Stay away

I orderd three items six weeks ago and have yet for it to be recieved. Originally it went back to sender as undeliverable as addressed. After verifying I gave them the correct address I filled a ticket with Rose Wholesale. They responded within there 24 hour window. Once again verified address... Later when I go on to check the status of my Ticket it has been cancelled with no resolution. Once again contact costumer service get a new ticket, they can not find the old ticket either. Ask for my purchase to be refunded. Of course they do not refund, they will resend (ok) refund my bank account 10.00 for as compensation (does not cover my purchase price naturally) or give credit twords next purchase. I guess this is how they stay in business. Take your money, you never get items and then will not refund your money. If you want a hassle go ahead and order. Flash forward to July 6, still no resolution, have not recieved my purchase. Rose Wholesale asked me to change review and they would throw in a gift when they resend. My reply, I will change my review once I recieve my items, no need for their cheap free gift. And now one item i ordered is naturally out of stock so once that gets restocked in "three days" my purchase will be resent. Lets see what the next excuse is... final result. Ordered May 14th, received refund July 27. Items were never shipped again but at least they finally gave me my money back including shipping.

Scam, stay away!

This website sell bad quality, useless, broken, wrong size, wet and mold dirty, smelly etc items. No refunds. Read more about on Face book Rosewholesale scam.
ATTENTION BUYERS!
DO NOT Purchase anything from the following companies: DRESSLILY, SAMMYDRESS, ROSEGAL, ROSEWE, ROSEWHOLESALE and MODLILY (We believe there are many more)! They are professional chain of scammers based in China!
They have the same type of advertisment on their websites so you can easily tell you are buying from them! They take pictures from magazines and pretend they are selling the clothing you see on the pictures when in reality the clothes you receive look NOTHING like in the pictures. They are made out of cheapest materialsm sometimes come stained or torn! Majority of people don't even receive their order, and these people as being professional at scamming smartly avoid to answer your emails, and refunding is OUT of the question they never give people their money back! They don't care about company's reputation they only care about stealing money from people! They delete negative comments on facebook and feedback! GOOGLE THESE COMPANIES!
SAVE YOUR MONEY, SPREAD THIS POST AND PREVENT PEOPLE FROM BUYING FROM THESE WEBSITES!

PS Have got that,, apology,, under my writing from rosewholesale now, how you can see, but not any money back for smelly, wet, mold jacket and the rest of broken and useless staff they sent to me!

I have not yet ordered anything from Rose Wholesale, but looking at the reviews from this website, I feel very let down with this website. I had figured that I would read some reviews about this website before I even purchased anything. Yes, I have seen a few comments where reviewers were absolutely ecstatic about their purchase, however that is only a handful. I have seen a great deal of reviews about how screwed-up this website really is. First off, their shipping system is very disorganized. I know it does take a while to ship a package from Asia to the United States. But A FEW MONTHS?! I can't! Exactly where are those packages going? Some NEVER even received their order. Also, the quality description of the clothes is horrendous. I had heard one reviewer claim that they had ordered a coat from here. It wasn't quite a fancy-pants coat, but that doesn't mean it can't be great quality! They had said how the coat wouldn't even fit (although that is always common with all clothing store websites), two buttons were missing and the stitching was off! Spending money on something that's totally unwearable is not right! Lastly, their customer service... where is the customer service? It has to be automated because everyone gets the same message when contacting the website. It's just a simple copy and paste message:

Dear: (Insert Customers Name)
We are truly sorry that you're order: (Insert Order Number) has not arrived yet. We will do our "best" to make sure you get it shortly. Have a fantastic day!

How about you insert less on your messages and insert some more improvement in to your website before it flops?! This website is a scam that preys off people, mainly teenagers like me! I may only be a seventeen year old boy, but I have a job in customer service (McDonald's). If we were to pull anything like what this website is doing, we would be searching for another job faster than you could say, F-I-R-E-D. Rose Wholesale needs to step it up or call it quits!

I had an awful, horrible experience. I ordered 2 coats and wasn't expecting too much in quality given the price, but, boy, this was worse than ever. Defective, poorly fitting, and nothing like what it appears in the pictures. I had a button falling off a stole and the other one had stitching pulling out. I wrote to customer service to get a return authorization. They putz'd around a while wanting me to keep sending "clear pictures." Again, and again. Finally, I got fed up and told them I've sent enough pictures and I would like the return authorization. The service rep had the audacity to beg me to keep the items and he'd refund me $5 to keep the items. $5 from an order that cost me $110 including shipping fees for 2 crappy coats and a dress I never received. I could have just forked out another hundred and bought a real quality coat from North Face. I'm so done with this overseas crappy fake stuff. Don't believe what you see. Shipping isn't free (more like $20-30 to USA) and they won't accept your return and will do whatever it takes so that they can avoid taking it back. I have decided to eat the cost and be done with this entire nightmare of an experience. I can get more money back donating the coats for my tax return. They also never sent me a dress that I ordered. It wasn't included in the original shipping/tracking #, but somehow, miraculously, after 1 week of receiving only the 2 crappy coats, the dress was placed under the same tracking number when you look up the order online as if they shipped it out with the coats. They did not. It's a LIE. I still have the email stating "remaining items to be shipped" which the dress was listed under. It is currently nowhere to be found.

This is an Asian company. I am Asian. I will never buy from a cheap overseas Asian market again. This whole experience = bad taste in my mouth.

This is a DECEITFUL company. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Terrible service, checked out my first order of 110 euros and got it shipped to ireland what they didnt tell me was I would get hit with 15euro of customs charges the reason i chose flat rate was to avoid costs, a month later and no refund issued and was basically told customs charges are not thier issues, Also bought and paid for items on 18/07/14 they didnt ship them until 25/07/14 and didnt inform me of any delays its now the 25/08/14 and still havent arrived, The same order was one I got sent to AUSTRALIA which is closer to China and 1 whole month later and the items still have not arrived and the person who i sent them to get them has now left australia to come home like disgraceful, I also got 5 automated responses and in one instance i got an answer to a question I didnt even ask its like talking to idiots, Also the items are not top quality their version of large wouldnt fit a 12 year old tried a shirt on I wouldnt get my hand into the sleeve threads showing and bits not placed properly, They takes ages to reply and wont issue refunds and say they have a 7 day returns policy but yet cant ship your items to you in under a month, cheaper and better service on AMAZON do not go near them they are useless and a disgrace to online shopping never again, I also tried to contact them on facebook and write reviews on their products which I am entitled to do and instead of dealing with me they deleted me from their page and blocked me from it, its run by a bunch of idiots and immature fools

I recently placed an order through Rose Wholesale totaling over 100us dollars. Half of that was on the Casual Style Long Straight Human Hair Hair Extension For Women. Before ordering the product I sent an email inquiring about the stock pictures of the product. I was told via email that it would be like the second to last picture. Three weeks after placing the order (which is normal for overseas shipments) I received only part of the hair extensions. One of them has a defective clip. And the extensions were not as pictured in any of the photos. I received what I thought was the rest of my extensions (shipped from a different carrier/provider) two days ago... only for it to be socks! Thats right, socks! In the past 72 hours I've kept in correspondence with the company only for them to dance around the fact that they; misrepresented the product, shipped defective item, and shipped another item that was not ordered. I was told that the company would pay me 80% back and not for shipping. Unfortunately shipping is half the cost. Its not the consumers responsibility to pay for negligence of shipments and products. I'm completely unsatisfied with the company and fully plan on within the next few days contacting Paypal as well as ICPEN(International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network).

Now to be fair, I'll let you know about the other products I purchased. I'm completely satisfied with them. Sadly though with there customer service, it's like one bad apple. It can spoil the whole bunch if not handled correctly. Before receiving the extension s I fully had planned on purchasing more items from the company.

This is an update: I stand by my review of this company. If you think this company is resolving issues by responding to the reviews - your WRONG! I have responded to their request for my order number by telling them I have no order number because they never sent a confirmation. There is no reason in the world they can't look this up by name and address. Once again I have sent 3 messages asking how to return the merchandise and get a refund and have gotten NO RESPONSE! The company is a joke. I will not waste any more of my time with them. If you don't want to be taken to the cleaners DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! As for you Rose's Wholesale - I will be bringing your company, this website and all the negative responses to the attention of the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office. You should be shut down for fraud!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered 3 men's XL shirts, never received a confirmation that the order was placed, so I don't have an order ID. Waited over 2 weeks to receive them. To my surprise they wouldn't fit a 12 year old boy, let alone a male adult of any size! Website sates call Customer Service for issues - they are open form 8am - 9 pm. Tried calling for 4 straight days. All you get is an answering machine. Left numerous messages - NO ONE CALLS BACK! This company is a scam and should be ashamed for it poorly advertised products and lack of customer service. Again, DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to loose your money!

After replying to this email I did notice on my Rose wholesale account that it is saying that my money was refunded. I immediately contacted my bank twice and both times my bank told me that there is no refund to my account. I will be forwarding these new emails to my attorney so he can proceed to contact the necessary people to report this company. It's time for our government to get involved and keep this company from doing business with America sobus Americans do not get ripped off by other countries trying to do business stealing from us.
