I HATE THIS WEBSITE! I ordered a pair of shoes and earring on the 25th of September, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. I began emailing them in November, again in December, and now everyday because they always respond late and have still not given me any real information. They told me check my post office, my order wasn't there (and I shouldn't have even had to do that because it was supposed to be sent to my house), and then they asked if they should resend it or refund. Obviously I chose a refund and now they're saying they'll only give me half of what I paid them. IT IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS

Never, never, never would I again place an order with this company! I ordered 8 items in mid Dec 2013, they were delivered in two lots in mid Feb 2014. I paid USD 63.09 for items and USD 46.09 for delivery costs. My delivery address was stated as being the UK and I paid the total requested at the time of placing the order. The first parcel arrived at Royal Mail depot and I received a notice to pay £12.62 if I wanted to collect the items. I had no choice and did - £4.62 of which was VAT and £8.00 was the handling fee! I was very annoyed at this extra hidden cost and at the inconvenience. Three days later I received the second parcel at no extra cost. I contacted the company by way of ‘ticket' communication and have since had nothing but poor responses in confused English language from a customer services rep named ‘Cactus'. I was told that this is standard process for items delivered to the UK and must pay the cost. I was astonished at the response as this is by far not the first time I have shopped online from international sources. All costs are explained upfront and then you have a CHOICE whether or not to proceed. I have been going back and forth by way of emails for over seven days with ‘Cactus' who started by saying no refund, then offered 30% of costs and 3% discount voucher, then 50% refund and 5% voucher – as if it were a haggling process! I have asked many times to be permitted to communicate with a manager but ‘Cactus' does not allow this despite I have said I merely want a refund of the full amount. The handling charge itself would never have incurred had the ‘hidden' costs been advised first or paid by the company as they had done for the second parcel. The final resolution I have been given today is to contact customs in my country! Appalling customer service, deceitful company and quite frankly conning customers out of money. The quality of clothes also – 2 were in good condition but the other 6 items very poorly stitched. Be warned all!

Sammydress is a total scam and they think your are an idiot! My order number is: MM************** I paid over 500$ for 26 items, only received a few, after waiting over 2 months for the remaining items (14 items were missing) and asked numerously times to get the the tracking number (which they never provided me with). I'm told that my shipment was destroyed by the post office after 2 delivery attempts and no one was home to sign for the package... worst Sammydress is offering to pay me 50% of my ''loss''. That is the stupidest lie ever and that totally insulted my intelligence:
1- I'm in Canada, and at every attempt the post office always leaves a notice (no notice was ever received)
2- Even if they couldn't deliver the package because no one was home, the post office would never destroy it, it always sends back to the sender
3- If Sammydress really sent the package, why can't they provide me with the tracking number?
4- They can't provide me with a tracking number but suddenly my package was registered and no one home to sign for it?

Dear Sammydress employees... for your information, signature is requested only for registered package, and if that is the case, you must provide me with the tracking number, if not I want my 100% money back because you never sent my items, if you did, please prove it by giving me the tracking number.

I think you've already got the refund.One package we deliveried to you, when the package arrived your home, nobody sign in this package, and we don't know how do contact you, also left message to you, but no response. Finally, the package returned back to us.We also refuded to you on the 2013-08-06. About the second pakcage, because you're received it, so we can't refund your money back.If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.It's our responsibility to service for our customers.

I ordered three items, I only received 1 of the 3. The one I received was very poor quality and wrong size. I have been communicating with someone named Paul in customer service about 8 emails between us and nothing is resolved other then "in good faith we will refund you $7 to your Sammy Wallet"... Seriously? The other two missing items I never received and they claim no responsibility for... they sent me a fake tracking number AFTER I insisted that they weren't addressing the issue of the missing merchandise.

If you kindly look up my original ticket, I attached 3 photos, 1 photo showed the safety pin holding together the "fur" lining... 2 nd picture was of the bottom of the boot I received size 38, third picture is an official conversion shoe size chart. My shoe size in the United States is 8, that was the size I ordered... I will attach the SAME three pictures but you are also not addressing the fact that I paid for 3 pairs of boots and have only received ONE... I am not playing games any longer. This is terrible

DISAPPOINTED!

So i decided to check out sammysdress once and for all. I ordered 5 dresses, paid and awaited shipment confirmation. I received an email saying my items were shipped in like two days and i was really excited 1. Cause of fast shipping and 2. Cause the stuff i ordered looked really good on site. Anyways, when i opened mail only 3 of the items were shipped... when i received the package only 2 of the 3 dresses they said they shipped were there... no mention at all of the 3rd item. They keep telling me i need to send pictures of the bag it came in to see if it was opened before... to no avail... i cannot upload the pictures as it keeps saying file is too large so i have no access of resolving this LOST dress issue. Im still awaiting the other "2" dresses they said they shipped

Other sites, when something you're about to cash out is out of stock they let you know then and there, not tell you after your clothes is shipped that it is out of stock. I made one order and they all coming in separate shipment... how annoying is that?

The clothes do not fit like how they look on the site... mayb they have kids sewing for them. This is my first and LAST order to sammysdress and i wont recommend it to anyone!

I started making purchases from Sammy Dress about 6 months ago. My overall shopping experience has been good with them. The Q&A and reviews are very important to me when choosing accurate sizes for the products I like. I am more satisfied when I see photos from other reviewers to assist me in my decisions for final purchases. The conversion charts are also very helpful in determining what items are right for me. Item selections are constantly updating and available, and I would love to see more selections catered to the plus size customer.

For the most part, the quality of the products and the prices are decent. Sometimes a product can be a "hit or miss", and everything is not meant for everyone so you have to choose wisely. In some cases, Sammy Dress needs to be careful when providing information for fabric and material types, and making sure the photos reflect the material as indicated (i. E, polyester vs. cotton blend) for the products customers order and receive. For Depending on the product, shipping has ranged from 10-25 days. Sammy Dress sends updated e-mails on partial orders, and when orders have been fulfilled.

When dealing with customer service, they have handled my issues via their ticket system, and they have been very helpful in resolving the matter for refunds, exchanges, delays, and lost items in timely manner. I have received assistance to expedite the order, and when one of my packages was lost, they provided a replacement with free shipping.

I have scanned other websites similar to Sammy Dress, and I find that the prices have been much higher for the same product(s). I enjoy getting deals and saving money, and overall so far so good. I will continue to shop Sammy Dress!

I ORDERED ALMOST $200 WORTH OF MERCHANDISE- PAID A $#*! LOAD OF EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND INSURANCE AND A MONTH LATER GOT DAMAGED, RIPPED, CLOTHES WITH BROKEN ZIPPERS AND MAJOR DEFECTS- BASICALLY GOT A PILE OF TRASH!

BUT WAITTHEY ALSO SENT ME A STUPID EMAIL SAYING THAT THEY DIDNT SHIP ME THE REST OF THE GARMENTS THAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR BECAUSE THEY WERENT IN STOCK EVEN THOUGH THEIR WEBSITE SAYS THAT THEY ARE!

TO THIS DAY, A MONTH LATER! I NEVER RECEIVED THE MISSING GARMENTS THAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR!

UNHAPPY WITH THEIR PRODUCTS? NOT A PROBLEM! ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SPEND $300 MINIMUM TO SHIP ALL OF THEIR JUNK BACK TO CHINA AND MAYBE THEN YOULL GET A PARTIAL MEDIOCRE REFUND!

THE PICTURES ARE FAKE AND SAMMYDRESS.COM IS A SCAM!
