale, I can't have them, but you can buy them, they will take your money but they are not available. So what's the point. Also when addressing the 60 cent, yes less than a dollar, price difference on the exchange they mentioned i must understand they were also at a price loss for the too small item. However I followed their directions and ordered using their measurement chart. I'm not sure how it's my fault they sent me a bathing suit 17 inches smaller, which they are generously allowing me to keep.
So my experience was not great, I'm out $60, and I'm frustrated. I saw the reviews before and they were very bad. I ordered anyway because hey the pictures show very nice clothes at dirt cheap prices. My advice is if you are determined to order from them, keep it to an amount that your willing to risk and be prepared for 15 to 30 days for delivery or support tickets. Otherwise just go to walmart.

I don't usually get this upset over buying cheaper products because like I said, I know they'll be a bit cheap. I ordered two shirts from sammy and I was so excited. Of course like everyone said it took a month and I'm still waiting on my second shirt. I ordered a plaid shirt in a large because the fit in the picture was supposed to be a little bit loose. I did not realize that the sizes ran so small until after I ordered but I thought it would be fine. I literally can't even put my arm all the way in the sleeve and I am not overweight or anything. The material literally feels like paper and it isn't even close to the shirt that was pictured. The shirt they sent me is meant to tie up in the front and the picture they showed on their site was longer in the back with no tie. I don't even understand how it's legal to put fake pictures of clothes and sell you a different item. I later saw exact pictures from another site that I shop at on sammys site. I'm seriously not even excited to get the other shirt because I know it's not going to fit. Maybe I'll put them on my dog to wear. Moral of the story, DO NOT BUY FROM SAMMY DRESS! SPEND THE EXTRA $10 SOMEWHERE ELSE!

In the past I had ordered clothes from Doublju, a similar chinese website, and was actually quite satisfied with the quality, fit, and price. The clothes did run small so make sure you get a larger size than you normally wear.
Recently I decided to try SammyDress because it was a little cheaper and they had a few things on their website that I really liked. Well, I will never make that mistake again. The quality of the material was horrible and even worse, the workmanship was terrible. Buttons not quite lining up with the buttonholes, crooked stitching, the sizing was completely off. I ordered a larger size knowing that these sizes run small but what I got was a coat that was way too wide around the midsection while being way too short in length. It seemed to be tailored for a really obese midget. I actually got lucky that most of the items I ordered were out of stock and weren't shipped with the original order, so I immediately cancelled everything that wasn't shipped and got a refund.
Don't bother with SammyDress, unless you are an obese midget, their clothes are unwearable!

"Do not buy from this overseas company. I ordered several items and one item did not ship. I received no notice that it was out of stock. Sammydress had no problem charging me for the item, did not send it, and played games about when it would ship. They changed the date it was suppose to ship. I paid through PayPal and started a dispute. The dispute kept having to be updated since Paypal wanted to close it. They finally did closed it based on the tracking confirmation from the items that did ship. I am appealing it now. I also complained to the Better Business Bureau against Paypal for closing my dispute. All P. P. had to do was review my open cases against Sammydress. I received a notice today March 31,2015 from Sammydress that the item is still out of stock and they moved the shipping date. I am requesting a refund now. I only received this latest notice from Sammydress because I emailed inquiring about the update. They had no intention of notifying me about the changes. Really pissed off! I ordered a bathing suit a month ago and i still dont have it. They have my payment, it says so on the site. But processing has been going on for exactly a month, what could be taking so long?! The item has been on sale for months now apparently, so if they are out of stock why keep selling them? Stop selling them and work on getting out the orders that people are asking for! I'm so tired of this i have been expecting this thing for forever and there has been no movement at all! I went to try and put in a support ticket but every time i do it asks me to log in, I WAS ALREADY LOGGED IN! WHY DOES IT KEEP ASKING ME THIS. So i tried 4 more times with the exact same result. I tried talking to their "live chat" but that sure didn't work, because guess what? THEY ARE CURRENTLY OFFLINE, ALL THE TIME. These people dont have a toot about your opinion or you they are money snatchers, and until i am proved otherwise my opinion of them is never changing and i am never ordering from these people ever again. I can almost also guarantee you that when they tell people they "emailed" the person with a complaint on here, they actually haven't. "I ordered 5 items from them on the 3 Sep 14... 13 days later order was still sitting at processing after contacting them was told 4 of 5 items were out of stock but they would send the one in stock so long and the rest on the 25th. Nothing got send and when I contacted them again after 25th they said 3 was still out of stock and no explanations why the one that had been in stock hadn't shipped. I asked for a full refund and suddenly the next day was told they couldn't as they had send out the two items that morning. They gave me a tracking number that did not show up for 3 more days showing it was not actually posted till 2 days after I canceled the order. When the two pieces finally turned up 6weeks after I ordered the were nothing like the photos. The sewing looked like a 10year old did it and the sizing no where near what was given on the listing. They have been promising me refunds for the last 4 weeks and at the same time are trying to block my claim through Paypal by quoting the tracking number as if it is for the full order and claiming they can refund as long as it is open which PayPal say is total rubbish and that no one must close their case as you cant reopen it again.
