I have been shopping at this site for a little over 2 months now and so far it has only been a positive experience. There was a minor issue with my first order which was corrected by Customer Service within 48 hours of opening a ticket.
Here are some tips to how to make your shopping experience better at Rose Wholesale: 1. Place an order of more than one item at a time so that overall shipping charge goes down per item. 2. Use Priority Direct mail with shipping insurance which I have found to be excellent.
The Carrier is International Bridge and they are excellent. 3. Read up on sizes and size comparison and check the Model's stats to see what she/he is wearing and shop accordingly. The manufacturers are different and their sizes vary a bit from what I have seen.
4. Have patience receiving the package. I have seen it take 5-10 days to get clearance through the Customs. This is the frustrating part.
5. If there is an issue with an order, open a ticket for Customer Service and include a picture along with explanation. They will do their best to answer within 24 hours due to the time difference and do their best to resolve the issue.

I ordered a dress in October 2016. It showed the order had been delivered some time in november but i never recieved it. I just gave up and considered it a loss. In may 2017 i recieved an email from the company saying my order had been returned to the company and asking if i still wanted it. I replied yes and they said all i needed to do was pay the shipping (again!?). I told them i would, they said they would send an invoice. I never recieved the invoice, they said they would send it again, i STILL didn't receive it... big suprise. I eventually asked for a refund. A week later it was refunded to my account on the web site (not to my bank account). Decided i would try to order the dress again and use the refund. I CANT USE THE REFUND! Most frustrating experience ever! Don't order from rosewholesale.com. What a rip-off!
I ordered two items from RoseWholesale on March 30th. One item was shipped out on March 31st and I received it on May 8th. The other item shipped on April 3rd. And over 8 weeks later it still has not arrived. I moved in mid-May and my mail has been forwarded but no package from Rosewholesale. Customer service just keeps telling me to check with the post office and that there is nothing they can do. The post office is forwarding my mail and would have sent the package if it had ever arrived. So I have paid for an item that I have never received. Rose Wholesale claims they are "best in customer service" but that is not true. I have never had a vendor refuse to make it right when I did not receive an item or received an item that was damaged. Stay away from this company! UPDATE: After I posted this review, Rosewholesale contacted me and reimbursed me for the item I never received and they also reissued the R points I had used on the purchase. I am now satisfied that the issue has been resolved.

Do not order from here the place is a total rip off and a joke i ordered 5 tops for a holiday on the 4th of june i payed extra for the delievery date of 7 to 10 days this was a month ago my tops still are not even with yodul never mind on there way to me ive wasted £45 and have had to spend more money on tops for my holiday i live in scotland so the tops i ordered would be of no use here it rains all the time i have contacted them several times asking where my order is it took 2 weeks to be told only 3 tops had been sent and i said i wanted a refund for the other 2 im still waiting on that i also said to just cancel my order and give me back my money they said as its already sent they cannot give me my money back it a total rip off i will never use again and i recommend noone else does total waste of time and money.

And for how these items I've purchased look, it was worth buying them. The shipping takes awhile, but the time for the wait is worth it. My advice to you if you going to order from them, always apply insurance and track order! Those two are worth adding to any order from them, and I added both to my first order from them. When I wasn't sure about my delivery tracking status, I've created a ticket with customer care. Within the next business day, I was assisted with my concern. Customer care was very helpful and help me understand my status. Within the next day my status was pretty much accurate, far as shipping my order out. I was able to track my order and knew when the post office will deliver my package to me. It didn't come on the actual delivery date that was given, it came a day earlier from my delivery date. So, when you find out your actual delivery date, always keep in mind it's possible it's going to arrive a day earlier. My items looks like the displays on the site, I'd made sure of it! I don't have any negative to say about my experience. But I am going to keep it 1,000 with my review! My comments on my items are amazing as well, and I'm always telling people where I've order my stuff from. I like to add extra accessories to everything, so I did add a few cute accessories to my bags I've ordered. I'll show one of my items I've order, that I am using at the moment!

I have ordered twice from this company; the first time the shirt size was woefully too small and they DID refund my money. The second time I ordered two shirts and both were too tight as the size chart they use is not very accurate at all. This time I am not contacting the company as I am done with them.
