Excellent customer service. Answered all of my questions and concerns so I was confident with placing my order with them. I order two baby painted turtles, one southern and one western. They are both extremely active, especially the western painted one (He keeps climbing and trying to escape his temporary enclosure). I'm going to be ordering my eastern baby from them once they are back in stock. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reputable reptile or mammal breeder to work with reptilecity!
Ordered (3) R/B Walker frogs/ buy 1 get 1 free. Arrived late on arrival date with two dead and 4 sluggish. Sent e-mail immediately to Reptile City and received a response in a few hours saying they would be replaced. They came in on time overnight healthy, active and in good condition. I believe it was all in the shipping and I would order from Reptile City again.

I was horrified when I saw the condition my chameleon arrived in. It looked dead. His skin was peeling and got stuck to the plastic box. The package had no label that it contains live animal. It didn't even say "Handle with care". The instructions said that it would be shipped overnight. According the usps tracking the poor animal was in that dark dry box for 50 hours! The poor animal died the next day. I can't believe that somebody can handle live animals this way! Don't buy from this company!
I've seen quite a few negative reviews here, and I'm quite frankly shocked. My experiences have been nothing but positive with Reptile City. Mistakes happen, people. Thank you Mr. Felton Willis and the entire Reptile City crew!
These people are shady. Will not respond to emails. They haven't shipped my order and it's been over a month. I want my money back. Tracking number was created on 10/05/2020 and it's not an overnight shipment. They lie. Do not shop with them. Ever.
Ordered a bearded dragon back in October, was told 6 weeks later they were still waiting on a shipment of dragons, asked for a refund and 3 months later still no refund. All I get is Excuses. I will never order from this company again.
I ordered a southern toad mid November, with the extra $20 5-7 day shipping guarantee and didn't receive the toad. I waited 10 days before messaging the supplier, who said he would look into it. Another 5 days and I messaged again, asking for a refund because clearly I wasn't going to get my toad. He sent a 5 word email "will check with accounting now" another three days I messaged him again. I haven't gotten a reply. That was weeks ago--it's now January
I placed an order with them on 02/26/2021. 2 weeks ago, I was told they would be shipped on a Thursday and would arrive by that weekend. Nothing arrived. I've called and emailed them. Last reply said they would be shipped April 6th. I told them I needed them sooner, its been so long since I ordered and I paid for 6-10 business day shipping. What's the deal guys? Why can't you follow through with your own shipping policy? I'm trying to call today to get a refund. This is beyond ridiculous.
It all started when I ordered an albino bullfrog in December 26th, 2020. Shouldve read the reviews first before ordering. So I ordered and waited about 3 months for it, then I called back and they said they would ship it. I call again and they say they would have to see if they have it in stock and they would call back. They never call back so I call back instead and request a refund. They say I should get a refund in about 3 buisness days... and guess what? No refund... I submitted their company for fraud and instead of leaving a review and leaving ut for that I suggest u do the same. This July 26th will officially make it 7 months omg... I hate to leave bad reviews but reptile city is seriously a scam and should not be ordered from
A SERIOUS reptile/ amphibian store. Knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond. I went in for crickets, and left with a crested gecko. No pressure, but friendly and they go out of their way to educate.
0 rating. This company is exactly what all of the reviews say it is. 100% absolutely terrible. I purchased a reptile for $299, it was never shipped on time per the company shipping policy. I requested a refund and never received it. Upon reviewing my card statement this terrible company billed me $200 for no reason. Please if you wont a honest company, that respects people and animals please go else where.
Got my order yesterday my stripe knee is beautiful got my hermit crabs and opted for 30 day free shipping got it on the fifth day. Just wanted to thank felton as well as reptile city it was the best customer service. I had answers to my questions right away and will ddefinitely be back again and again. I ordered a baby green iguana, he was stressed out when he got to my house the morning of the delivery but i was kinda expecting that because i'm in VA and it came from Florida! I had to leave to my dads for the weekend so my mom is taking care of it and from what i'm hearing from my mom said the iguana is doing perfect! He's being friendly, active, and eating well! Maybe one day i'll get to do business with them again :)
I ordered four fire bellied toads under the buy one get one free option and amazingly all eight arrived here to Texas very healthy and alive and ready to eat cricketers and super worms I had for them. I had recently converted a 55 gallon aquarium I had used for fish in the past into a terrarium for my other two toads I already had. Now all ten are happily sharing their new home together.
Everything on this site SEEMS legit, but after I placed my order and they charged me, they stopped communicating with me. I never got my order. I tried calling and emailing. NOTHING. I think they f***ing blocked me. I'm trying to get a refund from these a**holes, but again-- THEY JUST DON'T RESPOND! It's like trying to break up with my neglective ex-girlfriend all over again. Don't order from these guys!
I made a order of 2 tarantula's and a snake from Reptilecity.com and i just sent them a email asking if they will alter the order and add another tarantula to the order because i read that if you spend $100 you would get free shipping but instead of fulfilling what the customer wanted they instead refunded my order and banned me from the site i asked them why did they refund my order and ban me from the site for no reason whatsoever and they said-
"we feel its best for you to locate your reptiles elsewhere. We dont owe any other explanation than that we can choose who we sell to. - Nina"
I have been a online consumer for almost 20 years and i have never had a company just out right ban me for no reason whatsoever and without explanation and discriminate against me like this when i just had a request that any customer would have.
Bottom Line: This company is Shady as F*ck!
I ordered a brazilian rainbow boa from them and she arrived perfect and healthy. She was packed just as well if not better than other companies pack their animals. Everything was labeled correctly and it was shipped over night. When she arrived she was very active and nipping which was a great sign that she was healthy. Had great communication with Mr Felton Willis as there was delays with getting my order shipped due to the bad weather. 10/10 would order from them again.
Long story short, ordered snake 5 weeks ago, was told would ship within 4 weeks. After 4 weeks and no snake, emailed, and got a response saying was shipping next day... nope. Called 3 days after that, and was promised by a very rude man that they were preparing my order, waited 4 more day, so 5 weeks total and nothing. Called and cancelled my order, will be over a week until I hopefully get my money credited back to my card, but not holding my breath. Stay far away from Reptile City is my recommendation.
Order baby ball python, 30 days go by and still nothing. Called and was reassured it was going out that day. Never went out. Cancelled my order after 30 date and guess what. Yup still waiting on refund. I don't believe the other reviews saying they got their items so fast. I got nothing and I'm not the only one.

The large numbers of men conscripted into Israel's army (see, e.g., the figures in 1:46; 26:51) have puzzled many interpreters. The numbers of men mustered for warfare seem to demand a total population in excess of 2,000,000. Such numbers appear to be exceedingly large for the times, for the locale, for the desert wanderings, and in comparison with the inhabitants of Canaan. See note on 3:43.
Various possibilities have been suggested to solve this problem. Some have thought that the numbers may have been corrupted in transmission. The present text, however, does not betray textual difficulties with the numbers.
Others have felt that the Hebrew word for "thousand" might have a different meaning here from its usual numerical connotation. In some passages, for example, the word is a technical term for a company of men that may or may not equal 1,000 (e.g., Jos 22:14, "family division"; 1Sa 23:23, "clans"). Further, some have postulated that this Hebrew word means "chief" (as in Ge 36:15). In this way the figure 53,400 (26:47) would mean "53 chiefs plus 400 men." Such a procedure would yield a greatly reduced total, but it would be at variance with the fact that the Hebrew text adds the "thousands" in the same way it adds the "hundreds" for a large total. Also, this would make the proportion of chiefs to fighting men top-heavy (59 chiefs for 300 men in Simeon).
Another option is to read the Hebrew word for "thousand" with a dual meaning of "chief" and "1,000," with the chiefs numbering one less than the stated figure. For example, the 46,500 of Reuben (1:20) is read as 45 chiefs and 1,500 fighting men, the 59,300 of Simeon (1:23) is read as 58 chiefs and 1,300 fighting men, etc. But in this case, as in the former, the totals of 1:46 and 2:32 must then be regarded as errors of understanding (perhaps by later scribes).
