I live in Canada and ordered a Bull snake. I called the number and asked if they ship to Canada. I asked the guy that answered the phone today at 4:42 est if they ship to Canada and he never said they do not ship to Canada. He only said someone would contact me about the order; also there shipping options list Canada as a destination.

I recently ordered a baby Albino Pacman Frog on Dec. 6/2015. Haven't got an email from Reptile City. So I sent them an E-mail asking for the tracking info on the frog for shipping. Didn't receive a reply until today when I sent Reptile City another email saying I was going to cancel my order if I didn't hear from them about the frog if it was going to be shipped or when it was going to be ready. The email I got back said that he will gladly refund my order - GOAY. I don't even know what GOAY means. I wouldn't place an order with this company. Still waiting for the funds to be added back into my account but haven't received my refund yet either and it is Jan. 1/2016.

I have charges in process. He owes me my $553.00 when I called and canceled my order. EITHER WAY HE IS GOING DOWN. I have a attorney that now picked up on my case.

James if I don't here from this Felton guy by Monday I'm calling this number you provided he owes me 243 dollars and I picked the 3-5 day shipping this was on the 14 when I placed my order and here I am today reading these reviews I'm so fucking pissed cuz I've ordered from him before did get my animals and yes I'm a box with no fragile or live animal just a plain old box but I've called him about 4 times already including today now me having to loose my job 243 dollars is a lot for me to loose I will take a trip and pay him a visit
