The little guys arrived and are now set up in their enclosers all 4 were alive a little cold and the sailfins were a little beat up from the trip the one with out the nose rub is scraped up in its top crest but other then that they are healthy looking and very much happy now both have full bellies and are resting in their terriaum thank you guys for being super professional and speedy on the order we have had a very difficult road dealing with back water and reptile city neither were as friendly nor helpful with this order reptile city put our order on hold for more then a month with no phone calls no emails he was very rude and inconsiderate, and when it was time to get our order going after hounding him for 2 days he told me "oh I just got an email saying we only have one";( back waters website lies and says they have them in stock even today after we confirmed they did not have them in stock over 2 months ago it was very refreshing to have people genuinely care about our order and feelings and to immediately check to see if you had them in stock I will definitly being goimg through you guys in the future if we purchase any more critters! So thank the team for helping us out as much as they did!

If I could give these guys no stars I would! I gave them a chance even though I saw the terrible reviews me thinking well maybe some of these people just wanted a free animal well turns out you should listen to all these bad reviews. I ordered 1 "flame" bearded dragon 2 geckos and paid $100+ So I got the 3-5 processing time and after the 6th day I started to get concerned no emails no calls nothing! They do not communicate and they are very very rude they don't ever give you an exact answer just excuses after them not ever shipping my package it's already the 9th day and I'm thinking hey today might be the day I receive them NOPE! Still never shipped out so I decided to just get a refund on my order and still nothing they do not communicate with you no emails, text, calls NOTHING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH REPTILE CITY DO NOT! They will take your money and not give it back apparently they sent me a refund but it's going to take 3-5 days I call BS I never received an email confirmation for my refund they are stealing people's money BEWARE!

Pleeeese don't order from this place! No response, 30 days later! No one answers! What a joke!

Scam never recived my frog or a refund contacted them muiltple times. Over a 5 month period please save your money. How are they in business scammers

I ordered from reptile city without first reading the reviews, and it freaked me out. I was so sure I was gonna get a dead Chameleon. I now have the chameleon, and he's pretty healthy and a little chubby. The issues I have with this place is the deceit. According to the website, the animal will not be left on your doorstep, and you must sign to receive the animal. The animal will also be shipped with a cooling pack overnight. None of this is true. I got a notification the he was being shipped at around 10 in the morning, and the company claimed to be from Honey Grove Texas. The package was shipped in the middle of the day from Florida, and I live in Austin. The package was not labeled FRAGILE, CONTAINS LIVE ANIMAL, or anything of the sorts. It was just a cube. Due to this, the doorbell wasn't rung when he got here, leaving him to sit on my porch for 3 HOURS. When I was getting worried, I checked the porch and there he was. He was in a l plastic container, surrounded by newspaper. He was obviously eager to get out, and when he did, he started running. Faster than a chameleon should. Poor guy, but he was beautiful. Brightly colored, indicating that he was in a good mood. He was pretty dry, and they're naturally humid creatures, and he's adjusting nicely to his new home, but I will not be ordering from these people again. I got my chameleon, but that was all they followed through with. They were also incredibly hard to get ahold of. Don't order from them unless you are looking to save money because they have a free shipping option "within 30 business days." My little dude took 16 b days to get here, but it was worth it. He's happily hunting crickets in his new home, but I'm glad he was shipped to someone who knew what she was doing.

Terrible customer service, was suppose to receive 7 turtles and a water dragon in 3-5 days but it took almost two weeks, turtle (deformed foot with a gash on its head) and water dragon (obviously sick) both died a week after I recieved them, charged me for shipping even though I qualified for free shipping because I spent over 100 said I would get a refund, had to contact them a week and a half later because I still had no refund in account, told me they had to speak with accounting which obviously they never did in a week and a couple days, so I told them I would like to have a Jackson chameleon being that I was charged 40 dollars for shipping and the chameleon was 40 being the price was the same, they agree and said I would receive chameleon 3-5 days once again, I contacted them about 7 days later because I still havent received, so they became upset because I questioned them about the whole situation with no explanation on why I havent received the chameleon even though they told me it was being shipped the day before because I email and asked when will it be shipped, so once again they said they would issue a refund of 40 so they could close the account and be done with it after I told them I would rather just receive the chameleon and be done with it. So now Im waiting on the refund which they claim will be posted in 24-48 hours. The whole experience was terrible and hard to deal with over a month dealing with one order!

I ordered 2 garter snakes from them and they came in a box unmarked just a plain brown boy it didn't say anything about a snake and when I opened the box after it taking 3 days to get here after they shipped it even tho I told them the order needed cancel I told them to cancel it on the 8th and they didn't cancel it and they shipped on the 11th and the packaging was horrible just a bunch of newspaper with a bag with newspaper and 2 dead snakes both of their heads were squshed I even took them out of the nasty smelling bag to make sure they were dead before I threw it away since the smell was horrible and I didn't want to throw a live snake away and they were hot to the touch and looked to have been dead for at least a day if not more and since its summer and the hotter months they should have at least added a cool pack to make sure they didn't overheat but they didn't so I opened the box and found 2 very dead snakes with smashed heads. I would not recommend and will not buy from here again.

The main advice I would give customers
That purchase from Reptile City is to keep an eye on your email account
For emails from Reptile City, because you might not get multiple days
Notice before you receive your delivery. More like 1 day notice before
Or same day notice early in the morning. I have no issues with this
Since I always have somebody available at home to receive my package.
Just a heads up for people.

Experience with them has been well. I have even called and spoke to
Somebody over the phone before. All I can say is different people have
Different expectations. But for me Reptile City is batting 100.
