I sent a e-card to my niece for her birthday and I had to call customer service as it never arrived - they couldn't explain why so resent for me while I was on the phone and it arrived in her inbox immediately. Her sister had the exact same problem I did and also had to phone customer service to get the issue resolved. A real inconvenience to have to do this but in the end my niece was so happy to get the two e-cards as she loves REVOLVE clothing.
FALSE ADVERTISING FOR SHIPPING. Did not get my clothing in time for my vacation and the customer service was completely unhelpful. I will only shop with SHOPBOP from now on. They guarantee their packages and are much more professional and helpful in their responses.

I placed an order and was charged "normally". FIVE DAYS after placing the order I was contacted by the most rude agent to let me know my order was not being processed because the app had mistakenly placed my address (including a Postal Code, mind you) in the US. I don't understand how this can happen as it clearly stated it was abroad. After trying to place the order a second time, while this person insisted it was my fault, I was una le to use the discount code I previously used and was being charged an incorrect delivery fee (the international free shipping was just ignored). I cancelled the order and tried to inquire about this with the agent. She ignored me and hung up on me so I could not place the order again. Spare yourself the trouble of "buying" here: the discounts seem cool but they are useless if YOU CANNOT PLACE AN ORDER.
Revolve makes returns so easy that I find myself constantly buying and keeping way more than I would from other sites, even though I am still returning some items.

When the dress arrived, it had clearly been worn before and smelled horribly of body odor from someone else. For $500, I would expect much higher quality shipping and care.
