Don't shop here. Poor quality in merchandise. Cheated me out of a return. I returned both items and they claim only one item was returned. Never purchase with them again.
This is the 2nd time I have bought something from revolve. I absolutely love the service and the quality of the products.
Insider perspective-they only care about the $$. They don't offer their fulltime employees personal benefits such as medical insurance. Most employees in the warehouse are workinng over 50hrs/week at minimum wage. The warehouse staff is predominately ESL workers, who supervisors feel they can threaten with their job in order to bring stats and production numbers up. They even offer "happy hour " on site to employees and will have free lunch Thursdays to try and compensate for lack of employee care. No raises, vacation or PTO given. Lack of commu nication by management and HR. Supervisors rather threaten employees than get HR involved, high t urnover rate. Over priced items, that their own employees wouldn't even be able to afford.
Easy, filters work, and I can resume my previous spot when browsing (vs some sites that jump back to the top), the quality of clothes is refreshing, fast shipping, easy returns.
Great service, product arrived really quickly, will certainly use this company again. Very happy with service I received, super speedy delivery, well packaged.
As said in the title of my review, this dryer is well sized. I can easily fit it in a small shoulder pack for overnight and strong enough for week long trips.
Not a single confirmation order, no emails, absolutely lack of communcation. I was on holiday and then... Order status CANCELED, because of credit card, impossible since they've tried it and I have more than the amount necessary.
The customer service is OK, they are friendly and told me that they'll let me know when they have the product again... but at the end, I don't the have the product that I want when I want and paid for it>!

Green dress had snag and no tag on it like it was used goods. Shoes were not even close to the picture and non wearable. Quite confused as not experienced this with orders before.
Everything I get from this website is amazing. I especially like shopping on the sale and clearance category because I can fine top quality clothing items at a great price.

Revolve obviously have completely inept accountants as they are unable to refund the GST paid on items when you return them. So as a customer I am out of pocket by $200 as they can't figure out how to return the GST. This sales tax will then be charged to the next person who buys those items but the ATO will only receive one lot of sales tax, Revolve making a nice little profit out of the new Australian law.

Very good selection of clothes and accessories. Shipping is extremely fast. Returns are easy, although it may take a while to process. Customer service is friendly and helpful.
The people are nice, if you can get in contact with them. Obviously the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing, so expecting that communication once will result in a positive outcome would be a poor assumption.
Their original shipping is quick. I must live fairly close to the shipping hub. However, the item I received was defective. You cannot request return online, instead you must use the paperwork they send you to return the item. Considering how quickly it arrived, I'd assume it went back equally as fast. But nothing updated online. Took days before I received an email stating they got the package, then nothing... crickets.
Finally, tried calling. They make you answer a bunch of ridiculous questions and threaten to put your information into a "sweepstakes" while you're on hold. I didn't stick around long enough to see if that had real people working for them.
Then, went to their "chat" option. First person said I'd get an email update later today. Then the I receive an email for a refund, not a replacement of said defective item. So again, back to chat. Waiting forever to see what the heck is happening. They will send me the item and remove the refund. I'm curious to see if the "charge" for the item shows up on my account before the money from the first purchase is added back into my account. I'm not thrilled with their playing with my bank account, not reading or following instructions on the return, and having awful customer service. Overall, will not use them again.

I ordered and it told me 2 day shipping and really I had received it in 2 days. I think it's incredible how fast shipping is and the quality of the package is great.
The transcription from US Sizes into EU sizes doesn't match exactly. I have ordered the booties in US 8,5 and expected to receive them in EU 39 but I got EU 40. A bit disappointed as they are really nice.
Staff were very helpful and quick at sorting out an order error I made. Shipping was incredibly fast and the product was as good as it claimed to be. Great experience, would recommend revolve to all
