Hi I come from Seychelles island and I ordered two item from rosewhole sale last October and I received it in January this year. I can understand that it has to go through lots of customs but I paid for insurance and was able to trace my order. Just be a little patient if you have ordered any thing from them cause the product was worth the wait.

False advertising in there size. I worked off the measurements they give in the add. And no the sizes on the item don't match up with advert. They don't tell you that is in asian sizes. They don't honour any warranty or refunds. I am still fighting through paypal to get a refund. This will also test paypal as they to are giving me the run around. I ordered 6 items from this website including coat, jacket, sweat shirt, necklace, paid CAD 148 for them plus CAD 28 for custom. There is something suspect going on here. My order arrived last week and it arrived broken, when I say broken I mean... in pieces! I immediately tried to contact the support centre and wrote a detailed explanation AND attached photos. The team eventually wrote back asking me the same questions and claiming they had received no photos. They then closed my complaint and somehow have made the site so I cannot contact them at all. The website is a scam and needs to be reported. I had a false 'Google Chrome' popup appear on my screen stating that I had made an incorrect input of their security code. This might be believable it wasn't for the fact that there was a spelling error in the alert. It's no coincidence that they only offer a live chat care service for pre-sales. After the purchase it's too late. Shocking

This was my first time shopping with Rose Wholesale. Everything I ordered arrived earlier then I had expected. The quality of the items that I purchased were really good considering the low prices. I am very happy and customer service was on point they contacted me when one of my items was out of stock and handled the situation quickly.
I was a bit skeptical whether my products would arrive after reading some other reviews, but the Rosewholesale customer service was excellent in helping me with the tracking number, reasons for why a product wasn't shipped out, alerting me of their holiday periods etc. I had really good communication with them and my order did in fact arrive after 10-25 business days. I ordered a dress and knowing it did run small, I ordered 2 sizes bigger than I wear, just to make sure. It arrived much earlier than I expected. The dress is gorgeous and was exactly as described. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon!

Prior to placing my orders, the review suggested I order a larger size as sometimes the dresses run small. I'm normally a 10-12 so I ordered an XL just in case, and with price, I could easily get them ordered. Well, the 2 dresses arrived in a timely manner but absolutely too tight everywhere. I dont wear XL in ANYTHING
When I tried to return, I contacted customer service because there wasnt a return shipment address. I was told to take pictures with tape measure or ruler against dress. Submit those photos and a review team would review and determine if partial credit is warranted.
Are you serious? Had I known, I would have never ordered from them. This is by far the worst customer service I've experienced. I should have been leary once I realized there werent any return address labels.
