Do NOT order from this company! Besides the sizes running extremely small, orders are seldom even received, and if they are, the clothes are junk! Cheap knock-offs of the clothes shown, made out of flimsy material with poor workmanship. Returns are difficult, and refunds are impossible to get. A total rip-off site! Just walk away, and shop somewhere else.

I still haven't received my order, and I order in mid Oct, and we almost at the end of January. The sad part is I paid for expedited service.

When it comes to clothing, all of their sizes run small. I wear an XL, but had to order a 4XL for it to fit me. My son is a large, but ordered a medium in the super hero long sleeve tee; he had to give it away because of the fit. He is in to wearing the tight fitting clothing, but there was no give in the material. You should not have to play the guessing game when ordering online. The online charts should be true, so there is some truth to what some of the others have written. That's why I titled it "Hit or Miss."

A: I ordered a sweater from here for my sister the size was an XL. It fit her daughter who's a size small. I will Not order clothes from this site ever again! Also someone spoke about shipping... I would have to agree. I chose to have expedited shipping (just because of tracking info) After my order was processed they sent me an email saying they had to add another $30 to my shipping because of my isolated location. The shipping cost more than my order. I will never buy from them again!

DO not order from here... phoenix is one hundred percent on it... you may not even get your order. I went through absolute h**l. I had an order back in oct. For xmas. Paid for expedited shipping. 3-5 buisness days. By December 10 th I was arguing with them every day about how they gladly took my money fm my bank but they said sorry were out of stock for EVERY THING! Mind you a 300 $ order 28 items... my two daughters xmas gifts... by the time Christmas came and went... now end of jan, still refusing to refund or give me my order. Plus everyone i wld finally get to speak to either cldnt speak English or wld just hang up after being on hold for sometimes 40 mins ect... this place is AWFUL! A girlfriend of mine ordered also. I wouldnt order anything. You will be lucky to get the right size and also material is nothing like what is shown on the pictures. Very cheap tip top material and if you dont like it you have no chance of getting your money back.

It depends they usually write the measurements of the clothes in inches or centimeters. I bought an extra large dress and it was true to size. You also have people that post photos, it gives you an idea of how the clothes fit.

Small, they have a size for a very skinny individual. Double the size if u order to them.

I really wouldn't order anything from this site. They are full of themselves. It took over a month for me to get my things and no the sizes are not legit. They run VERY small.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM SITE. I bought a shirt sized XL. I have a BMI of 25. I could not fit my hand into the arm. It is childs size. I have a grandson of 18 months. I reckon it will fit him in 2 years time but the trouble is the quality is appalling and it will no doubt fall apart after two washed.

I honesty can't say n regard to the pus sizes, but I have found out that everything els I have order has ran wall when comprared to American sizing. I ordered a small for my granddaughter, it would have fit a child.

I agree with James F. I had to threaten legal action against these ripoff artists but no the sizes run about 3-4 sizes small.

I ordered many items. FINALLY received HALF Jan. 2016. Quality is terrible. Shirt appears to be falling apart. The nice-looking sweater is not nice & I'm embarressed to wear it. There are many co's with the EXACT SAME ITEMS I would have ordered from had I known. Have sent 13 customer support tickets TRYING to get money back or return items but no such luck. No lie. U will be disapointed, sizes and make are not legit. Stick to common brands that are well known, its just like staying at a hotel uve never heard the name of bcus its cheap, honey u will get raped and this site will do the same lol

For men, are 2 sizes smaller, than normal; for women, just one size smaller

It runs very small. The measurements are that of about a 2x but fits more like a 1X

It depends on the item. I've received everything that I've ordered from them, and quickly. The dress ran small but the shirts ran large. I read the measurements and look for pictures posted by actual people. The dress was made of thin see through material and it shouldn't have been but the shirts were great quality. I liked the first shirt so well I bought two more in black because I'm going to school to become an ASL interpreter and need to wear solid color clothing and loved the flow and feel of the shirt.

I am happy with the clothes that I've ordered fromSammy. Unfortunately I have no experience with plus size orders. Regular sizes run small and I order one or two sizes up. I carefully review their size chart and I measure myself before I order. I hope this helps.

Their sizes run small. If they have it, order at least 2 to 3 sizes up. They have a measurement chart that is pretty accurate. The items I ordered fit just fine when I went by the chart. Just know that they are in China and it will take time for shipping. Some items take longer than others and they should email you if it is backordered, at least they did with one of my items. I decided to cancel it instead of wait, so they refunded it plus shipping cost within 48 hours of our email conversation. They have a place you can talk to them about your order on your account when you are l logged in. You can send complaints about your order if something is wrong.

Why would anyone order from this unscrupulous company? People size does not matter if this company will rip you off. You are better off donating your money to charity. Wake up people!
