It says orders are shipped over night. My order I'm waiting on is coming from Florida on a 2-day priority shipping, not overnight. I paid for the gold shipping 1-3 days and on the site it says I should receive my package no later than day 4. I'm on day 6

Try emailing them, they should give you a number. Text that number after 2:00 on a business day, Once every hour until they call. Then you should be able to contact them.

I waited 5 weeks and NEVER received the snake i ordered for my sons birthday. I have no idea how this shady business is still in business. Scum of the earth these people are.
