I ordered on the tenth and chose expiteded shipping which stated 2 to 3 business days... I check and it says partial order shipped!? At no point did it say that any items would be back ordered! And the telephone number just rings... No answer and no voicemail to leave a message... And the shipping number provided is junk! Anybody looking to purchase from this place DONT! This is a total scam I don't understand why they are not in Jail yet! They sent me fake email with a fake order number that can't be tracked keep telling me wrong order number and it's the one they sent to my email. They charged me for two day delivery and it's already going on two weeks now haven't been able to get a real number for this company nor able to chat with live representatives. They also sent email saying send money for order to be shipped when bank confirmed it went out of my account! I'm not one that take loses so getting my attorney involved to prosecute this company to the fullest along with interview with the media so no one else gets scam by this company because not everyone reads the reviews until after they realize it's a scam! Weeks now. Only one of 3 items received. Not at all what it was to be and would maybe fit a 3 year old. I even ordered a size larger due to what I read for sizing. Can't even wear a bathing suit cover up as a shirt because I can't even get it over my head. Filed a claim with PayPal and they offered a $7 refund when I paid $36 and only received a $10 misrepresented item that had no packing slip or return label. Wouldn't answer my many inquiries... most of which would not go through to the email address on their site and kept coming back even though I clicked their link. HHR**************. Is the order to prove that I purchased because I am honest unlike this company. Shipping said 5-7 days when I purchased and placed the order, but that was 2/26/16 and only got one item and the rest are in la-la-land apparently with nothing provided from the company about them. Needed them for a vacation that has now come and gone. AWFULLLLLLL. Beware. I will now be calling PayPal and I know that they will have my back. The next step is for me to file a claim with BBB and anyone else that I can. You messed with the wrong person RoseWholesale. I require a full refund, including shipping... not $7. If I wanted to waste $36.22 I could have just started a bonfire with it and felt better about it.

Everyone saying how bad the items are... You see how "nice" the items look but look at the price... You're not going to get red carpet clothes for $6. And the sizing is going to be smaller than you think because of the coy try its made in its based by people way smaller than Americans.
My order, or at least some of it arrived, nothing was as it had looked on the site or was supposed to be, when I tried washing what I had received to get rid of the stink things started falling apart - they have refused to refund my money, even for the items that were never shipped. It is a pity there is no negative rating available.

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and still have yet to receive a tracking number or my purchase. When I first ordered my dresses, I received an email stating my dresses were on back order and wouldn't be available until March 18th. (After I already paid) I just checked the status of my order and it still says "Processing". I just the status of my ticket and it says "Closed" as if the problem was resolved. Not to mention as soon as I paid for my order, I received an email saying "Waiting for payment". This is my first and last time ordering from this company. I am beyond angry and I want my money back.

After 2 months of waiting I finally received the items I ordered and I have to say. I LOVE them! Everything fits perfect and is made nicely. The only thing I was not pleased with through the whole transaction was the wait and it is very hard to get in touch with anyone at RoseWholeSale.
The items I received are cute but small. The criteria that I find now on the website are absurd for size issues--measure them, on the floor, with the ruler visible, and make sure there is at least a 2cm difference (from what? Am I to find every item and its description on the site again? I verified that each matched my measurements when I placed the orders!)--that it's CLEAR that they know things are going to be too small. And to return an item for being too small, you're supposed to have a password. How am I supposed to have a password? I sure didn't need one to place an order. Ridiculous.

Sizing is way off... can't get a hold of anyone to send the items back and quality of the clothing is horrible. The products are not even close to what is pictured & described on the site! My order was $106.34 USD & I can't even wear most of what has been sent due to crookedness, poor workmanship & incorrect sizing! Of the 4 dresses received so far out of 8 ordered & paid for up front... the dress sizes are very small with no tag... one that is almost 4 " smaller than the sizing chart... so why have one? Another dress was 3 inches longer on one side of the collar than the other...
How does this stuff pass inspections?
Its ridiculous... so i DO NOT recommend anything from this site!
I am waiting on a reply from them for delivery of my 4 other dresses (which i am fearful of now!) & what they are going to do about my 3 mistakes...

As of March 11th they have emailed me that they cancelled my 4 remaining dresses on order & are refunding me the cost of them plus 2 of the defective dresses without requesting them returned due to expensive postage fees & also because they are probably only worth a couple bucks! All in all it was an exercise in frustration as the clothes they advertise are very cute IN THEIR ONLINE PICTURES... if they ever figure out how to actually produce what they advertise they will be an awesome addition to the on-line market!... but they are definitely not there yet! :(
