Garments are cheaply made, often defective and way off-spec in sizing. They refuse to correct any of their errors or take responsibility for defective garments. I assume Customer service is completely automated since they cannot pass the Turing test. Working with them convinced me that there is no human intelligence there.

The order I received was short two items. They did refund me for those two items. The rest of the clothes were poor quality. Only one dress was ok and I ordered in a medium but not even my daughter who is a size 2 fit it. We just donated everything. And I learned the lesson not to purchase from this site. If they even raised their valve and made the right sizes with decent quality it may not be bad, but I would definitely stay away from here.

The website does say cheap items but I did not realize they were talking about quality as well as cost. The clothes were too small to fit this size 8 America woman, even the one size fits all looks like it is for a 10 year old girl. The material reminds me of Barbie clothing, thin and see through. Horrible, horrible, horrible do not order the clothing! It would cost more to return it to China than what I paid for it, I had to donate the clothing.

I am pleasantly surprised that after posting my review at your site, customer service attended to me immediately. If they could address the issues with a contactable email for customers instead of us resorting to reviews & complaints on this site, it would have resolved issues & not tarnish their company's image. My remaining items ran out of stock but nobody advised me, hence the issues created. This is hands-down the WORST online clothing store I have ever ordered from. I should have known they were too good to be true. I put in an order for several items of clothing in January. My order included a pair of snow boots to wear during the cold NY winter. In February, I received PART of my order. I STILL have not received a top that they said shipped out in mid-February. I check my PO Box and NOTHING. Also, my snow boots still haven't even shipped. It's going to be Spring/Summer before they arrive and I won't even need them! When I tried to contact someone online, I kept getting an error message about my order number, which is ridiculous, considering I just copy/pasted the same order number they sent me--so now it's an invalid number!?!?!? SO, I couldn't file a complaint and I want my money back ASAP. Please save your money and do not order from them. It's an incredibly frustrating and money-wasting experience. That's not to mention the quality and sizing of clothing is also terrible....nothing redeeming here.
BTW, Rosegal, I appreciate your response, but you're incorrect. I'm not sure how you run your "Customer Service" department over there, but I used the same exact order number posted here and even though YOU say it isn't valid, your customer service department responded to my email and gave me a partial refund just a couple of days ago. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! WE purchased a order of a little under $700.00 and received 10 items which BTW the sizes were not what they looked like. Just TERRIBLE... EVERYTHING... TERRIBLE
I ordered one item TWO MONTHS AGO. Still not delivered.
I sent an email to their Customer Service team asking why it is taking so long when their site stated it should be delivered within 8-15 Business Days.
Their response was that it was Peak season (mind you I ordered first week of January... which is NOT peak season... quite the opposite) and that it would take up to 45 business days!
FORTY FIVE vs FIFTEEN!
I asked why they didn't state that on the Shipping Details section.
They kept dodging that question.
Next question I asked is if I could get a refund.
They responded with a generic "Thanks for understanding" response LOL!
I then kept asking for a refund in which they closed the ticket!
A BIG F. U. to RoseWholesale and their TERRIBLE company.
DO NOT BUY from this place, seriously, it's not worth the hassle. And reading other reviews, the products (which one day I might receive) are of poor quality as well.
