So I saw this website advertised for cute bathing suits on Facebook, I order 2 pairs of shorts, a shirt, and a swimsuit. First, it took FOREVER to get here. And shipping is a lot. BUT THE WORST PART IS- I RECIEVED the items and the shirt I got is supposed to say "Aint no wifey" and it says "W't no wifey"? And then the shorts did not have holes to button them so I HAD TO CUT OUT HOLES TO BUTTON MY SHORTS. Also the bathing suit wasn't there. Horrible customer service too, DO NOT ORDER.

The positive reviews are definitely paid for. There is NO WAY anyone could use this website and actually obtain goods for money. All I received was the runaround and not my items. After all the frustration of trying to get products I had already paid for, they told me that my items were no longer in stock and that they would offer me a refund for the items that have not shipped and the shipping cost. After over 6 weeks of waiting for these items, I find out that items that are still on sale, are out of stock. Then after another week of waiting around for a refund, I only received credit for the items and NOT the shipping. So now I have paid them shipping for items that didn't ship and will never ship. I've never had this much trouble with a company.

Do not buy from this company. Any positive review on here I am sure is written by their staff. After 3 weeks of not receiving my order I opened a support ticket to ask why my order had not shipped yet. Here was the reply: "Dear Lori,

Thank you for your ordering and inquiry.

I have checked this order for you, and sorry to tell you the item YM******* is not available

May I know whether you may exchange with other item?

After you finish, please email me the links for replacements you want, so that we can arrange your order.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and thanks for your understanding and cooperation again.

Anticipate your prompt reply.

Veronica" Any good business should if you can not supply an item you should immediately notify the customer that purchased it AND remove it from your shop site. I truly believe this is a scam. They know the Paypal rules of 45 to report the dispute and have no plans of giving the money back. I did receive my refund, but I went through Paypal to do it.

Très surprise par la qualité des articles sur le site Sammy Dress.
En effet, j'ai commandé une trousse cosmétiques et des pinceaux à maquillage et, vu le prix des affaires, je m'entendais à recevoir quelque chose de qualité médiocre et en fait... pas du tout!
Les pinceaux étaient exactement comme sur la photo (couleur et taille) et la trousse était deux fois plus grande que ce que je m'attendais, en tissu à l'intérieur et plastique à l'extérieur (donc aucun risque de l'abimer), et les couleurs étaient bien comme sur la photo!

J'ai donc immédiatemment fait une autre commande avec sandales, vêtements et sac à main d'été, hâte de recevoir tout cela:)

Vraiment un rapport qualité/prix défiant toute concurrence!

Hello i want to tell you about my experience with SammyDress, well honestly first of all i was afraid about shop online but i saw a lot of vloggers on youtube buying there so i went for it, i spent one week searching in every single item in the page and finally i found 9 beautiful things between: amazing boots, a cool jacket, socks, a must have jumpsuit, etc. so i read a lot of comments about SammyDress, the delivery time and aduana and was ok, so i made my order, i was checking the track in china and in mi local mail office (in México) so finally 2 months later my order came! I understand about the time, china is very far away and now i'm enjoying my stuff and making more orders (the swimsuits are really beautiful) thank you!

I ordered 2 swimsuits; one for my daughter who is 5'2,110 lbs. And one for me 5'7" 165 lbs. I ordered a medium and xl because the site said to order a size larger than you normally would. First we waited a month and no swimsuits arrived, so I emailed the company (which took about 3 days to respond) and they said the suits weren't in stock and we would have to wait 9-15 days more. We finally got them 6 weeks after ordering and my swimsuit couldn't be pulled any higher than the bottom of my chest. My daughters was not much better and if she stood up straight her boobs would fall out (Looking at the inside layer of the swimsuit the bottoms are sewn WAY too close to the bust). So I had her try on my xl swimsuit (normally she is a extra small to a small size) and it fits better, but needs to be tightened a little.
I wouldn't order from this company! They don't let you know that your order isn't in stock, they take a long time to get back to inquiries, shipping takes forever and is expensive, and the clothes are not made to fit a normal person.

I ordered a vest from Sammy Dress that somewhere else was $30 and here was $6. The money was taken out of my account pretty quick, but after a month of no email confirmations and still not receiving my package in the mail, I opened a customer service ticket to see what was going on. They let me know that the vest was out of stock so I could either wait until they got more or they would give me a refund. They really shouldn't show an item as available on their website if it's not, and they ESPECIALLY shouldn't have charged me for it, but within another couple of days it was back in stock, and a week later I received the vest, and it's a lot smaller than I expected but it still fits okay. Customer service was nice once I opened the ticket, they just have a not very professional way of operating beside that.

Awful customer service. Wrote two 'tickets' to check the status of my order. No response in spite of their 24 hour response gaurantee.

Live chatted with two different robots of people, who are unable to help and just appologize for the inconvenience without offering a solution though I am clear and reasonable. All I've asked for is for a refund for shipping costs, as they failed to ship it out in a reasonable amount of time.

It has now been 20 days of processing time, and apparently my order is shipped, but only after hours of online repetitive chats and unhelpful customer service. Downright rude and repetitive, claiming that they said the order would take this long.

I can expect my order in 15-25 days from now, I'm told... which means the total time from the order being placed is 6 weeks, which is pretty ridiculous. Oh, and the customer service rep just quit on me.

Lauren: please refund my shipping, offer me a credit, or let me speak to someone who has the authority to process these requests.
