I ordered a dress size XL but it fit like a small. It didn't have tags in it for washing instructions. The company made me feel like it was my fault for ordering the incorrect size. They cited Chinese sizes.

I asked for a refund for four items which were out of stock. They then sent two of the items to me after I asked them for a refund for all four items.

You have to pay for return shipping. If I had known this in the beginning, I would have never ordered any clothing. The return cost of shipping is too high.

They regularly delete negative comments from their facebook page. I've been blocked from making any additional negative comments on their page. I wish facebook wouldn't allow them to advertise so heavily on facebook. I can't log on to facebook without seeing advertisements for their merchandise.

A few months back I order some products. They were good quality for such a low price, the only problem was that they needed nearly a month to arrived in my mailbox. If you are ordering products from leather or clothing, you need to be very careful because sometimes the colors differ from those on the picture of the order. This was the only problem for me, but otherwise I am very happy with their services.

Do not believe the men's size clothing. We ordered a size large men's jacket - it fits my 10 year old. The same with along sleeve shirt - ordered a large men's and it is the right size for the 10 year old.
I am waiting on my order to full arrive. One of the dresses arrived - it was one size fits all and yes it fits.

Still waiting for 2 outfits after 46 days. They say they were posted but now they say they are out of stock. Will post again when this is resolved and then will give a final rating.
To post I have to give a rating so will do so based on experience so far.

This is not a fake review. You get what you pay for. I didn't pay a lot. Overall, my experience was better than I expected. My package arrived in 3 1/2 weeks. Some "one size only" items run small, while others run huge. I got a one size shirt that fits baggy like a choir robe. I also got an adorable embroidered navy smock/ peasant shirt that I love, but it runs small and barely fits. Customer service answered every email I sent within 24 hours. I think they really try, but you're dealing with a start-up located a world away. Understand the risks.

Complete garbage and waste of money. Clothes is cheap, but shipping isn't so it's not even worth sending back. Purchased 5 items and all do not look like the picture, don't fit, poorly made, cheap fabric. HORRIBLE!

I ordered 3 items. I paid expedited shipping to have one of the items for vacation. Items arrived. First item I could not get my forearm in the sleeve. I ordered xlarge. I wear a medium. I wanted it loose and free flowing. Next item same issue with size. 3rd item was a dress. I can't get it over my shoulders. I had to give all 3 items to my daughter that is a girls size 10. The quality is extremely poor. Everything would have to be hand washed because the stitching is poor. I thought it was a company selling online not a company trying to rip people off. Because it is overseas I am not returning it and not wasting time complaining to the company. Based on others comments i probably wont get an answer.

Although I did receive my items, I will NEVER order from RoseWholesale again. I ordered 3 shirts on 9/16 and did not receive them until 11/5! The shipping/delivery process is awful! I emailed the customer service rep multiple times asking where my items were, and I just got one excuse after the other. I will say he was very pleasant and friendly (which I would be too with a irate customer), but he never really answered my questions and would just provide a later date of when my items would arrive. He just kept saying the standard shipping time is 15-45 days - which is ridiculous, even if it is international.

Also, when purchasing items on this site - emphasize WHOLESALE when ordering - 2 of the shirts I ordered are wider than they are long, and are somewhat proportioned weird. I would not recommend Rose Wholesale, unless you don't mind waiting nearly 2 months for your items to arrive.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I ordered a dress for $20.00 or so and received it one month later only to find that it was the wrong dress. The dress came wadded up in a little plastic bag (see photo attached) It is very very poorly made. They want me to pay to return an item that was their mistake. Obviously an Asian site and poorly managed. It is nothing but a rip off and I an going to do my best to make sure their name and reputation gets out to everyone possible.

BAD BIZ

BAD BIZ. Product took over a month to receive and then it turns out the sizing is NOT adult sizing. AND you can not get them on the phone or in any other way to return the product for a refund... And also there was no way to track the shipment while waiting for it to show up. Once the product did show up it was dumped off the account as to not create a case for a return.

Horrible. I ordered 1 shirt and 1 jacket/sweater m total was really cheap only $16 after shipping and handling it was $22. That was one sept. 24th, 2014 its now Oct 9th 2014 still have not gotten my order. I have filed lots of tickets to find out what is going on. They tell me I didn't get a tracking number (by the way you have to pay an extra $2 for that) plus 5.88 and $1.99 insurance. With that being said it would have been double the price of what I was ordering) but I should be there in 10/15 business days. About a month later they tell me only my shirt was in stock. So they never even sent my sweater/jacket. Even though I got a confirmation my whole order was shipped out. Now I look on my page and tell them I want a refund for my jacket onto my credit card. They refunded half the price, and when I go on my page now it doesn't even show that I have any type of order anymore. So I just emailed and asked what is GOING ON. Why did I pay 22 dollars and my refund is 14 dollars. Im getting charged for shipping and handling and insurance for an order I never received never really got shipped out. So what am I paying shipping and handling for if im not getting a single thing. O and I forgot to mention m shirt was a priority shipping 3-5 days. Its now over 2 months and still nothing nor refund... but I can say every single time I wrote to the customer service they did email me back in 24 hours. This clothing site is a scam. I have read other reviews on other ppl the past few days and they were lucky enough to receive items but how poor of shape they were in, how bad items smelled, and how there was glue still on items. Some others same thing that happened to me. They ended up spending hundreds of dollars kept ordering just to see if anything was ever going to show up and never did.

Why would you come on this site read what 99 percent of people tell you about Rose Wholesale and then ask if you can buy one shirt? I am one who did receive my item from them after I threatened by email to start a campaign so tough they would send me my items. I have already posted that along with a picture. AGAIN... what I received looked like a piece of trash... like a kindergarten student made it. It was NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. PERIOD. Nobody can tell you why this company is still scamming but they are. The way to shut them down is to NOT ORDER. Why would anyone come on this site to report this stuff, taking time out of their busy lives to even bother to warn someone so they don't experience the same thing to then receive a note (like I did) that YOU SIR want to know if you should just buy one shirt (and post your picture next to this question)? You know what? Go ahead and buy one shirt. In fact, buy 20 shirts. Buy for you and your mama. Buy three or four wardrobes from them. It doesn't matter WHAT Rose Wholesale come on here and say they are LIARS and nobody should beg you to avoid them. You are the type of person who will not believe a thing until it happens to you. If it walks like a duck...? Nevermind. I have wasted ten minutes of time. How do I stop getting email notices about people wanting to ask a question about this sad "company?" If the powers that be who control (supposedly) internet fraud are doing nothing about shutting them down based on all the complaints then RoseWholesale win and will continue to make big money on people who will not receive what they paid for in quality, quantity, or even AT ALL! Hey Sammy--or whatever your name is at RoseWholesale!... Are you reading this, laughing and going to the bank? Yes we know you are. Enjoy it while you can. You already know you're scum on earth and payback is going to be many many lifetimes of pain, hardship, and unspeakable horror. You won't survive it either. You cannot harm people on a mass global scale and think that retribution (and there is retribution as sure as the world turns what goes around comes right back around) doesn't either exist or apply to you. You will beg and plead to be released from the darkness that is coming. Truly sad and washed my hands.

Unless you're petite and don't mind poorly made clothes - AVOID! Purchased three tops and a short jumpsuit for size 12 daughter and only one is anything near what we were expecting. The jumpsuit was an XL and *might* fit a size 8. A "long sleeve" top with a lace-up back turned out to be three-quarter sleeve and half the loops broke when we tried to put the ribbon through them. Another top was just plain cheap looking - the hems were just overlocked and had what looks like a thick shoelace as a waist tie. The one item that was wearable was a grey t-shirt with a black heart on the front. And as for returning them, it would cost almost as much as I paid for them in the first place.

I ordered two jackets from Rose Wholesale and was very disappointed when they arrived. They looked nothing like what was pictured. They looked very cheap and the buttons were horrible. The sizes also run very small. The shipping confirmation email said they were coming from the Netherlands but they actually came from China. I'm trying to get a refund but they don't understand English. I told them they didn't look like what was on the website and they told be to be patient that shipping takes time. Not worth a dime.

I ordered 2 items and they cancelled my orders and refinded only one of them, I felt that there a problem with this site so I called the bank they said that only one item was refunded, after asking Rose whole sale for the reason of cancelling my order, they said "they a copy of my ID and credit card" I felt that this is suspecious, I am ordering stuff online all the time and no seller asked for my personal ID and Credit card copy, so I came here and checked the revies on this website and I felt really stupid, how come that I ordered without checking the reviews first.

Whoever owns Rosewholesale also owns a few other similar companies. (Rosewe, and other wholesales-to-consumer websites). These little ads are placed on Facebook to lure unsuspecting consumers to buy these beautiful looking garments at wholesale prices. In one word, BUYER BEWARE! These are too good to be true.

I ordered a WATCH and it took 4 weeks for delivery. Reason: No available stock at time of order. You'd think they would have that info on the website.

My boyfriend ordered clothes. We received all that was ordered but the sizing was way too small. Plus, his PayPal account was double charged! When he contacted them to complain, they offered no solution or a way to fix the problem.

My biggest complaint besides the quality of the clothes, is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. The English is broken and seems to be just a warming-over of the issue instead of finding an amicable solution. They do NOT have in place a proper return policy, nor do they research and offer refunds to customers who were charged incorrectly. The website also doesn't specify where the garments are being shipped from, nor is there stock availability information.

I've read some of the other reviews today and see that we aren't the only one's who've received less than stellar service and product. What's funny is that Rosewholesale is trying to rebut the reviews with their weak apologies. My word to RoseWholesale... FIX YOUR BUSINESS! Fix the QUALITY OF YOUR GARMENTS! Fix your Payment Processing and refund policies. Fix your RETURN POLICY by offering return labels to consumers. (After reading all these bad reviews, all of your shipments should include return labels). Fix your SHIPPING TIMES! And most of all fix your CUSTOMER SERVICE! I do appreciate the returned emails and answered phones, but there is no actual SERVICE with your customer service. No resolutions and no customer satisfaction.

I ordered 2 items on 9/13 and here it is 11/9 and still no merchandise. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! Thankfully I ordered thru Paypal so I have a dispute opened but any of you that have done so know what a hassle that is. All over 2 tops... STAY AWAY!
