I ordered a coat last week. It still says processing, so I tried to email them. The email will never go through. It just says sign in, even though I am signed in. The Live chat wont work, and the phone number goes straight to a machine, where no one calls you back.
Update: They contacted me through this site, and refunded the money.
After a battle with customer service on everything that went wrong with my order and having my CC get into the mix as this site appears to be a fraud I was told to return the items and I would THEN get my RMA number. I was never given the address to return them to though. I NEED THE ADDRESS. I have my package ready to be sent back.

I don't know why I didn't learn my lesson the first couple of times I ordered from Rose Wholesale. The sizes are completely not according to true size and are WAY too small. The quality is not good at all. I will never buy from them again.

I placed an order on Sept. 20 for two blouses. I paid using a Visa gift card. I got a confirmation email saying the payment was accepted. I still have not received the items. I emailed them and was told it could take up to six weeks to receive my order. I also called the customer service number and left a message with my contact information. I still haven't received a response. I am getting disappointed. I hope the order shows up in the next day or so, and I hope the quality is good. If not, I will post again.

I have never been so unhappy about an on line service in my life as to this one. I placed an order never recieved a tracking number paid for it with my Visa Pre Paid card. I called and was told the order I had place was out of the size I ordered. I cancelled the order on Friday and on Nov 4th Tue my account was entered into with out my authorization after the order was cancelled in the amount of 28.55. That order number is a fake or something. I kept on being told the number wasa noit right when the facts are this is what i was given. When you enter a person account with out ther premissionI I belive that is theft, and the custmer sevice man was real rude and they do not answer the phone in an perfessonal manner. They answer like this hello, I was like is the Rose Whole Sale. Yes it is. I could not tell. Wheather this i sa real bussiness or not I need my cash back in my account know. Would I shop with them again TIME WILL TELL.
I placed an order on October 3rd, and inquired on my order. I received a rejection letter from "Paypal" but my order still went through and never had a problem with Paypal since opening my account. I have to date received nothing. They had first indicated that they did not have 1 of 3 items I ordered and to please wait wherein I replied to refund the money for the item as I did not want to wait. I then logged in to see that all items have been charged and "shipped." I believe they generated a false letter claiming I was somehow rejected for Paypal so I would be discouraged from making claim against them. Which is my next step. I will keep you all advised as to the progress of this disappointing experience.

I placed an order for 3 items on October 10. The order was processed and my card was charged on October 12. The tracking number was never helpful. It was for a company overseas I have never heard of. I had seen an ad on facebook that led me to the site. Prices were good. I like the idea of ordering online and not risking wearing the same Target clothes everyone else is wearing. (no offense Target, I love you still). I also live in a very remote area and work unusual hours so regular shopping is sometimes difficult for me. After a week of not seeing any progress with tracking package I started reading reviews and got nervous it was a scam and I would never receive items. Well yesterday the 1st package arrived! I could tell it was coming in separate pkgs from tracking. First order shipped 4 days earlier than 2nd. I am thankful that the items look like what I ordered and all items were 1 size fits all? They look good and fit well. The other item is a scarf so expect it to be fine when it arrives. I am not sure I would order from them again. If I did I would know to be patient, but patience is not my strong suit!

It is appalling that one can place an order, PAY IN FULL on October 14th and still, by today's date, November 4th, have no items purchased, no response from customer service and a tracking number that leads to REPEATEDLY telling me the items are "dispatched from the sorting center." Why does that take MULTIPLE DAYS?

I placed an order a month ago for three items. Two have been received, but they are not as pictured and the quality is not good. They are obviously made for small Asian women. Every time I complain about the third item I'm told it supposedly has been shipped by Netherlands Post (who is that?), but is 'Lost in Space'. There is nothing they can do because I didn't pay extra for tracking! I have never never had to pay any company extra for tracking. I entered a claim with PayPal. I want my money back.

Quality of products is equal to the price, so not great. This company does not want you to return items and they make it quite difficult. There is a restocking fee of 15% and you have to pay the shipping to China, which basically nullifies the cost of the items. Only 1 of the 4 items I ordered fit, so I had to give the items away to friends. I order a lot of clothing online and this company has been the worse so far. Beware!
Everything that could possibly go wrong with my order for a jacket there is not enough room here to tell the whole story. As of this morning I was told I ordered 2 jackets (totally false) and that they had been sent out. I have been made promises of partial refunds and free shipping but none of that has happened. The bottom line is that the sizing on clothing is for the typical person in China is not the same as in America. They've acknowledged that. I am out the price of 2 coats. Customer service, although they make an effort is inadequate because it has to bee done on email from their website. I ordered several items from this company. Three arrived and were of such poor quality I can't even wear them. The bag (yes, bag, not box) that they arrived in contained a live insect which had obviously been eating the skirt. Other items never even arrived.

Very good selection of clothes, intimate apparel and jewelry. Extremely low prices. All the jewelry I ordered came as described, although one necklace was broke as it was an easy fix! It is not in the USA so shipping is slow They give you a tracking number but I had no luck with it, maybe you will. Overall I was very pleased and plan to do more shopping at this site.
I have nothing negative to say about this site as I did not order anything. Lots of cool looking clothes that I could never wear. I checked the measurement for the sizing. I am not muscular man, but I am also not super skinny. These are obviously made for skinny little Chinese people. Nothing against them, but they just aren't built like other people. I wear a medium shirt in the US, but in Chinese size, I am an XXXL which they don't make. I wonder how fat people get clothes over there. They must use North American online shopping sites.

The third item was missing altogether from the delivered package. This is a SCAM! Will NEVER order from them again and will tell everyone I know about it.

I bought a jacket from this site almost a month ago. I got no confirmation of shipment, no tracking number, but they took my money! I sent an email asking about the jacket over a week ago and got absolutely no reply. If I'm paying for flat rate shipping, I expect it to be shipped in a reasonable amount of time.
