Bought an "2XL dress" that arrived looking more like a XS shirt. The material was cheap and see through, and if I had been able to get it over my head, the length would still not have even go past my stomach. I can not emphasize how bad it is. And if a US equivalent size 4 is what they consider "2XL," then they're just@$$holes.

Very disappointed

I placed my order one month ago and received a few items. I have reached out multiple times as I am still missing 3 items. When will I receive these and how can I return some of the other items that I ordered and how can I return items that do not fit? Help! I have been patiently waiting. This is by far the worst shopping experience I have had. The shirt i bought is made out of the cheapest material and apparently a large means extra extra small, the sweatpants i bought is falling apart and also a lot smaller than expected and out of the three watches i bought not one of them is working, two of them were falling apart in the package already. I strongly advise you to not shop with them. You are not getting a bargain or affordable deals.

Forget this website as a legitimate shopping site, the price is cheap and the quality is lower than the prices. The sized are a joke, ordered XXL and XXXL for adults and the clothes wouldn't fit a child, Complete waste of money... the only good thing about the website are the pictures being promoted.
Now on the while goose chase of returning the useless items (all of them).

Charged me extra

After my last review they asked for an order number.HR**************. When I went into their website looked at the order they sent and charged me for one dress I didn't order. Their return policy sucks so not worth trying. Really really disappointed. Representative can contact me directly.

I ordered and items received is not large it is very small.
I tried to submit a query online and verify code keeps coming up as incorrect. It is in English. Typed it few times and same messages.
I would like a full refund and I will never order from this place again.
I have two items pending for several weeks now.

I order 3 tops which looked really cute on the ad on Facebook. The prices were really cheap, so I didn't really expect a 5 star item and from past experience I knew that oriental sizing is always a couple or more sizes smaller. So I ordered all tops in 4XXXX. After they FINALLY arrived, I had to iron them to see what they were. Just scrunched up and shoved into plastic bags - awful- obviously not proud of their product. The tops did not even fit a friend of mine who usually takes a size 6 or 8. The labels showed "4xxxx". It was actually funny. They might fit a 10 year old as a dress. The workmanship and the fabrics were horrible- cheap cheap cheap. There is no point in returning them since shipping would cost as much and probably not much chance of a refund, since English is not their first language. I wish there was a way I could do a ZERO star rating.

This is a scam!

I ordered 2 corsets from them and it has been over a month and my order is still "processing". I've submitted help tickets and emails yet no response. I've tried calling the phone number during business hours and all I get is someone picks up but there's silence and no one answers. I want my money back or my products. I'm ready to file a complaint with the bank and get my money back. If I could give zero stars I would!

Anxiously waiting

I placed an order the first week in February, the payment cleared my bank a couple days later. I have sent two "tickets" inquiring about my order and have gotten the same response... 21 days later. My order is still "processing"... It should not be this hard to get answers. Where is my order?
***So after 45 days my package arrived. It was exactly what I ordered. Correct size. Good quality. Thank you for the return emails.

Will never order again

I made my order on January 29 2016. Today's date is 2016 I haven't got any updates nothing on this order fed ex made the label just rosewood has never sent the package! They had no problemishes taking my money. So either I want my order that I ordered or my money back. I have tried contacting them it won't let me make a ticket. There is no email address. And phone number just rings!

This company deserves a -5 star rating! I do believe they write their own reviews. The clothes I received DO NOT, by any means, look as advertised. I bought this maxi dress that looks like a tube dress... horrible, horrible quality. So not worth the money!

As stated the shirts i did receive fit my 10 year old son, not me. You'd think a simple email would remedy the situation but no, you have to attempt, for hours, to use the "live chat" complaint service. Although it seems like value for money the hassle involved is not worth the saving.

Will never order again

Worst website ever. Ordered a hoodie that should have been a 2xl and its about the size of a small at best. It cannot be used and in order to ship it they want me to pay to send it back and forth to China. Never again. I should have read the reviews before ordering from them. I put in several support tickets but did not find customer service helpful in any way. What a waste of my time and money!

I have ordered3 times from this site (still missing 3 items from the 1st order). Even still giving the 2 more if not 3 more chances to get it right... No luck i recently ordered a dress to wear 2 weeks later (actually February27th, 2016) paid for expidited shipping and theybjust cant seem to get it. If you ask an pay for 2-5 day shipping have the decency to forwarn you that irregardless of you paying more to get sooner, there NOT EVEN ATTEMPING TO SHIP FOR A WEEK! IM DISGUSTED WITH THERE TACTICS AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT NOT NOT ORDERING FROM THIS OR ANY OVERSEAS RETAILERS! Unless you have a month or 2 to wait for delivery...
