Could not recommend reship enough very satisfied with there business and there customer service is excellent
I am from Namibia. I have only used Reship once, however have not experienced any problems and received my product on time!
NEVER NEVER go near them. Stole over $3,000 worth of packages from me. Reship is like a real poisonous root. Total scammers. Lost $3,000 worth of new computer, books, plus my $250 insurance policy, 2 computer trays, expensive vitamin supplement. I'm going to FBI. PRINT THIS OUT. They need to hear from more of you. Call the FBI in Portland and report scam. I found proof that I had emailed them well within their time limit and still they lie on, and pretend they had a right to 'confiscate' the property. They are perpetual liars. In other words you can't get them to stick to one single story ever. They tell a lie at every corner. These must be very practiced criminals. They never sent me an invoice for any charges. NEVER. So they didn't expect me to pay, as theyd already seen the package was a good expensive hunting trophy for them. They will sometimes let small packages through as a safeguard to keep them open. Do not respond to this reship. Let's see what you say too the FBI. Anyone whose packages go missing or if you find they are delaying just go to the FBI Because the moment they start one story to you, they will add endless stories so they never have to deliver. I would tell the FBI to check all staff for past criminal records. If they never sent you an invoice for the shipping or consolidation or re-boxing of your packages or whatever extraordinary excuse for delay they use on you, it's to keep your packages then they never intend to send it and have just stolen it. Real merchants send an invoice. I never had one. Also ominously they do not even offer insurance. Never go near them again. Save a copy of all your correspondence for the FBI. Just lies, lies, lies smooth lies and nothing else. Would any company really throw out a new VIAO laptop computer? Really? Seriously?
They are scammers, they ship with DHL and they make horrible charges. I spent more than 500 dollars on reship and my package was stolen. DO NOT USE RESHIP
I'm 17, and am in the process of starting up my own small business, so I'm not new to any of the techniques that are used by reship. I'm very knowledgeable on what I'm doing, and I've used package forwarding (and Reship too) services in the past. I came to Reship with the intent of shipping in a few packages a week, and sending them out. I did this with 2 packages on reship, all fine. Little overpriced, but I could deal with that for a trustworthy service.
Fast forward, I receive 2 large packages (Xbox Ones) in 2 days, so this tripped a red flag I suppose for "Fraudulent Activity." They placed my account on hold. I emailed back, and they locked BOTH of my Reship accounts. (I use one to receive a specific set of items, and the other one for a different set, so I don't get them confused). I'm told I'm not allowed to have more than one Reship account, that seems reasonable to me, and I scold myself for not seeing that in the terms. So I send in sufficient documents they request, and I'm told I cannot get it unlocked because I'm 17. This right now instantly angers me. Not only have I proved to them in the past I'm a legitimate customer by sending those 2 packages earlier with no problem, but now there's a stigma from them with being 17? I have permission and supervision from my legal guardians on what I do, so there should be no problem. I had the account created in my name because I have to use my card to ship things out. They told me to get the return labels for refunds for my items sitting in my suite. I cannot do this because of the hassle and the humiliation that would be on my part.
I requested to just have the account owners name changed to one of my guardians. And I've yet to receive a reply from anybody. If they don't allow that, huge problems will be created. Reports to the BBB, this review will be posted everywhere, and much more.

My first experience:
I ordered a bike, it got delivered, but cost $150 for shipping. They claimed they could not ship at cheaper rate due to size of box. I checked size of box with retailer before it was sent to reship answer = 36". Reship repeatedly said it was 38". I paid for shipping, when delivered the first thing I checked was box length. You guessed it 36"! So unimpressed, but figured this was due to large / heavy parcels, so best stick to small things + maybe the 36 vs 38" thing was honest mistake?.
My second experience:
Ordered 2 toys from a website = 6lbs total, small-ish 12"-ish parcel. My wife uses iherb.com a lot, so we checked what cost the same weight and size parcel would be sent to the same address using the same courier. She pays $8. When parcel arrives at Reship we check = $75! That's over 9 times as much!
The fact that one is a forwarder (Reship) and the other a Retailer (iherb) is not the issue here. The total purchase (goods and shipping) from iherb is $43 as compared with Reship's shipping only price of $75. So unless the retailer is paying the shipper $30+ to give away their product for free, then something is very very wrong.
Even bigger issue is that Reship claim in their FAQ that they pass on shipping discounts "ReShip.com offers a wide array of affordable shipping options. We have negotiated low rates from UPS, FedEx, and DHL, and pass our shipping discounts along to our customers. For up-to-the-date shipping estimates, please use our customized calculator". This is simply a lie. In fact the opposite has proven to be the case in both of my experiences...
I gave Reship the opportunity to remedy this situation. They offered to send my goods back to the retailer! Come on guys! The retailer is not the problem YOU ARE!

When purchasing products that the retail is banned from exporting outside their country their suppliers then reship is the ideal service,
Never seen an company work so slow to ship out an item not recommended company to use i will never use it again i should have went with shipito.

We contacted this customer 3 times regarding the issue with shipping their items. She did not respond in within the timeline agreed upon within the terms and condition section that she agreed to when she signed up for our service. This customer did not manage their account as agreed upon when they agreed to the terms and conditions. This customer also fraudulently declared the value of the items as to avoid paying Duties and Taxes into her country. This customer is being untruthful regarding the value posted above. We do not send invoices or bill our customers for shipping. The customer pays online through their account on our site. The items this customer never completed the shipping transaction on, after we requested her to do so three times, were sold as to recoup our costs of handling, and inventorying. This is also covered in our terms and condition that the customer agreed to upon signing up for our service. Even though this situation was out of our control due to the customers negligence, We have offered to reimburse them for some of the costs. The customer will not comply.
