If I could give this company 0 stars I would... Ordered a bathing suit April 27 hoping it would be here June 7. Seemed like plenty of time. After waiting a whole month and the whole time they said to wait I got aggravated and decided I was going to write or call customer service on there website when trying to communicate with them it kept saying I had to log in when I already was, the number kept saying no one was available. So then I found the site on Facebook private messaged them finally and they asked if I wanted to wait another week and I really wanted the bathing suit so I did, a week passed by still no sign of the bathing suit. Now this time I wanted my money back so I wrote her again and she said she would refund it wait 2-5 day... I thought maybe I was getting somewhere. The 6 day I still had no refund... I had to write her AGAIN! Tried to keep my cool but I think other people need to know. Finally have got it refunded to my paypal account. Other people should know they need to BEWARE of this company. I will never purchase anything through sammydress again!

I can't say nothing bad about sammydress! I made three orders and everything was perfect! Even when some items were out of stock i received a refund. The trick is not to make big order. The risk is that you have to pay more when it arrives -extra taxes-. Obviously the shipping time is high, and obviously the quality is not excellent and maybe you can find something that is not so perfect, but from my point of view everything i ordered was like the description and if you are patient to wait more than one month i suggest this site! Be careful, make little order! If something goes wrong you don't loose so much money!

DO NOT ORDER FROM SAMMY DRESS unless you want to gamble with your money. They sell things they do not have in stock even items they don't have plans to restock. Most importantly, THEY DO NOT WANT TO REFUND. They will do whatever they can to keep your money, and not in the great customer service-throwing in extra stuff type of way. Because they're in China, it's very difficult to report them. Also, their english is bad so their customer service is difficult. So if you want to throw them money and wonder for months if you'll actually get what you paid for and if it will actually fit, then maybe Sammy Dress is for you.

Do NOT be fooled by sammydress.com's cheap and affordable prices. Even for the low prices it's not worth the item you end up receiving. And plus with the cheap prices they post on the website they make up for charging you up the butt for shipping... I ordered a total of six items and hated five of them. The pictures they post is very deceiving and looks and fits nothing at all like they do on the models on their website.

I posted reviews for the items, giving them my honest feedback but they didn't even bother posting it because I rated most of the items with 1 star. I never used profanity or slandered them in any way. Like I said, I just gave my honest feedback and only talked about how the size and color wasn't true to what they showed in the pictures.

I would steer clear of this website. I dished a little over $100 for the 6 items I purchased (which is not bad) but what use is it if I'm NEVER going to wear it? Plus if you want to return the item(s) you (as the buyer) have to pay for the shipping to ship it back to them... Umm no. So instead of wasting any more time and money on it, I decided to just keep it. It's not even worth wearing around the house as pj's. It's embarrassing to wear at all and I can't even stand looking in the mirror wearing their clothes in the comfort of my own home where nobody will see me. I suppose I can use them as dish rags.

I think the company suppose to attach the invoice with every shipment that's what every other online store does and there's no invoice show in my order details I think buyer should recieve invoice to prove of all description after buyer purchase a product such a size, color etc. I get a chance to talked to one of the
Customer support and he said to me" Don't worry about it we got the information of your purchased"

I don't think there will be any problem to cause of late/delayed delivery during this time of the year I also make a purchase online very often (from inside and outside the United States) and I still haven't got any late delivery yet.

About the tracking number it still can't be found after I tried to track my package on the link that you sent me it should have shown something after 48 hours from the date shipped.

Unfortunately I hope to get my order within a reasonable time and I find Sammydress.com are not too professional to handle business of services and customer support.

I love sammydress! The site is very well done and it is very easy to find what you looking for...: my order within the time prescribed by the new clothing is very well packaged very well designed! Payment is easy to do and I suggest you this company service during and after the sale never read I suggest you to discover their original products do well n 'ayer no fear of purchasing because you get what you order these items and its well designed and quality

It took over a month to get my package and when it did come I was missing 3 items. I attempted multiple times to contact the company and finally put in a ticket. The response was your package was shipped. So I put in another ticket asking for the missing items since I received my crwdit card statement and was charged for the missing items. It took a week but I finally received an email explaining items out of stock and I will be getting a refund. I will watch my statement tonsee if that happens. The items I did receive were good quality but they do run small and the measurements on the site are not accurate. U rated sammydress 3 stars because the product I received was decent and eventually I had received a response. They do have a terrible contact us section. Nearly immpossible, clothes run small, and shipping not so great. They need to not list an item if thwy know it is out of stock and it could prevent alot of these recurrent issues.

This is not right. Don't buy anything from sammydress.com it is a scam. If I have read the bad reviewa about this site, I would have never ordered from them. I ordered 4 items on 5/20/14 and since it took so long and not receiving the items by mail I wrote 2 messges and all I got were like automates response "

Then finally after not receiving any status about my order, I decided to chat and they told me that I have not received the order because most of the items were out of stock. This pissed me off, they are not suppose to sell you items and charge for them If they are out of stock, this is very very disrespectful, so I asked them to make a Refund ASAP and provide a confirmation # for my refund. I hope I get my refund. Ah and all those 5 star reviews seems to be made by sammydress company, as their comments are too good to be truth.
