I placed an order and was charged "normally". FIVE DAYS after placing the order I was contacted by the most rude agent to let me know my order was not being processed because the app had mistakenly placed my address (including a Postal Code, mind you) in the US. I don't understand how this can happen as it clearly stated it was abroad. After trying to place the order a second time, while this person insisted it was my fault, I was una le to use the discount code I previously used and was being charged an incorrect delivery fee (the international free shipping was just ignored). I cancelled the order and tried to inquire about this with the agent. She ignored me and hung up on me so I could not place the order again. Spare yourself the trouble of "buying" here: the discounts seem cool but they are useless if YOU CANNOT PLACE AN ORDER.
