How do u get in touch with these people I ordered my stuff a while ago it still say shipped out and no tracking number the phone number I called has a busy signal what do I do

I got emails too from them after filing a fraud complaint with PayPal, which is what I used to pay them. ONLY then did they send me an email asking me to close the complaint and offered me 3.47 on a 25+ order. Paypal did refund my money. SO I would suggest you go to who you used to pay them, IE: credit card, paypal, bank, etc and file a fraud complaint against them so that you can get your money back. Even when Sammydress did contact me and I responded, they still did not follow up with another email. Chalk it up to a learning experience. I just wish more people would check AND believe the reviews on this scam company. They really need to be taken down!

I have had a couple of emails from them since posting on here but ive not replied to them, i went straight to paypal after not recieving and joy trying to get through to their customer services. If you paid by credit card or paypal contact them and they will get you your refund

I'm so sorry to inform you that you have been scammed I had the same problem back in October when I ordered from them for my birthday the dress came late on top of the fact the they never had the dress from the jump they ended up pattern making the dress it came out horrible I mean horrible one sleeve was longer than the other the fabric was terrible not even close to the pictures they advertised it was the worst experience of my life the best thing to do is file a complaint with BBB but I don't think Sammy's dress is an accredited business...

My order been sense aug the 8th no order as today. My daughter got 2 items last week but still missing 3. She order 5 item and still waiting on the other 2. She is a 2x and when she got the items. The 2x fit my granddaughter witch is a size 10. On my order they say send the order number and I do and they say the order number does not match. So I'm out of money and clothing

I had success posting a review here and submitting a ticket on their website. I received a full refund and the merchandise I ordered... which was crap...

McKenzie, I suggest you open a ticket with them. I had to do that, they respond in about 24 hours, then you can work out something with them. It's a slow process, but I did finally get my items.

If you make a claim ticket at the bottom of the website and then fill their email everyday with a one sentence response on your claim ticket they will finally respond back. I would write haven't heard from you. Still haven't heard from you everyday until about 5 days later I got a reponse from them.

No one is has answer my call when I call the number. I have email no respond. Some need to be done. All of consumers need file a law suit against the company. This is not right all. I still want my money back. I am going to keep trying get in touch with Sammydress.com. I hope all of the consumer the same.

I emailed them from their site and they just kept telling me that it takes extra time because of the way that they ship the items. Then when I filed a negative review on this site they also contacted me through her. They processed my refund and like their shipping it was late and I had to contact them numerous time to get that settled and finally the refund showed up.

Go to the site and your order and you can e-mail them from there. That is the only way I could contact them.

Hi you can send them a ticket when you log on to your account there is a support center and they should reply within 24 hours. Usually they send everthing on time to me as orders shipped. Out for me last week i receivef two items yesterday but still am waiting two more items fron october. Keep on sumitting a ticket and ask them to reply as soon as possible. Hope you receive them soon. You can send a message through your order. Good luck with trying to get anywhere with this company! I haven't had any complaints until my latest order which was made the first week in Oct. Including expedited shipping and I still haven't received my full order and what I received was very low quality and/or damaged!

Always go thru the Card you used to purchase the product. I was sent an email from them and I answered it. Try to keep on their email and complain every chance you get. They will sometimes send you a response, but remember their response will be at the bottom of the page not the top so ALWAYS scroll to the bottom of the page to get their response. Rosegal and Sammydress must be the same or a sister act of the same company as that is how they answer. I can only say go to your card company and fill out the paperwork of the bad sale. Then go to any link that you can to tell people about the practices of this company. I always remember now to find out more about ANY company I use on line. Just make sure you keep complaining about the company and insist you get ALL your money back. It may take a little time, just keep sending. They came around for me. Good Luck

Go to their Facebook page and spam every post with negative comments, they contact you soon after. Then offer you a pathetic offer of a refund.

Unfortunately i had the same situation. If you paid with paypal you need to contact them directly. Open a claim. It takes about two weeks but you will get your refund. This company is a scam. I also fell for it. Once you get your claim, sammydress you ask you to reverse the claim. This is their tactic. DO NOT reverse it. You will never get your items. I ordered mine August 20 and never received anything. I put a claim in and i got a full refund from paypal. Giid luck and i hope this helps.

The only way I was able to get them to contact me was to contact their facebook page, and then following up by commenting on every single post from Sammy Dress. Anytime they posted a picture, I warned future shoppers, every time any potential shopper asked a question or tagged a friend because they thought the item was cute, I warned them too. Eventually I was able to get my refund, but I had to stay on top of contacting them on Facebook and commenting on almost every post.

If you log onto their website.go to my orders. Click on the order number then on support center.Or at the right side of the page near the top, click on my tickets to start a claim. When i first asked for a refund cause my dress never came, they offered me a partial refund. But when i explained they were responsible and i wanted my money back, they issued a refund to me. I did not have to go through paypal, or my credit card company, but those are avenues available to you if you don`t get your money back.

Contact Sammydress by going to home page. Scrolling to bottom click on contact us... brings up page where you get a help ticket. It took over two months to get my damaged order. Good luck.

You will never be satisfied. There is no customer service. IF you EVER get any of the items you ordered you will regret it. BUY AMERICAN. This company SUCKS. The fabrics are cheap and thin. The sewing looks like a 3rd grader did it. Zippers will be broken, buttons will be missing... SHAME ON PAY PAL FOR CONTINUING TO LAUNDER MONEY FOR THEM. RoseWholesale, SammyDress, and what ever alias they choose next is CHEAP CHINESE $#*!.

You can send them a ticket with the order # they should reply in about 24 hrs. Good luck I am still waiting for my last order 2 mnths now. You just have to keep sending thwm tickets till they satisfy you. I hope this helps.

Good luck. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. This place is a total rip off scam artist. They have numerous complaints but their complaint department is a program with a form letter in response.

Same problem. It took forever to get here and when it did 2 things were the wrong size and with broken zippers. I made a complaint thru pay pal... they offered me like $4.00... I will never prefer there junk again!
