So far, good experience. Good selection and amazing prices. Hopefully the quality of the products is good and the shipping reasonable.


Love this site. They offer a wide variety of food items for several different dieting lifestyles(or just for healthier eating). The selection is fantastic and the prices are reasonably fare. They also offer free shipping when you purchase a certain limit(easy to do with all they offer). They also offer rebates when you submit product reviews and there is constantly new items coming through the store. Highly recommend checking the site out, especially if you are trying Keto, paleo, or gluten free diets.


So I purchased some items from this site. Took months to get the items and, when I did they were damaged and leaking. So I contact them(should have just stuck with Pay Pal, but it's not like they are being much help lately and I'm ready to contact BBB on them) they tell me to send pics and a video(couldn't send the video as their email kept saying the file was too large). No response for two weeks. Not until the day before Pay Pal was about to expire and they contacted them, not me. I can't see what "Information" they provided either on Pay Pal, which is weird. Highly recommend AVOIDING this site. From my experience, they package their products for shipping like crap, take forever to deliver your order, and good luck getting ANY amount of customer service or issue resolution for them.


I used to really enjoy shopping on this site. Their shipping times were always kinda ridiculous, but they had great selection, good prices and honored their refund policy. Lately, their service has gone to $#*!! They refused to honor their refund policy when I didn't receive my items by the set date, even AFTER I willingly extended the date and I had to go to PayPal (those items are still in limbo somewhere). Latest issue-ordered a dress and got this teeny tiny package that would NEVER fit what I ordered. I told them I wasn't going to open it because of that fact and I wanted a refund. They refused. I opened the package and literally was two stinky rose incense packages and a note saying that the item was discontinued by the manufacturer, blah blah blah and have a happy life...? WTF! Why did they even send it in the first place?! Why didn't they tell me and offer me a refund or credit to start. BS! Still refusing to give me a refund and now I'm back to Pay Pal. =D. Don't bother with this site unless you want to risk a struggle down the road. Hope that some day they get back to how they were, because now, they are a massive joke!

So this store basically tells me that, because they are SO busy, it will take a while to process the refund. LMAO. I opened a dispute with Pay Pal to finally get my money back and... VOILA! Just like that, they have FROZEN the funds in the "wallet" that they were supposed to refund... Ha. So they can go in the wallet and freeze the funds in less than 24 hours. But it takes well over a month to go in to that wallet and push REFUND. BS!
PS- Oh yeah, they STILL haven't finished processing and shipped the rest of the other order. Only got 4 more days before I open another Pay Pal claim.

Tip for consumers:
Just don't!!!

Another epic online store flop

I've made quite a few purchases from this site. I had issues a few years back and had hoped they were resolved. As of late, this does not appear to be the case. I made an order that said it qualified for free shipping. When Pay Pal was done with the conversion, SURPRISE! Delivery fee. After a wait and the order was STILL not processed and all the items were also on sale for much cheaper, I cancelled the order and reordered the items and a few extra pieces. I explicitely stated I wanted a refund, not a credit to the account "Wallet". Again, SURPRISE! They credited the wallet. After well over a month, they say they are doing their best and I should have my refund within another 25 days. Really. They can accept a payment in a matter of minutes, but I have to wait at least two months to get my money back. Bull S@#%! I'll be going through Pay Pal if I don't have a response by Wednesday. Oh, and the other order. They have shipped two of the items and the rest are still processing. "Wo sorry, we're really busy" bull s!@# as to why it has taken so long. One month and still waiting... and I still haven't received the two items that were sent two weeks ago. I will NEVER order from this site again and strongly recommend that no one else does. If anyone has any other reputable review sites, I would love to get the links to spread the word about this badly run site.

This site has always had longer than usual shipping times. Lately, though, it has been a joke. Items that I ordered long before Christmas for Christmas started showing up (in divided deliveries) long after Christmas. After several orders, one recent one never made i to me. I was credited half the value of the purchase "in good faith" and was denied a full refund as I had not purchased shipping insurance. The length of time to prepare the order along with the disclaimer to allow for 25 business days for shipping put the order just past the 60 day limit for Pay Pal, so I was pretty much screwed. Now, with this last order, after much jerking around, I find out that my order was not being shipped because the shipping estimate was low and I had an additional amount to pay. I never got any communication for this issue until I sent a rather $#*!y email. I have now paid the amount and, SURPRISE! They STILL haven't sent the order in the promised time frame, nor have they made any attempt to contact me. Send me my crap so I can close my account and never have to deal with you again, Rosewholesale. I plan on copying and pasting this review on any and every review site I can find. I'll feel better if I can prevent even one other person from having to deal with this crap.
This site has become a right royal joke when it comes to customer service.
