UPDATE - GOOD NEWS!

IF YOU PAID WITH PAYPAL, BE SURE AND DISPUTE THE CHARGES. PAYPAL IS SUPPOSED TO STAND BEHIND YOUR PURCHASE. I disputed on-line with Pay-Pal and it was really going no where, so I called them. They were willing to issue a full credit if I would return the items to the seller, giving Pay-Pal the tracking number so they can confirm delivery. The seller was in CHINA and the postage would be as much as I paid for the items, plus, there is no way to CONFIRM delivery to them. So Pay-Pal was willing to go ahead and issue the full credit.

I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES THROUGH WHATEVER MEANS YOU USED TO PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASE!

THERE SHOULD BE A 0 STAR RATING, AS GIVING IT A 1 STAR IS MISLEADING.
Only 3 of the 4 items that I ordered from; http://www.rosewholesale.com on October 3 have been delivered. The 3 garments that have arrived are not sized according to what was listed (they are all too small, yes I am aware the sizes are Asian sizes, however, the measurements they provided (example Bust: 126CM) on all three items (the 4th item has still not arrived) is INCORRECT) and/or made of shoddy material.
I asked to return these 3 items, cancel the undelivered item and have my money refunded. They said I have to return them at my expense and they would only give me 50% of what i paid back.
THIS IS A SCAM, STAY AWAY!
By reading other reviews (hindsight) from people about this company, I think it's set up as a scam. I would rather just be done with them.

They claim in their response (below) that they sent an email with the solution. No email has been received (they lie).
Here's the solution, RoseWholesale; GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

If you want the truth about this company visit their Facebook site... there are so many dissatisfied customers then happy! Here is what happened...
1) I ordered without doing home work STUPID! However their product when I finally received it which tooks a month or so... was nice... (Last good thing I can say about this company)
2) Sizes are in CHINESE SIZES as told to me by the company they are not American sizes or standard sizes and you have to be about a zero to wear... Their over size is not over sized and their one size is according to them is small to x small not One size fits all.!
3) Contact info will not get you to the company! There is only one Customer Service email that works... no phone numbers connect you to a person just a machine and they will not return calls...
4) size charts is full of crap according to their chart I should of been able to wear what I got. WRONG only if I was 9 years old and a size Zero
5) They will not give full refund as the product if you send back you have to pay for postage and then it will get stuck in customs and then they will only give you back like 15 % of your money... or a 15 % coupon to use for more small clothes.!
6) Once you get frustrated and go to their page to warn other customers you find many many others who have not received product or where mis lead by their size chart and post warnings... you end up getting blocked so you can not warn other customers of their boarder line company... If this was truly a good standing company they would be more then willing to assist their customers... which they are not and you can see they are not willing to help by all the postings of it being a scam company. So unless you are truly a size Zero order from this company at your own risk and I would suggest to only order one item so you are not holding lots of clothes that wont fit!

I purchased clothes over a month ago, I still don't have them. The tracking number is wrong (missing 2 numbers) and I have emailed them 3 times and haven't gotten a response. I agree wondering how does this company stay in business when they treat customers like this.

I ordered 2 items. When they arrived, the cream blouse has a blue pen mark on the front and was listed as XL, but equates to about a size 12 -way too small. The t-shirt was terribly made and looked awful. I am wondering how they continue to operate? If you want to contact them to report a problem, the links do not work, so you are stranded with inferior products that are of no use.

I ordered clothes from Rosewholesale over a month ago, they say that i will not get my order until i send them copies of my passport/license and a copy of my credit card, very suspicious, no one has ever requested this info before. I have emailed and phoned them and their reply is always the same and well rehersed. They have my money, i just want the products ordered.

The shirts I ordered arrived after a month, and they were way too small! Like way too small, and the tags even said extra large like I ordered but they were kids sized. There is no doubt in my mind I have been scammed. The positive reviews are probably from employees.

Yes I order from this site on 9/29/2014 and still havent received my dress i ordered! I complained to them that its been over 25 days and they keep saying that it will arrive in a couple days and it still hasnt so i told them i wanted a refund and they said they cant give me one unless theres something wrong with the dress well there is ITS STILL NOT ARRIVED! They also told me i couldnt track it because i have flat rate shipping this site is bullcrap I reported it to the ICCC the INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER.

I ordered 2 items on 9/10/14 and STILL have not received them. They told me that since I did not request (pay) for a tracking number there was no way to track my items. It has been 50 days now and I guess I have been ripped off. Will contact my credit card company to obtain a refund. It's a shame too because they have such good prices I would have placed a larger order next time.

If I could post a review with no stars I would. It appears they operate a bait and switch deal where you take the bait and make an order - then once they have your credit card they send you things you didn't order. When I tried to stop the order, they shipped anyway and told me to send them pics when the items arrived. I did that and now they say it's expensive to ship to Asia so they will refund 15%! What a scam! I will be contacting my State Atty Generals office to report them. Facebook... should be ashamed to advertise these crooks on their site!

Please, you can order from this company if your a size ZERO, and your height is 5ft. 0iniches... cheaply made, pictures are made 10 x's bigger than actual product... quality is not good... oh and let's not forget the Foreign exchange fee,,, cuz it comes from CHINA... Oh and delivery,,, well if you need something by CHRISTmas time for 2015, better put your order in now... you MIGHT get lucky

DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSE WHOLE SALE! I paid for my items since 15 September and it's already 30th October, I have not received any of my items and they even had the audacity to send me an email to ask for feedback (even to which, the link didn't even work). The "customer service" is the least helpful who does not answer my questions directly. I started suspecting that they're a scam after I saw all the negative reviews online. Disappointing, thank god I only ordered 2 items from these cheaters.

I ordered a blouse on September 28. Somehow I missed the detail that it would take between 15 and 45 days! It must be on a slow boat! When I inquired, they responded by saying that since I ordered flat rate shipping that the order cannot be tracked! I'm so sorry I ordered from them and I will do my best to warn my friends! I should have known better. If it looks too good to be true, it is.

I ordered a dress which took about a month to arrive. It looked great in their picture on their website but I was really disappointed with the actual garment. The quality of the fabric and the make were not good, but I guess you get what you pay for. I entered a 2 star review on their website stating as much which appeared on the day I entered it, but the following day my review was gone, so they only leave the good reviews up which doesn't give a true picture of customer satisfaction.

It has been 3 months since i placed my order and i only received one item out of the 8 things that i ordered... I have contacted customer service multiple times and they are not much help i also called the phone number left a message and got no response... DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! File a complaint and try to get your money back if possible, that is what i am working on at this very moment, if i find a loop hole i will post the information here.

I placed an order on 27 SEP 14, and I never received an email with a tracking number and still have not received my order of a dress. Buyer beware! I have emailed them, tried to submit their "ticket" website service, and have tried calling. All failed.

I clicked an ad from facebook and bought two shirts. Its been 5 weeks since i ordered, 1 week since I emailed support, and for 2 weeks none of their support options work from the site.

If you click on support on their site - it will crash. If you click on the "reply" from the page with order details - it will crash. Even if its not a scam, and lets say I get my shirts in 3 more weeks - its still very poor quality service. And no - I have not received a reply to my email - NOT ONE BIT OF CONTACT OR COMMUNICATION FROM THEM SINCE MY CREDIT WAS CHARGED! Do not order from them.

It took nearly 6 weeks to get the dresses I ordered. I ordered all in XL size - I normally wear a Size 12 (thinking that if they were a little too big I could have them altered here). I received only five of the 8 items I ordered and they were marked XL but my Size 6 daughter cannot fit into them. My account was charged for all items but I still have not received the remaining half of my order (the packing slip said they were ALL sent). I have contacted customer "service" 4 times in the past 2 weeks and have gotten NO response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered on 10/22/14 no email confirmation of my order. I went to their chat 3 times, finally got a response. It stated part of my order was shipped on the 24th and the rest will be shipping in 2 days. We will see how long it takes for shipping.
I received emails that everything was shipped and it will take 10-25 days for delivery! Im anxious to get my things!
Contacted them for the 5th time still no stuff and today is Nov 15th.
STAY AWAY horrible service
