I have received very nice clothing that fits well and looks good. I have been very pleased and will continue to order from them.
THEY PUT SOME THINGS ON BACK ORDER AND DONT TELL YOU WHEN YOU ORDER THEM YOU HAVE TO WAIT! THEN YOU WAIT MONTHS AND THEY CANCEL THEM!
My order arrived today. I tried my stuff on and it was perfect. I don't pretend what size I am, I am going to jump on and order more stuff. Perfect.
If I could give this company Zero stars I would! On June 9th I placed a huge order from this company. Most items were in stock. The estimated arrival date was 6/17 when I placed the order. Cool... I have a trip on 7/1 so I was happy. Then my experience went south from there. It took them 5 days to pack my order and then it sat somewhere, either on their dock or at FedEx for another 5 days before it was on its way. So then the arrival date was changed to 6/23. That day came and went and now my package is in New Mexico somewhere with a Pending' delivery date. They use the cheapest shipping method at FedEx that must send things via truck rather than plane and then it ends up at the Post Office, which we all know is a mess. And customer service' (it barely qualifies as that) is totally worthless. I spoke with 3 people and 1 supervisor and all they can do is blame Covid. They probably thank God for this virus because now they have something to blame their crappy service on. Two of those stellar customer service' reps hung up on me and the supervisor was condescending and patronizing. They basically have my money and I have no idea when I will get the package. Luckily I live in Arizona so I can wear the summer clothes into almost October. My emphatic recommendation is to order from another company, any other company. This company and their BS and the frustration that it causes is not worth it. This is the first time I have ordered from them and it's certainly the last. If I had read these reviews first I would never have ordered. But, if you REALLY REALLY want anything from this company, allow for at least a month to a month and a half to get it.
After fully paid up they will later on place late fees on you out of no where. Cut up your ROAMAN'S credit cards they are theives!
I return clothing 3 different times never sent money back said they were on CERTICATES CAN GET HELP THEY OWE 300 DOLLARS
I placed an order on roamans.com on May 3. Understanding that, due to the pandemic, things might be delayed, I knew my standard shipping might be more like 7-10 days rather than 5-7. However, I've never received any emails about shipping, nothing about any issues with the order, etc. I had to always go online to login and see my order history.
What first surprised me was that only one of my products had a status of shipped, and the other said it was backordered. I would not ever order an item that has a backorder - this is my own personal preference, as you never really know when the product is coming in.
The tracking info for the item that shipped has, every day, extended out further with it's pending delivery. The item that shipped had an original estimated delivery date of May 12 - and the website that provides tracking that is connected to the website said the information would update when the package was received for shipping.
Now the tracking on the Roamans.com website says that the package still has not been received for shipping and has an estimated delivery date of May 21! Is my package just sitting in their warehouse waiting to get picked up?!
I don't know, because I can't even get a response from their customer service team to really tell me.
This week I was charged by the company, again, for the second item. I logged in and saw that the status on that item had changed from backordered to processed, which was the status when I FIRST placed the order on May 3.
I logged in today to the website and saw that it said online chat was available. So, I clicked the chat link and entered my info. About a minute later I saw the chat "available" turn to "unavailable."
I just want to know what's going on with my order. I feel like my money has been stolen, and I'm not getting any response from their customer service that would say one way or the other what's going on with my product. I paid for shipping on goods that, frankly, don't even look like they've been shipped and may not ever ship at this point. With tracking information provided, I do feel like I've been defrauded and am close to filing a dispute for the charges with my bank.
I will NEVER order from Roamans.com again, and strongly advise others to run, quickly, in the opposite direction from this site. After seeing the other complaints on this website, I understand I am not alone and wish I had looked at the online reviews before I made the choice to purchase!
Answer: I think they don't want very many people getting the sales price, then when you really still want that item you charge or pay at full price. I'm dealing with that same problem right now.
Answer: Good question! I have never heard of such a thing. My suggestion would be to call customer service from your card account and ask if this is common practice and request an explanation.
