Bad quality clothing

My items were so bad they were unwearable. We're talking about worse than Forever 21. Also one item had a huge HOLE in the armpit. Nuff said.

Don't even bother

The items look great but are made so poorly and if you want what you ordered within 3 months forget it. When you don't receive something after months and months they will keep sending you thank you tickets, with no resolve.

Horrible service,

I TOLD THESE GUYS DO NOT SEND THIS ORDER, REFUND ME INSTEAD BUT THEY STILL SENT IT! I bought ALOT from these guys for awhile but then my stuff wouldn't show up, I never got my order and the tracking number they give you just never moves! The tracking number NEVER updates, tracking numbers is a form of insurance as it proves you never got it!, then they have a policy wait two months and we give you 50% refund so that they can keep the rest, then they come on here and say we refunded you in FULL but how could they if half of these reviews don't even give their order numbers! My last order I told them to refund me and what do they do? THEY SHIPPED IT ANYWAY! My order is H**************, lets see if they refund me in full and ill update this review|!

I purchased 2 dresses from Rosewholesale. I have read other reviews stating the quality was not good but the items were on sale so I decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The dresses were very pretty and seem very well put together. My package arrived quickly, especially considering it was coming from overseas. I received it 10 days after placing my order. As for the fit, I found it beneficial to order by my measurements rather than dress size. I wear about a 10 in US dress sizes, but ordered a 2x from Rosewholesale. Once I received the dresses, they fit perfectly. Their website is very clear as far as the measurements of each size, so make sure to go by that rather than dress size. I am very happy with the service from Rosewholesale and will be ordering again.

Rose wholesale was my first time ordering clothing online not from a major retailer. I had had friends tell me horrors about the small sizes and poor quality. I lucked out with rosewholesale. I got the dresses I ordered before I thought I would, the fit great, and the material is good quality. I have something around 37 odd additional items in a favorites list that I plan to purchase. The price was great on vintage dresses. I could never have bought dresses of this caliber in a store for this reasonable of a price. I think if anyone is going to shop for clothing online they should look at rosewholesale.

I ordered three swimsuits from them in three seperate orders. Only received one! Since iI did not buy insurance, you can pay 50% again and get tje item or trceive only a partial refund that is lesd than half! Do not buy!... After I wrote this review, I received an email saying they were sorry I was not happy and sent me a PayPal credit for the balance of the first swimsuit. The third swimsuit eventually arrived in the mail but if you buy you'd better buy insurance. I don't think you can make returns unless the item is defective either.

I have been a customer of rosewholesale.com for more than a year. The items I order usually arrives within three week depending on the shipping company. If its a global company, the order arrive quicker. When an item is not in stock or discontinue, rosewholesale.com will issue a refund. The items are of good quality for the price.

This site has always had longer than usual shipping times. Lately, though, it has been a joke. Items that I ordered long before Christmas for Christmas started showing up (in divided deliveries) long after Christmas. After several orders, one recent one never made i to me. I was credited half the value of the purchase "in good faith" and was denied a full refund as I had not purchased shipping insurance. The length of time to prepare the order along with the disclaimer to allow for 25 business days for shipping put the order just past the 60 day limit for Pay Pal, so I was pretty much screwed. Now, with this last order, after much jerking around, I find out that my order was not being shipped because the shipping estimate was low and I had an additional amount to pay. I never got any communication for this issue until I sent a rather $#*!y email. I have now paid the amount and, SURPRISE! They STILL haven't sent the order in the promised time frame, nor have they made any attempt to contact me. Send me my crap so I can close my account and never have to deal with you again, Rosewholesale. I plan on copying and pasting this review on any and every review site I can find. I'll feel better if I can prevent even one other person from having to deal with this crap.
This site has become a right royal joke when it comes to customer service.

Scam artists! Beware!

BETTER SITES

First order OK, second order 2 of 5 items not available but I had to inquire weeks later to find out, then complicated system to recover funds - ended up ordering 2 items to get my money credit. Third time order was marked as "packed" but not dispatched over 2 weeks later, Did online chat, they said sorry will dispatch urgently, still no action 4 days later.
The quality between items varies, as does sizes.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

I ordered 3 dresses less than a week ago and they arrived today. I was wary of ordering online but decided to put in a small order to see how it went. They shipped out 2 of the dresses as one was backordered (the third was shipped out today and earlier than anticipated). I carefully checked the size chart before deciding on which sizes to choose and both dresses fit perfectly. They are exactly as pictured and the quality is fantastic! I'm so happy that I took the chance and ordered. I chose to get expedited shipping and insurance and, when the tracking order didn't initially work, I submitted a ticket and heard back from them within hours. Turned out that not enough time had passed for DHL to get it in their system at that point and, once they did, my package moved very fast. There was duty and taxes that I had to pay to the delivery company but that has nothing to do with RoseWholesale. Overall, I'm beyond pleased with my purchases, the prices, and the service I received! I'm anticipating loving the third dress when it gets here as much as I love the two I got today. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Bad experience

- website tries to have appearance of a loxal retailer, but is in fact Chinese, which you only notice in the check out where you are faced with high shipment costs
- shipment in a period of less than 10 days had shipment cost of over USD 40
- customs charged another USD 30
- therefore I had to be personally present to receive the parcel
- advice that customs would be charged was not prominent, at least I did not see it
- quality was poor. Jeans very thin, buttons was missing, pants smelled, I had to air them
- sizes were very small, 2-3 sizes smaller than indicated
- after 5 rounds of communication with Customer Support, we could not find a solution that I would find fair. There were neither willing to refund shipping, not even the return shipping.
- in the end I accepted a partial refund of 10% of the initial cost.

WARNING! There's another site that has the same pics and clothes called Rosé gal. I almost bought a flannel shirt from Rose Wholesale. Then I looked up reviews and found these about that website. So I went looking for another website and found the 'Rosé gal' one. So I went to it only cause the girl in the flannel shirt looked just like the one from the Rose Wholesale website and it was. Stay clear of that website too! I never ordered anything from either one I was about to, thank goodness I didn't.

I placed an order on 3/24/17 for a total of $99.89 with shipping. After reading all of the reviews on here, I am questioning whether I should have ordered. So many negative reviews on size and customer service its hard to ignore! Even if I were to cancel my order would I receive my refund? I'm at a loss as to what to do.

I got a nice jacket that was xl in men's for me but I can't if in it and my girlfriend can't even wear it. It says xl but it's more like a small. I even emailed them asked for a exchanged and never heard back. I just want my 30 dollars back and I'll just save up to go to a real store. Never using this site or any clothing store online again.
