Ordered a $90 swim top from them when it was close to becoming out of stock - when it arrived it was the bottoms instead! I took photos and sent them to customer service and they said in order to get the top I must first return the bottoms to them. I went on vacation and having realized this was still unresolved wrote them again saying I would like a refund. Their response now is that since some time has passed I now have a return deadline that they will "make an exception for me" to return it WHEN THIS WASNT MY FAULT TO BEGIN WITH! Return my money and chock it up as your mistake you crooks!
After emailing them from Candices note, they finally refunded me the $90! I think they are moving in the right direction at clearing up these issues... but I still don't think I will order from them again.
I love the selection of clothing. I'm from New York City (The fashion Capital of America) and I finally have found some interesting pieces to add to my wardrobe. Keep the great styles coming!
I was in desperate need of some new swimsuits for my upcoming trip to Hawaii. I have always looked on the Revolve website but had never purchased anything. I found some very cute swimsuits which as you can guess were very pricey. I decided to just deal with it and dropped $260 on 3 separate swimwear pieces. Since it was so expensive, I was assuming the quality would be fantastic, well I could not have been more WRONG. First of all, when I received the package, the swimsuits were wrapped in a thin plastic bag, like they had been shipped straight from China. If I am going to spend a couple hundred dollars on your website, at least put some effort into the packaging. Anyways, when I unwrapped the swimsuits, my jaw hit the floor. LITERALLY, THEY ALL LOOKED LIKE THEY COST ABOUT. 99 CENTS TO MAKE. I was livid. I don't even want to wear them they look so cheap and don't even fit well. Moral of the story, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL SPEND MONEY AND END UP DISSAPOINTED.
I have been buying things online for years, and not once have I ever placed an order that had to go through a bank charge verification step. We placed an order on Wednesday for a dress, that we needed for a Saturday event. We paid $24 extra for next day shipping. We received an order confirmation within minutes that said the dress was being shipped and would arrive the next day. When it did not get here, we called and were informed that they sent us a different email asking us to check our bank account for a small charge, and that we had to call them to confirm the charge. That email went to my spam folder, and we never saw it. However, we did get the email stating it would arrive the next day. Customer service informed us that we should have checked our spam folder for an email we had no idea was being sent. Then she offered to ship it for free but could not guarantee the arrival date. We needed the dress for this weekend. This is the first time I have ever had to verify charges on my card like this. She stated that there is a message when you order that says "some orders may need to be verified", but who would read that and think that meant to look in your spam folder for an email that required you to verify charges with your bank! We had to cancel the order and now have to try to find something at a local store. Not a very good experience.

Love the sweater. The spf spray arrived in a clear, sealed bag and you could see the spf ALL over the inside of the bag and bottle. Hard to believe no one noticed that before shipping it to me.
The clothing was NOT what it appeared on their website. The fabric looked like a cloth that I wipe my dishes with. Also sizing is seriously inaccurate NOT worth the money!

My experience with u guys was very horrible,my girlfriend is pregnant,I order the shirt to take peternity pic,the day I supposed to get my delivery I did receive it 3 days after,so I had was to go out my way to get another outfit….
I thought I'd give Revolve a try since they offered prepaid returns within Australia, where I live. The products that arrived were of terrible quality so I returned them, which was a straightforward process. However, 13 days after they had received the return (according to postal tracking), I still had received no acknowledgement that they received the parcel, let alone the money back.
After a few days of chasing them up, the sent an email to say they refunded the purchase. However, it was $145 US short of what I paid.
Having chased them up again, they said it was because it was my responsibility to apply for a customs tax refund from the government. They sent me a link directly to the tax refund form, which had a lot of jargon on it and asked for information that they didn't provide.
After checking directly with customs, I was informed that only the importer - ie Revolve - who "paid the taxes" and filled in the import declaration could apply for the refund.
I am STILL waiting for the refund in my account and a response about the tax.
Clearly, it was all BS from Revolve!
AVOID!
It's too bad their customer service is so bad because they have some nice clothing. I was a pretty good customer but the bad service I recently had made me not want to shop there again.

I ordered a sweater/top that I was worried might be too youthful for me (60+) but it looks classy and fits perfectly. When I wear it, I get compliments from old and young!
I read a lot of bad reviews here and figured my return right at the cutoff of 30days was a lost cause. I figured I'd try anyway since I wasn't going to wear the garment either way.
It was at 31 days when I remembered I hadn't sent my return yet so I emailed customer service and asked if it was too late. I didn't get a reply that day so I didn't send it in. But then they replied about 48hrs later and said it would be no problem and they would extend the time frame 3more days for me past the day of their reply. I sent it the next day and got my full refund 48hrs later. Very pleased with how they handled it and the speed of the refund. This transaction was in the US.
Ordered Nue online for wedding party. Order arrived quickly. Product was excellent and worked well for those with sensitive skin. Easy to apply and remove product without any discomfort.
