I ordered a dress for Christmas on thanksgiving and paid for 5 day shipping so I would have it in plenty of time. I received one email saying they received my payment and no other email followed. I called customer service and found out the dress was out of stock. I was so mad that I did not receive an email informing me of the situation. Now I am told it's going to take 10 more days to get the dress, today is December 11th!
I saw an item on an add and thought it would be perfect for my Girlfriend. I ordered the product using PayPal on November 29th and even paid for expedited shipping. I was shown 7 to 10 business days for shipping. The website also states that this company is open 7 days a week " first clue".
The payment was immediately deducted from my account and I recieved an order processed email. After 10 days I still haven't received a shipping email so I contacted customer support which by phone they state that the can not take calls about current orders only new orders "second clue". I put in a customer support ticket and they respond in an hour and say that my item is out of stock, but will be restocked in 3 days. The options I am given by the company is either wait or exchange.
I go back to the website and check to see that my item is listed "out of stock", it was not listed such. "third clue". I contacted support again and asked them about this and they replied that most of there items are not in stock. "forth clue".
Now after the wait period is 2 days past over I still haven't received a shipping email. I contacted the company again and they wrote that the item is in but that I need to wait 3 days for the shipping label to be generated. Another stall in my opinion.
Having now read other reviews and how bad this company is at refunds "fifth clue". This adds up to be that this is just a resale scam where people create a good looking web site. Steeling product information and pictures from other sites and stores.
My sixth clues came that I tried to find the distribution center for this company online there is no listing or address for them in any country.
Finally the last clue was when I was able to get on Amazon and buy the exact same product. For 1/2 the cost and in less than 5 days it has arrived at my door. I still as of today have not recieved my order from Rosegal.
Dont be fooled like me this is not a real store it just people with good internet knowledge marking up products, shipping it to themselves then re shipping it to the end user. This can all be done from a garage. And they are at the mercy of the real companies and there shipping that's why they are constantly late with shipping orders

** They asked me to edit my review and I am doing so. They have offered me a full refund. I dont have the money yet, but it should be coming. And I appreciate that.*** I saw the questionable reviews and decided to risk it. Haha not worth it. Two came with holes along the seems and all 5 tops had tiny arm sleeves that were disproportionate to the rest of the piece. So none fit and two have holes I messaged them and have to send pictures back before a refund will be considered and it's for sure not going to be an easy process if I ever get my money. The package shows it hasn't shipped so I can't file a claim since they say I don't have it but I'm holding the items. And once piece never came at all You get what you pay for lol if I ever see my $75 I'll update this and keep y'all posted.

For my first time I purchased with this company, I am satisfied with the speed in which my items was shipped and I received them in time. What I wasn't satisfied with, was having 3 items be shipped in pieces. 2 of them came together and then one by itself. All in all I will be shopping again.
Nice prices, fast shipping, good contact. I can say only good things about this shop. You can buy there a lot of goods with free shipping. I have bought a lot of items there without any problem. I can recommend it for everyone.
Ordered 3 items. Payed for extradited shipping. Long story short, they keep saying item popular, so delayed, will ship on 11/2 other items will ship 12/6. But when that day came, not one item was shipped So now they say will ship on 12/19. Yet not 1 of the items showed out of stock or delayed on their website, ever. And of course one item was to be for Christmas. Extremely poor customer service and out right lies regarding product availability and status.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I contacted their live chat and the support rep and she said it could ship tomorrow or could be another 15 days. Since i'm in a similar industry, I know that you should have an inventory tracker to see exactly when fulfillment will arrive and the support rep could have easily given me expedited shipping to try and help get it to me sooner. Lastly, when I asked the support rep to speak to a leader/superior within the Rosegal, I was given a generic Rosegal domain which is a terrible response. They have some serious holes with your company that need to be addressed.

I placed my single item order with Rosegal and received confirmation that they received the order on November 14th. After not receiving shipping notification by the 27th I requested they cancel my order and issue a refund. I received an email on the 28th stating they could not give a refund because the Item has shipped and I was given a Fedex tracking number. After checking the tracking number for 5 days and seeing only "SHIPPING LABEL HAS BEEN CREATED" I notified Fedex and I was told that they have not received the package from Rosegal. I again requested cancelation because now it is too late to receive my order in time for the event I wanted it for and all I got for a reply was "Thank you for your patience". It is now December 6th and still "SHIPPING LABEL HAS BEEN CREATED". Apparently this is not unusual for Rosegal, my wife placed an order on November 8th and still has not received her order and if you read other reviews they are similar. Hey Rosegal... just sending a package to your shipping department does not mean it has shipped and I question if you even really did that. Just a way for you to deny refunds is how I see it!

I received the Christmas curtains. They came with curtain hooks and shower curtain hooks. They didn't pack enough metal hooks or plastic hook rings. Not enough to hang the curtains. I had to cut both ends of casing at top to slide the curtain Rod through. It looks ok. But not worth what I paid. A bit disappointed. Seems more like a shower curtain. Not what I ordered.

I wish I had read reviews before I bought from this site. The merchandise is so cheap! It takes a long time to get it. Be careful with clothes. Size XL is actually a size 8 in USA. Grrrr never buying from here again! Look at the photo. This hat has a dangerous mechanism that is not secure and can be swallowed by a child. It should not be sold. The pocket holding the mechanism opens up (not glued) and the mechanism can be taken out!
The family birthday sign I bought is so cheap. I would never give it as a gift!

Rosegal store surprised me with a great variety of products and regular discounts. Delivery of goods about three weeks, it is also happy, support responds within 24 hours.
This store has products for all ages, including children. Also a great selection of clothes for overweight people. Delivery of goods is fast. Technical support responds in a timely manner.

They obviously sent me the wrong size. Possibly that was a child's large, but certainly not for an adult. Told me to give the garment to charity... it costs more to ship it back than it's worth. After going back and forth with people who speak no English, they promised to refund my money in 7-14 working days. They did not.
They claim to have the best customer service. Where? I saw none of it.
