I ordered over $200 of merchandise on the 7th may. I understood that wait times to receive the items may be astronomical and sizes vary. I ordered much larger then my size and was willing to wait.
When I was asked to send my drivers license I was skeptical but I googled it and it seemed like a semi reasonable request. So I sent it through.
15 days later and I had not received any update on the status of my order. So I sent a ticket through asking why it had not been sent yet I then got an email back saying that two of the items where not available and I could either order something new or wait until they got back in Stock and they would be sent on the 28th may.
I emailed back saying I would wait for those two items and again enquired when all my other items would be sent.
I then received another email back saying "due to the items status with customs" they couldn't be sent via priority direct mail (which I had paid 21.54 for) and must be sent via DHL or flat rate and I would have to pay again for this shipping form!
I beleive this company to be a scam? Why allow me to pick a shipping option that wasn't actually available and only tell me 15 days later after I email them twice enquiring and then ask for more money!
Unless this can be resolved by rosewholesaler I would warn anyone else to not attempt to order from this site as they will keep asking for more money!

I placed an order nearly 6 weeks ago (23/04/17). The shipping times on the things that I ordered ranged from 3-15 days. Sometime after the order was placed, I received an email, that due to the language and layout, I thought that my email address was now being sent phishing emails. Fast forwards to about a week ago, I contacted their Online Chat and was told that shipping had been delayed due to the fact that the courier company thought my address was too remote, and did I want to change to flat rate shipping that just happened to be the same price. The shipping was changed and I was promised that my order was ready and waiting and would be shipped immediately and I would received and email shortly that my order had been shipped.
Its now nearly a week later, no email, order has still not been shipped, and speaking to another staff member online today, I have been told that there is going to be more of a wait.
The fact that the shipping was the same price, but was not changed, that the items were 3-15 days to be shipped out, that now the order is going to be sent in more than one package as they now say "05/14/2017 22:48:04 [We are preparing your order, however, some items are being replenished. To avoid any further delays, we will split your order and ship out what is ready first. Thank you for your support.]", and its now nearly 6 weeks later and that no one seems that bothered that one of their customers has had to wait this long and get a bit of a run around is just not good customer service.
I am genuinely wondering if I am ever going to receive my order or if I am going to have to resort to reporting them to PayPal to get my money back should the items never arrive as it looks like some other customers have had.
So disappointed.

This was the first time I bought apparel online, other than pretty simple t-shirts. I was never sure because I was afraid of finding out the clothes would be either too small or too big, but I was tempted because of the reduced prices. One day I decided to finally order some clothes and I looked for the best site regarding variety and prices, and among several options, Rose Wholesale seemed the right one.
I actually wanted to buy lots, lots of things from there, but I only limited myself to 3 pieces as this was the first time buying clothes online, as I previously mentioned, and I first needed to test the sizes. When my order arrived, I was pleased with the quality of the materials. Regarding sizes, 1 of the 3 items, a trench coat, was oversized but fortunately a tailor fixed it. That made me learn I had to measure myself more carefully next time.
But there was an issue with a hoodie. It didn't look exactly like it was portrayed on the website. It had bat wings in the part of the arms, and those weren't shown on the photos. Apart from that, the hoodie was good but I was not planning to use it as I didn't like the wings at all. Honestly, I felt very angry because I paid for something that wasn't what I expected. I immediately contacted Rose Wholesale and surprisingly, they told me they would refund me and I didn't even need to send the item back! I actually thought they would say something like "sorry we don't do refunds, you're responsible for what you order", but no. I am very very grateful for that.
What is more, every time I have contacted them, they're super polite and nice. Now I'm planning to order more clothes one of these days, I already have some items on my Watch List, and I will do it repeatedly in the future.
I definitely recommend Rose Wholesale if you are looking for cool clothes, good value for money, and great costumer service.
