If I can give them 0 star, I would. Rosegal.com is the worst retail company I've ever had to deal with. I placed an order that consists of ONLY TWO items, a dress and a small ring... I understood that it will take about a month to get to me. Guess what? NEVER GOT IT.

I contacted them and it takes them about a whole day to respond back. Yes, each message you send them, it will take a whole day to get back or sometimes even longer. So this problem is being dragged for even longer than I wanted. They asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. Of course I said refund. I'm not waiting another month to see if I get it or not again! When they responded, they offered me PARTIAL refund! Granted, it's only $3 but it's $3 that I shouldn't have to fork up. It is not our problem if the package goes missing because I PAID FOR INSURANCE! On their website! This is outrageous.

I know we all want bargains. But please, you're just going to give yourself a headache if you deal with them. AVOID!

I am baffled by the reviews i have used rosegal a couple of times - four separate orders now. I am a bargain junkie and was tired of the high-street cheap shops for clothes as loads of other people have the same as you so i buy a couple of clothes from online now. Rosegal is one of my haunts - my advice is - try order one or two things at a time. If you order more they may get the size and colour wrong. Or mixed up - i only ever order max of three items and have had no problems. Second massive tip is know your measurements - this is an asian company china or hongkong dunno so they have different sizes to us what they say is medium is not medium in UK also they even vary medium of one top and one dress within the site so do not go for the label - however i know my size bust waist etc and i always use the size charts and have never had a problem with it - all fit ok. The quality in my opinion is good as in my case they were cheap. So for how cheap it is its fab for me. It does take ages to come - like half a month so around two weeks but to me its worth it as i am wearing something no one i the city probably have - unlike primark clothes or new look clothes where everyone is wearing. Hope this helps other girls out there.

Can't I give it a negative star? Packaging was lets see how wrinkled this dress can arrive, shipping was s-l-o-w..., fabric... well my dress resembles more a curtain than a dress and extremely see through, item totally different than the one advertised, I have given them a review with pictures and it is not posted, instead they have come up with 4 more positive reviews, they email you back, but solves nothing, their 30 days unconditional guarantee is a joke. Bottom line it serves me well for not researching this company before buying, I learned from my mistake. Hope someone smarted than me avoid ordering from them. Clothes is cheap, but at the very least honor your advertisement of unconditional returns.

RIP OFF COMPANY! I would give Rosegal a negative 10 and five middle fingers are instead of stars. Super slow shipping even when you pay more to have it delivered, customer service # and live chat DON'T work. They respond by email, not resolving anything. BBB gave them an F rating. DO NOT BUY.

This is a totally crap company! Do not buy any of their products. Their sizes aren't just off by a bit, they are ridiculous! The fabric they use is cheap and it shows. All the clothes have a vague resemblance to the item on the website but that's it. The clothes are badly made, uneven hems and bad stitching. I imagine they have a sweat shop somewhere where people are churning out horrendous reproductions of the item on the website. Again I urge buyers to stay well away from this company. Worst experience ever!

Quality terrible, sizes way out, I ordered a shirt one size fits all, forced it over my head it was like a kids shirt, instead of longish it was like a mid drift top was lucky to be able to get it back off. Would not order from again.

No stars My story is the same as everyone else. My daughter found the site and wanted to order a dress for homecoming. We ordered a month ahead. I paid for expedited shipping so we would get it. Homecoming is tomorrow and no dress. The tracking shows it's been in Shanghai for a week. I sure wish I would have checked reviews before I ordered! I've never run into this problem with ordering online. Now looking at reviews I'm worried that we'll never even see the dress. And if we do if it will even be wearable.

This company is very unprofessional! Do not buy anything from them! I bought 3 items. It sounds great you get free shipping but it takes a month or more to receive them! The first item I got was really small (like child size) and I'm a size 0-2 and it didn't fit me. The next item (a shirt) had a hole in the front. Right in the middle. Extremely noticeable hole. The third item I purchased was a necklace. It broke the second I opened the clasp. However I was able to re-hook the clasp together, its still really bad quality and not worth your $$. I emailed customer service at Rosegal. I complained about the shirt with the hole. Asking if I could have another one since its a defective item that I received that way. They asked me to send pictures. So I took pictures and uploaded them. They said they couldn't send me a new one because the shirt was in "high demand" but they could refund me %8.6. I then looked up the exact shirt on their website to see if it was sold out and it wasn't. They had many left in stock. So I emailed and told them that. They told me the website doesn't update regularly and the only thing you can do is get a refund (clearing not what you purchased the item for). This company is awful!

I ordered for my daughter and myself and the measurements of the sizes are completely different as on the web side. No way we could have fitted into it. The materials are very bad smelly quality. I lodged a complain, I was told to send photos with an ruler on top of the cloth.
I was not able to send the photos, I tried 6 times to send the photos and got an error massage back from Rosegal invalid code! I think it is a fraudulent company. I will complain at PayPal today and try to get my money back. Do not wait too long to complain with paypal otherwise the deadline will be over. I think it is Rosegal's strategy to put you off until your deadline with Paypal runs out.

No stars for this website. I made my order a month ago, never got nothing, but they took my money from card... They don't answer a phone no email no nothing... I called my visa card and they gave me phone number thru paypal which i paid and when i called said its wrong number... its big mistake to order from this website... but i have to say something good too. GUYS GO TO EBAY AND PUT KOREAN FASHION I paid my shirt on Rosegal $18 and same on shirt on ebay is $4.99 and free shipping :))

Beware! I ordered two shirts off this site. My expectations were not high since I was paying $10 ea. I got them within 3 weeks and was so disappointed! The first shirt I got was NOTHING like the picture. Didn't flow, the fabric was not sheer and the pattern was completely different. Both were made to fit a toddler and extremely cheap. You also have the option to pay $3 more for a tracking number, which they will never send you... Total scam

If you've ordered from this site, you've been had. I placed an order for a blue chifon dress and a white cotton dress on 8/10/14. I received the blue chifon dress today. The material is tacky, cheap looking and fits like a blouse. I'm 5'10. The white cotton dress never came. I've been calling, received the same e mails from weeks ago when I complained about not receiving my items. I doubt that I will receive the cotton dress, and at this point in time I don't even want it. This company is a scam, and they should be held accountable. Wish I had read the reviews first. Do Not! Order from these scam artists!

This site has beautiful clothes. Too bad they're for toddlers! I ordered a shirt that shows baggy on the model, and I figured I was about their size. When I received it (7 weeks later), I couldn't even get it over my head! I'm a size 2 and they fit like a 2T. I almost ordered $70 worth of stuff, but figured I'd just get 2 shirts for now to see how they were and I'm glad (and not glad) I did. Cheap quality-material that stinks. And their return policy is even more of a headache. Don't waste your time or money.

This company is a JOKE!

This company is a JOKE! Id advise anyone to NEVER order from them... it does take awhile to get items, but they are in the Netherlands so i expected it to take a bit longer than if id of ordered from the states... partially why they are cheaper i figured. I finally got one of the two items i ordered... wrong size. I contacted them and was told i have to pay a restocking fee for them to send me the one i ordered? What? Are you serious? I ask for a refund since i never even received one of the dress, they inform me that there financial adviser wont allow them to refund my money, since its been past 30 days since i ordered... how is this my fault... i ordered 2 dresses size 2xl, got one of them size medium but i have to pay to ship it back AND a restocking fee and or no refund because they took so long to ship? This place is NUTS!
