Ordered boots, was sent the wrong boots, was authorized for a full refund, sent away boots, money no where to be seen. I have sent countless emails and phone calls and it's all been the same thing. "I know it's hard to wait, you will see your money in 3-5 business days". I am not being impatient, I am fine waiting 5 business days, but January 25- March 9 is not 5 business days. The first girl I talked to was a nightmare and told me I would see less then half of my refund. I got that swiftly sorted, they clearly hired A+ employees, total sarcasm. Over a month later I finally talked to someone who said there was an issue with my return and they were now manually entering it. Why wasn't I told that immediately? I understand that issues happen but clearly they were hoping I'd forget about my money and they'd never have to refund me. I now have to wait and see if I will actually get my money, but I feel like I finally talked to a component employee who cared about the company's reputation. I will never shop with Ruelala again. Shop with caution.
I have never bought anything from here but was told by an acquaintance to sign up for emails in order to get deals. All I have gotten is a never ending stream of junk emails totally unrelated to ANYTHING offered by Rue La La. DON'T DO IT!

I PURCHASED THIS VALENTINO ROCKSTUD BAG AND TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I RECEIVED IT I QUESTIONED THE AUTHENTICITY BECAUSE IT HAVE TWO MANY ZIPPERS ON IT. Buyers beware, I have purchased a dress from RueLaLa and since the dress was over $ 100 dollars I made sure before I made the purchase the item is returnable, but when I went to return the dress I was told that I could not return the dress. So disappointed with this company.
I ordered a $1200 bracelet for my mom and when I re dived it the quality was poor so I initiated the return. I printed out their FedEx return label and mailed the item back on 8/19/22 and it was signed for on 8/24/22. After 2 weeks I still didnt have my the funds back on my credit card so I reach out to them and they say it takes 10 business days to process and we are only at 9. So on Day 11 I call them and the nice gentleman looks into it and says that he sees that the vendor received it so he needs to check on it. I call back 3 days later and they say they are still waiting. Then I get an email today saying it won't be refunded because they never received the package. I promptly call and they say the vendor told them the package they received was empty so they can't refund me and I will have to just deal with my card company. No additional help! As though I would send an empty package and expect a refund. And no questioning on their part as to why the vendor only notified them of the supposedly empty package after I had them look into the refund status. I'm not sure how you can avoid this issue but beware.
I'm calling an attorney you do not have the right to take out my money s f them also place a hold for matching funds for another week!

I have been a regular and loyal customer of Rue La La for many years and find their customer service to be top notch; they even took an expensive jacket back when it was not supposed to be returned as it was a close out item--I explained that it did not look at all to be consistent with the quality of this designer and therefore, I was terribly disappointed; they took it back. I routinely order work clothes (ie Tahari suits, Calvin Klein dresses etc) on line and when they are in the Final Closeout sales, they are less expensive than a great sale at Macys! Have also bought jeans, cosabella bras and cute laundry shelli segal dresses too and have been very happy with them
I don't know if I want to shop with you, or not. But I can't even see anything on your site without making an account. So you lost me before you had a chance to have me.
They sell a lot of knockoffs with high inflated retails to discount it down to a good price customer service is awful the freight is a rip-off there are many choices on the internet so don't use them
I ordered several "Predire" products from them. They were all fake made in China. The packaging was cheap and looked fake. I also ordered "Secret collagen" brand products. Age defying lifting facial cream from "Predire" and "Secret Collagen" was in the same exact container. The manufacturer had just printed a different brand name on each container. The "Secret collagen" products said that they were made in China. Both of the masks that I ordered were rancid and the other had leaked out of the packaging. Product named Predire Moroccan liquid gold retinol smelled so bad that I had to throw it out. All the sales were final so I did not attempt to return these products. Rue la la double charged me for my order. I called about it and they say that they only charge when they ship, however, they charged for the whole amount and then again for each item shipped. Unless they refund the double charge I have to take them to small claims court. Avoid this site and save your skin, money and sanity.
I recently ordered a book case at ruelala for a great price (as this is a site for great deals right?) Wrong! 7 days later, I receive an email stating that they canceled my order because the item was no longer available. I was disappointed, but decided to go back on the site and find another bookcase to order; when there it was, the same exact book case for a much higher price.
I could not believe it. I proceeded to call their concierge, which is when they informed me: the original price that I purchased the bookcase was a mistake. So they canceled my order, sent me an email lying about the status of the item(which they later told me it was a generic email ;) and relisted the item at the higher price. I told Penny (the concierge who assisted me) that I felt as tough they should honor the price and send me the item; especially with an email containing false information, and the listing mistake was theirs. They refused! How is this fair to consumers, they pretty much lie about their products, and hid behind their policies when it is convenient for them.
Definitely not a trustworthy site to purchase from.
Rue LaLa's order process is deceptive. When I ordered the sofa described below, their order process said it would be delivered by 2 August. I then received a confirmation of this estimated delivery date below.
I called today to find out why my sofa did not arrive today. I was told by their representative that she could not tell me when it would ship. She further added that it would take three to five business days to discover when it would ship, and the response would not guarantee a ship date any time in the near future.
I told her that this is not what the RueLaLa site indicated when I ordered the sofa, or what was indicated in the order confirmation email. I told her I wish to cancel my order. She told me that if the sofa will ship in the next two to three days (not business days) it would not be possible to cancel.
I don't understand how a cancellation takes two to three days but a response from the manufacturer about shipping takes three to five business days. There is something very deceptive about her answers.
I can't recommend ordering from this flash sale site.
BEWARE WHEN RETURNING ITEMS!
I purchased two pairs of Valentino Rockstud flats totalling $1,237.95 on a single order. The shoes arrived in a single shipment - beautiful authentic shoes, and lovely packaging but too small!
I requested a return for both pairs through my RueLaLa account, received a Smart Label return, packed them back into the original box and took them to USPS. They processed the return within 6 days but ONLY REFUNDED $539.05 FOR ONE PAIR OF SHOES! I called and was told they would research and get back with me.
I now realize that I don't have a way to prove that I packed both pairs into the box... and someone in their returns department could have swiped the other pair and I'll be out $679.
I've opened a dispute with PayPal and my next step is to contact the USPS so I can compare the weight of my returned package versus the orginal shipment since they should be identical. If that doesn't work I'll call the police in Shepherdsville, KY. This sucks. :(

I have ordered 3 things from this site; a pair of boots, a watch, and a pair of sunglasses. The boots had some slight scuffing to the leather and were NOT worth the $250 (site stated that they were normally sold for $580) I paid for them- very cheap quality for $250, let alone more. The watch was a joke- strap was wrinkled and the second hand didn't move. Sunglasses were huge (they didn't show a pic of them on a mannequin so you I couldn't tell the actual size). From what I have seen, this site sells the lowest quality good from good brand names or things from a couple seasons ago. Shipping is a flat $9.95, but you get charged for returns as well. If you want a return in form of original payment you have to go to their site and go through the returns page- don't expect money to your credit card otherwise. I won't shop at this site again, 2 out of 3 things were damaged/not working, returns aren't free (as should be with any reputable site- it is another way to dissuade you from returning the crap they sell), and in general not worth my time.
I did not find any savings on anything i saw on this store, it isn`t any different than any other expensive store. Their so called 40 % 50% Ect. Are simply false add.
Don't buy anything from Rue La La IS FAKEEE! I bought a Pandora Charm and I got a simple bag with NO LOGO and with a very very fake charm I noticed at first sight.
It is cheap because is FAKE! Then I went to the Pandora official store and they confirm what I thought... that I had been cheated and this was a Scam. So disappointed!
They suck! One of my orders got cancelled for "technical problems", two of my orders failed delivery after one month of my payment. I was looking forward for that package and was so disappointed. After I complaint these to the staff. They did nothing but saying "I am so sorry to hear that and I can imagen your disappointment". Are you kidding me? Then I am sorry when you run out of business in the future! IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER, DON'T RUN SHOPPING WEBSITE!
