They charge your credit card for a couple bucks than dont deliver a single item. If they dont have the actual clothes for sale than they shouldn't advertise them. So no clothes and they still take my money. Dont waist your time there.
The email said "Black Friday Sale." I placed an order for over $175 with them at using the Black Friday Sale code. Within minutes, I got another email from them that looked exactly the same, but had free shipping on orders over $75. I called them to either get the free shipping or cancel the order. They said that the order was "in process" and they would not change the code to give me free shipping. I told them to cancel the order and they would not do that either. I called my credit card company and told them to dispute the charges. I spoke to three people at Roman's and got the same line from each. NEVER SHOP AT ROMAN'S!
Ordered merchandise and they sent it to previous address and I called to correct it and they didn't do their job and now I have to pay for items I never received. I called several times to correct the issue and I have a credit card that I canceled because of their mistake. I will never order from them again and I was a loyal customer for several years BUT NOT ANYMORE. This company is disorganized and rude. AND THEY CHARGE 3 TIMES WHAT THE ITEM IS ACTUALLY WORTH. THAT IS DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PEOPLE THAT ARE LARGER. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN FROM.
I had ordered 2 clearance tops... one light blue and one black. After using my coupon the shirts came to $4.99 each. A week or so later they had a white one that they hadn't shown before just like the other two. I called and ordered it and explained I had two other colors but white was not one of the colors. The coupon was expired but the rep talked to her manager over her and came back and said they would honor $4.99 on the white one. She said she would put a message on the order to make sure. Well they charged me $11.99 I called today and spoke with Grace and she said it was a misunderstanding. It was not a misunderstanding. It was a lie unless they call me back and explain the problem. Which they did not do.
I was honest and I expected for them to follow through. :(
Do not buy from theses people. Had lounger on back order and because I had gotten sale price of $9.95, I waited. They arbitrarily canceled order and I received not notice. I feel that they did not want to honor price.
I don't like shopping Roman's due to a bad experience I had with them in 2017. I currently placed an order with them (now September 2021) because they had a top I needed for an upcoming event. The order delivery got pushed back, after my event date, so I decided to call them to cancel it. Flawence (male) answered the phone & had a bad attitude right off the back & lied saying I couldn't cancel my order because it's being processed. Once I got loud, got an attitude, told him my order was pushed back after I needed & wanted to speak with his supervisor - his attitude changed. Yea, I am going to permanently stay from Roman's now.
Very unhappy with ther after customer care and will never shop there again. Bought a coat on the 21/12/17/bought a size bigger so i could wear thick clothing underneath
Coat had plenty of room but hence lining was to tight all inside split seemed wrong size linning had been used /returned to shop were Staff member stated it was my fault i should have sat down in the coat before buying never had to complete this procedure before on buying a coat
I was left feeling quite bewildered, Complained to customer care who stated coulldnt help, i am to take this matter futher as very bad customer after care

I love their products, but when I return items it seems I NEVER get the full amount back that I am suppose to. Also they have recharged me shipping when it was their mistake. Usually they will make it right, but you have to be on guard, as I think they are making lots of $$$ with this practice and hope you will not catch it. This is just NOT right, and since it has happened to me numerous times, I felt it needs to be known.
Your tops are too long and too low necked. Your sleeve holes are way large. And we are so sick of a-line dresses! And dresses way too long, so they touch the floor! And all the sequins and extra bingles and bangles on our clothes! And all the obnoxious patterns, how about plain clothes we can accessorize! I hope listen to this good advice! I am only telling you this because you need to know! Sincerely a customer!
I ordered a puffer coat it was at a discount. It came but was too big I read the exchange policy I sent it back. I was told they sold out the size smaller even tho it was online. They charged me a $10 shipping fee on my card for no product. I called to no avail I got a rude supervisor on the phone. I ordered 2 turtlenecks and a blazer the blazer is 2 small but bring 50% off of course to exchange it once again they now say they don't have the 20w only because I git it at 50% off but if I ordered it online I would have to pay the $53 for it not $26 I paid. Best advice don't order from here. Too bad they don't have the stores no more. They offer these sales but God help you if it's not your size your outta luck plus they charge you a delivery fee after they say they don't have the product
It's great when you get new catalogs with new styles for the new season to start. But they do not honor the catalog prices when on the catalog the date is still active, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she wouldn't answer me (I asked 7 times. :( she kept saying that the catalog was not valid. The date on the catalog is 5/10/2022. I am very disappointed in this company.
I called and inquired about an order that I wanted to return. I told them I knew that it was pass their 60 day return policy and I would take a credit if I needed to and was told that it would not be a problem. I shipped it back one month ago and have not heard anything from them. I called "Customer Service" and over 30 minutes later I was too they had shipped it back to me 2 days ago, they said they changed their policy in September and that there was NOTHING they would do about it. The most unhelpful company I have ever dealt with.
I purchased 3 pairs of jeans for $33.00 a piece. I wore one pair and it was some sort of spandex material that was unbearable! The description mentioned nothing about this at all. My daughter had a baby in Florida (I live in Michigan) and I had to go down there for 2 months to help her. When I got back I notified them and they said it was to late to return them. They wouldn't give me a refund or credit! I wanted to return the 2 pairs I hadn't worn yet. The customer service supervisor said "Donate them to Goodwill" This idiot is off his rocker! I wrote a letter to corporate with no response, I emailed the company again just asking for credit they said NO. I will NEVER EVER shop with this company again, and I've been shopping with them for many many years! They lost a very loyal customer so everyone please BEWARE!
Rec'd. Pkg. today 5/6/21. Michael at Roaman's had the nerve to send e-mail a couple of days ago telling me I couldn't use foul language to Roaman's employee's (what employee's I hadn't talked or interacted with anyone in weeks) evidently my flooding e-mails worked. I informed him I informed Roaman's I was going to flood the company with e-mails daily (which I did) until I received a response, it worked, also who was he to tell me what I could or couldn't do in responding to a company that the customer was unable to reach. I will never order from them again. Note: the nightgowns were made in India that's the delay due to vast Covid outbreak, in the washing machine before wearing. When I asked where are the items made they declined to say, now I know why. Buyer beware.
Placed on 4/14/21 for $98.43 they took my money left no tracking information etc. Today is 4/26/21 company cannot be reached only the BS e-mail response, no chat line, on hold for 20 first time, 29 min. Second time no one ever picked up and I doubt if anyone is managing the phones. I tried ordering thru Jessica but web site wasn't secure when I tried to place order. Next thing I noticed the order was switched over to Roaman's I hadn't shopped with them in a yr. Due to slow processing. Placed order that's why I'm here now. I will never place a order with any company affiliated with Roaman's in the future. I don't care what they're offering. Today 5/2/21 order just read "processed" Roaman's e-mailed me with tracking no, when I contacted usps with tracking no. It stated label secured but, no pkg. I purchased 5 capris and they do not reflect the pictures. All were supposed to fit snug around calf and they were 3x bigger than my calf and I am an average plus size girl. Bought a dress that looked beautiful in the pic but was bad material. Seams not closed, very poor cheap quality. I am returning all and what used to be free returns is now a $11 "processing fee" if you want your money back! Left a negative review on the dress and now it won't let me submit another review. How many other negative reviews are not able to be done? DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ!
Never use this company company when you return items they never issue any credits or refunds and when an item is backordered and you try to cancel the order they refuse to do so it's teduso I am seeking a legal remnant is a legal remedy through the court system against this company they are horrible stis horrible stay away!
I ordered over $300 worth of stuff that I needed for a funeral and it was never sent out but was charged to my account. On oct 27,2021 I ordered some items thru woman within thru my Ronan's credit card and pd extra to have it delivered in two days because I needed it for a funeral on oct 31st. I'm handicapped and have to rely on on line shopping. It didn't arrive by the 29th so I called customer service and they said there was no order on my account. I checked the credit card dept and sure enough my card was charged over $300 so I was very disappointed to be left without my order and told by customer service they couldn't do anything about it. The bank the romans credit card is written on is looking into it I have been a customer for years but will not be returning any time soon the customer service sept stinks

I saw a beautiful blouse on the front cover of their magazine. I ordered it based on the sizing charts. It was backordered for the longest time. It finally arrived and was way too small. So I tried to order it in another size. Well they had 22w, which is what I ordered; I thought maybe I would try a 24w; no, the next size up was a 28w. That would be way too big. How can you not have sizes in between? So now I ask the rep on the phone how much my refund will be, as that I'm disappointed because of everything, and that I really wanted the blouse. It's 7.50 to return the item. Yet, had it happened in October, the return would be free. So, I tell the rep how disappointed I am and that I would never buy anything again, or recommend their company, and I was hung up on.
Answer: I think they don't want very many people getting the sales price, then when you really still want that item you charge or pay at full price. I'm dealing with that same problem right now.
Answer: Good question! I have never heard of such a thing. My suggestion would be to call customer service from your card account and ask if this is common practice and request an explanation.
