Question:

I have ordered a three toes box turtle baby about 2 months ago. I have yet to even receive an email about it. I have called and called and they just keep telling me they're waiting for them to be ready and then they say they will be shipped next week. Has anyone ordered a three toes box turtle baby and gotten it?

Answer:
I live in Canada and ordered a Bull snake. I called the number and asked if they ship to Canada. I asked the guy that answered the phone today at 4:42 est if they ship to Canada and he never said they do not ship to Canada. He only said someone would contact me about the order; also there shipping options list Canada as a destination.

Question:

It says orders are shipped over night. My order I'm waiting on is coming from Florida on a 2-day priority shipping, not overnight. I paid for the gold shipping 1-3 days and on the site it says I should receive my package no later than day 4. I'm on day 6

Answer:
3 weeks past and my ball python still wasn't shipped
