I purchased a female baby Kinkajou from this fun and extremely professional store, Felton who specializes in Mammals there WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC from the moment we first spoke until a few weeks later when we picked our little companion at the airport. Felton sent us informative DIY videos before we've received our Kinkajou, regularly fallowed up with me to see how she was doing and if we needed anything else after we've received her which I thought was so incredibly caring. It's been 6 weeks since our new little companion entered our lives and we couldn't be more thrilled with the Kinkajou we've got, we brought her to the vet twice for vaccines and deworming and our New York exotic veterinarian agreed she was 100 % healthy and well cared for before we got her. I will keep on doing business with them, they provided us with a fantastic exotic pet and deserve a 5 Stars review while Felton with his passionate work ethic, super conscientious and sky high level of care for the Kinkajou he sold us deserved 10 Stars just to himself. Great place filled with great people and where we got an amazing pet from!
I purchased a Mississippi Map Turtle from this company and they emailed me telling the turtle would be shipped out on the 7th as overnight, because shipping was 19.99 for overnight. I never received a tracking number so I emailed them back and they told me that they were shipping him on the 8th do to a delay. They finally sent me a tracking number and told me to call the. The guy I spoke with had a attitude because he said I emailed him too much. Which I sent 4 emails because I heard nothing back and go no tracking number, but he said he just shipped the turtle on the 8th and gave me the tracking. I went online to check and it said 2-3 day priority shipping. I called the post office and they told me the package takes 2-3 days to arrive because they sent it priority. I told him it was a live turtle and they said the shipping didn't state is was an animal because it is manditory that animals are expressed mailed overnight. They paid arou $6.00 to ship the turtle and he has been the box since the 7th at 11:50am. It is the 9th at: 45pm and he still has not arrived. I hope he is still alive. I would never order from this company if I were you. Animal abuse. Someone should shut them down.
Worst place on earth after kindly talking to Felton Willis about not receiving a order that was payed for I was cursed out and disrespected for no reason
I received two sick skinny animals barley hanging on to life and one dead animal skinny and the ones that weren't even packaged his response was I got free shipping what do I expect from him, the all the turtles were stacked and crammed in a small deli container and he was totally rude and unacceptable, I would not reccomend buying any pets here, this was the worst experience I've had ordering reptiles online
He was mad at the fact I asked if I can be helped with my experience and that's when he got loud and hung up in my face, he sounded drunk or high on some drug, he really needs to be stopped I have contacted everyone needed to after further research and now after seeing him post my personal info and lying about my experience with him I'm looking forward in seeking legal action so these pets are helped and no other pets are harmed by this pathetic person scamming people and killing pets
I was out more than 15.98 I was out dead turtles plus turtles that weren't even included I payed for I was out 40$ plus 15.98 so around 60$ any real business person would know that
Had an order for around 188$ so the shipping was free. Was supposed to ship in 6 to 10 business days. Order place on Aug 4th and still no order. I call and they will say will check on it and email you the status of your order. Never get an email. Call the next day and was told working on order now. Should ship tonight, will update you via email, no email. Call again the following day, now they are out of red bellies, okay I said I can take something else, like a cooter or something would be fine. Was told dont know if we can do that. Will let you know via email, again no email. Call again the next day, okay they will give me something else instead of red bellies, order will ship tonight, you will get an email, again, no email! No Order! Call again and now I am told no sidenecks,! Are you freaking kidding me. Thay tell me we only have B grade. I say okay, that will be fine, just ship my order. Was told well we have more coming in today. We will email you if they donrt come in. Again no email that day, call the next morning, was told will call you back in 20 min, not in office. Okay waited for call, no call, but guess what, I got an email. Just wow, and the email said we can send you y=the b grade anaimals but not til next week! WTF! So I cancellede order and now waiting for refund. I wonder how long this will take! Never will I give them my busniess again! Worst ever!
I live in Buffalo Ny, the reason I went through Reptile City is due to Covid- 19 it was my sons birthday, and he's been wanting a bearded dragon. The pet stores up here were currently closed. When I place my order I paid 50$ for fast shipping EE, I emailed Felton and told him it was my sons birthday I would like them to be here as soon as possible. He said for " got it" that was his response. So days later I did not receive any notification that they were shipped. I emailed him again, I was a bit concerned due to the fact I paid 50$ for fast shipping and there was absolutely no communication unless I emailed him which he was extremely short with me. He said your file will be here on Saturday May 9th. So my poor son up at 7am waiting all day for these beardies to arrive. Nothing. I looked up USPS which I heard that if a company mails threw them that's not good. So they were mailed the 5th of May it is the 12th and I'm very very nervous that my son is going to receive dead dragons. I can't even imagine this- here Happy Birthday with some sick or dead Dragons you have been waiting for since April.
The communication with this place is absolutely horrendous. I called them and the man on the phone was very short, and not very friendly at all. I'm so sorry I went through this place. Now Petsmart is open and we went and saw these absolutely adorable healthy little guys and I felt so bad for my son. So today, I emailed Felton and asked why these Dragons are late and if they will come in even alive being in a box for over a week - not one reply back to me this is just so pathetic to say the least. Not only that I feel bad for these poor baby dragons, obviously this place doesn't give to s$&@ about their animals. Just truly disappointed, you think they would change if they have so many horrible reviews from so many people. I wish I would of read reviews before I bothered purchasing from this place. Don't bother go to another place! Buyer beware. I have NEVER in my life dealt with individuals who run a company that our careless and unprofessional. I want a full refund for this crap we had to go through, still waiting for these Dragons to come. I am beyond mad at this point.
Answer: I live in Canada and ordered a Bull snake. I called the number and asked if they ship to Canada. I asked the guy that answered the phone today at 4:42 est if they ship to Canada and he never said they do not ship to Canada. He only said someone would contact me about the order; also there shipping options list Canada as a destination.
