Do not order from Sammy Dress. They didn't even send me my items and I had to lodge a complaint via paypal to get my money back. When I asked Sammy Dress where my items were they told me to go check my local post office LOLOLOL. Seriously who does that? I won my case because sammy dress had NO PROOF they sent my items because they didn't. They are a RIP OFF!

I used PayPal because the company is in China and I did not want them getting any credit card info. Please be sure your first order is a small one because if you have a problem, you will not be able to resolve it. Sending items back to China is expensive! Their merchandise was JUNK! They did not publish my negative reviews on their website and I can't help but wonder if they fabricate some of their online reviews.

Never got that far. Got stuck in the automated reply system. Think about it: if they take $ 20 to $ 30 from each paying customer and do not deliver the goods, that is quite a bit of money to be made! SCAM that is what this company does. NEVER believe what they say. Report them! Post on every site you can to let it be known! I never got a refund!

No don't order from them. I ordered on August 19 and still haven't received any of the product. I called my back and PayPal. They're both investigating my claim. I will get my money back. Now Sammydress email's me like 6 times a day asking me to close my claims and then they'll refund my money. Papal says no they won't they just say that so you'll close the claim and then they won't refund your money and you can't file a claim on the same item twice.

No, I have never provided them with my credit card information or my personal ID; however, I always pay through PayPal. I have ordered about a dozen times from them, and my biggest complaint is how long it takes to get your order, even when I pay for expedited shipping. If you plan to order from them, do so through PayPal. On one occasion when I had a problem with SammyDress, I filed a complaint with PayPal, and it wasn't long before I was contacted by SammyDress. This was an exception, because for the most part I am able to resolve matters with a customer service representative on my own.

I used PayPal and when my order didn't ship and "Scammy" dress won't respond to emails or phone calls. I called PayPal and PayPal said my refund should be here in 11 days. I didn't. I used PayPal since they wouldn't get or see your private information. But beware, shipping takes eons and contacting the company is difficult. I don't ever get clothes from them, but their shoes and accessories are actually good. I wouldn't really recommend this website though. Shop at your own risk. I'm having a bad experience with them presently. It isn't worth the hassle.

I did order and used PayPal. It took an insane amount of time to receive the items I ordered and when received they were of poor quality, stinking like gasoline, wrong dimensions for the size (super small) out of proportion, made with synthetic cheap imitation materials vaguely resembling the images of the catalog. I trashed tge entire order since made no sense to send bsck for replacement. Do not order anything... no matter the payment method... is a scam

I ordered from them, got the wrong product and have tried for months to contact them. If you call the phone number it will give you a recording and it will cut you off. If you email it will tell you to use a valid email no matter what email address you enter. I wouldn't order or send copies of your private info that's for sure. I haven't found one good review yet for SammyDress. Be careful, keep your info private.

I have been ordering for some time now. I have never been asked to send copy of ID or credit card. I have received all my packages. In fact one just come which I order like two week ago. You have to note that this company is in china so shipping, they use normal shipping not Fedex or UPS. Sizes are asian so you have to also check chart when ordering clothing items.

NO! If your billing address and your credit card address is the same you dont have such issues.If your doing a 3rd party payment they might ask for such documentation. But what i advice you is to never give a copy of your card to anyone. Specially these online shopping websites. Because they show something and do something else.

If your doing a 3rd party payment, the safest way is ask them to send you a link to do the payments. And in link payments they add only the amount that needs to be paid will be given no one can edit it, so your payment will only be taken for those amount of what goods you buy...

First... they are a rip off to begin with. If you send a copy of your credit card, watch your account dwindling down to a zero balance. They will charge you for junk that you didn't order nor that will fit. I would not order from them even if they paid me

I never had to go through that, but I was somewhat protected from PayPal. If there are any issues and you contact their Customer Service Dept, you'll hear NOTHING. However, I opened a dispute with PayPal and I started receiving some help. If they're asking for that kind of information, that's someone that (in my opinion) wants to try and steal your identity. Don't EVER give that kind of information out. Hope that helps.

No... that is a scam. Never do you have to send a copy of credit cards or id's. I have had only bad experience with Sammy dress. I do not recommend them and if you do order... use pay pal... because what you see is not what you get... so if you use pay pal you can make a complaint and get your money back

No! I didn't, I regularly order from them and I have never had to do that. Plus all their clothes are cute and affordable. Everyone that I heard ordered from there got their stuff n loved it. It might take a while like about two weeks or earlier. But it's worth it tho. So don't listen to the others that was their sad story, doesn't mean it's gonna happen to you.
