Garbage. I actually received a blouse that was sewn correctly on one half and inside out on the other half. Ridiculous that they made the error to begin with but then to not even notice it in 'quality control' or shipping is unbelievable. No response to complaint.

Stay... away... I ordered what APPEARED to be a sweater, a long coat, a hand bag, and 2 shirts over a month ago. It said that ALL items were shipped. Only the bag and the 'sweater' showed up about a month later. The bag smelled up my whole house with this plastic, chemical smell, I had to put it outside to air it out! The 'Sweater' was not a sweater at all, but a polyester, half assed sewn piece of GARBAGE!. I immediately put it in the goodwill bag! I spent almost 100 dollars on the items! Walmart quality is better! If you like wasting your money for CRAP! Then to on this site. Also; you're ordering from CHINA. Interestingly enough... my card was used fraudulently a few days later for other internet purchases. I had to cancel my card. I've NEVER had this problem. Ever. Seems a little suspicous to me... Don't do it..

We did not live up to our own expectations and want to say how very sorry we are.
First off- beware. The site is a complete and total ripoff. I complained on their Facebook site and first they tell you to contact their customer service which is a joke. They then remove the negative comments from the Facebook site and block you from posting any more.
Do not buy into their lame apologies- the stuff isn't what is depicted in the pictures AT ALL-the sizing is for a child. I wish Facebook would remove them.
Don't be fooled by the good prices and fashionable clothing. Half of your purchase price will be shipping because the items come from China. The sizes are also 2 increments small. I normally can squeeze into a Medium but need an XL for this retailer. You can't return items because the shipping costs $50 from US to China.

Not only did it take over a month and a half to receive most of my order, (it was supposedly sent in three different packages through three different curriers) I never even received the third package containing this dress. Out of my entire order, containing dresses, sleepwear, and tops, not one single item fit or even looked like the pictures on this site. I still have not received this dress and haven't even attempted to contact the company because of the lack of interest customer service has shown in getting me the products I purchased. Note to self, NEVER ORDER FROM ROSE WHOLESALE AGAIN.

Ordered two items size XL, as I am a medium size thought these would fit after reading the sizes are small... the XL size was sort of equivalent to a size Uk6!... No worth sending back so will find someone to give them to... never will use this site again. Cheap but not cheerful. Also poor quality compared to what clothes in pictures depict.

I ordered 21 items and only 8 items showed up and none of the items were what I ordered they were cheap imitations of what was being sold on their web site. Cotton stretchy pants were made of polyester and sized for a child instead of adult. Necklace came broken. Shirts were not what I order nor do they fit anyone but a child. Nothing is what I order and nothing fits what at least they sent me also I am small person so their one size fits all was not true nor was it what I was expecting. Nothing came that looked like what I ordered. Yes they do reply to your message and continue to say its on it way. Not true. Their tracking numbers are not associated with our local post office. And when they say it will be their in 2 days in their message its not here in 2 days nor 10 days. It never shows. I feel like I have been scammed. I would like to return what they already sent me but I have already lost 195.87 which is a lot to me since I make minim wage. 7.75 hour. Almost a weeks pay.

Shipping took 3 weeks. Items looked nothing like they did in the picture. I tried emailing them to start a return, and my email was returned for invalid address. I tried calling and it would ring twice and the call would drop. Then I noticed that they are only "open" during business hours in China so if you are on Central Time in the United States, you add 14 hours to that time. This is BY FAR the worse company I have ever dealt with. The shirts I ordered were basically kids sizes... the quality was poor... and when I tried to return it, they would only offer me 70% of the purchase price ($100) AND I had to paid for return postage ($54), plus the postage to send it to me ($30). At the end of the day, I disputed this charge with my CC company, and (my own fault) I misplaced the postage routing code - but, FYI, I checked that the package actually did make it back to the address they provided. Anyway, when all was said and done, I paid close to $200 for nothing. I would not recommend this company to anyone... the prices are cheep for a reason. I've bought clothing from Target that much better and only slightly more expensive. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for clothes - you WILL be disappointing.
