Средняя доставка заказов в магазине Rosegal занимает примерно 3 - 4 недели. Упаковка нормальная. Пока меня все устраивает. Много моих друзей после моих отзывов, так же стали делать покупки в этом магазине.
I've read through a few reviews & am totally gobsmacked that this company has reviews of 1 star & over, some even reaching 5! They're obviously the lucky ones & I suppose rosegal wont rip every customer off in the hopes they return, which is when you will get ripped off!
None of the items you receive are of any quality & they look nothing like the advertising picture! They're cheap & you'll be lucky if they fit. The returns procedure, well what procedure! I've contacted them numerous times & they seem to be playing dumb by sending a message stating they don't have the authority to deal with my request! I won't give up, but have been trying to find out how to return items that don't fit & how to get a refund for nearly 4 weeks. I don't feel very hopeful as of yet!
I wish I could get advice from somebody about what to do, it's so frustrating! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN & I advise nobody else does either!

I ordered 5 items... all of the items did not seem to be the size listed on them. Pretty disappointed. Rosegal did refund my money but I am disappointed in their quality.

This is by far the WORST online company I have ever dealt with! Returning an item is IMPOSSIBLE via email or by telephone! I am out $80 dollars and none of the items I ordered fit properly or even look like the pictured item on their website. While the images shown for clothing items look great, what you get when you order something is absolute garbage. They clearly use the photos from actual quality retailers as reference and just rip it off, and not even well. The pants I ordered were made with the absolute cheapest material imaginable, had pocket flaps hiding the fact that there were no actual pockets, and had loose string on every stitch you could see. I'd tell you how they fit, but they quite literally fell apart in the washing machine before I could wear them. Straight into the garbage. But what do they care, they got my money. I'm confident any review you see on this site beyond a single star is fake, don't waste your time.

The two tops that I ordered looked nothing like the picture. For one I know materials and the pictures show different and heavier materials. But what I got was a very thin cheap material and very horrible sewing quality. It look like something a high school or did in sewing class. I was very disappointed. But I knew the risk. And it taught me one thing to always check reviews before I even order anything from any site.

Ordered from South Africa and was honestly not expecting to get my package. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived about two weeks later (delay due to courier and customs). The items (swimsuits) were pretty decent quality and sized as per the website. Not sure if they use a partner courier company or if it's part of their service, but I was able to track my parcel daily and got detailed updates on my package status. Will definitely purchase again.
