A birthday gift was ordered and paid for on 2/25/21. The item was never shipped. I have spoken to this company numerous times to get a refund. There has been no refund issued. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
They don't answer your messages and when call the guy doesn't even take time to talk. I order 3 tree frogs n they were not healthy at all n one was dead and both my hatchlings turtles came to me dead. NO HOLES IN BOX TO BREATHE N THEY DIDN'T SAY LIVE ANIMALS ON THE BOX N THEY CAME VERY DRY.

Ordered my frog in December and i never received my FROG! They lied to me many times about when I'll get my order. They don't awnser my calls and they are completely horrific. They for sure scammed me. DONT ORDER HERe
My daughter wanted a Sulcatta tortoise for Christmas, I ordered one early December for her only to be let down. The company failed to make the shipment by Christmas, together we searched the net for a BETTER company and we found yours and we got our new tortoise safe and sound in new Jersey, very professional, will definitely come back and highly recommend or organization!

I have not bought from these inexperienced sellers and after reading ALL of your reviews I NEVER WILL! I am VERY upset now after reading these extremely sad reviews. I have purchased 2 African sidenecks from a pet store who's supplier was selling dying turtles. 1 passed in a month and I was refunded immediately and the other became very ill. She went to the vet for 6 weeks on the pet stores expense and have had her home for 6 months now. They also quit selling turtles altogether for this reason. My point is that is how a legitimate business is ran NOT what is said in numerous reviews on this site! PLEASE SHUT THESE SITES DOWN AND FIND A NEW SCAM WERE POOR ANIMALS LIVES ARE NOT AT YOUR EXPENSE! Thanks $#*! on the phone
Really crazy to see any negative reviews. Ive ordered 4 times from this place. And every time has been a good outcome. Ive gotten savannah monitor, water monitor, nile monitor, iguana, pacman frog, and few ball python. And everyone that i have got for my customers have been very happy with them. If you have any needs or questiond then felton will answer everytime and be happy to help. And hes even been nice enough to help make shipping better just today even hes gave me better shipping then what i asked for. I appriciate that forsure. But yes this place is awesome. They got great animals and help alot. Even if youve had lil bad luck once ide try again and try getting a little better shipping because im sure it was the package carriers doing because this place is 5 star.
I ordered a yellow rat snake on the 27th of June 2019 with 30 days to receive. It never came. I emailed today to ask for a refund. Items only $50 but we will see how it goes.
Asian Forest Scorpion CB babies, buy one get one free. I didn't have any problems whatsoever, I emailed Felton with questions that I had and he answered almost immediately. I opted for the free shipping that could take up to one month but I placed my order on September 2nd and it arrived on September 8th. That's Awesome! All the scorplings that I received are healthy and they were packaged great, the container they were in had damp sphagnum moss and they were packaged with newspaper around them inside of a box. Reptile City definitely cares about their customer service and their animals. THANK YOU, REPTILE CITY! (You can only see three in the picture but there are more, all are healthy).

Very rude people. The guy caught a attitude with me and insulted me on the phone. And they don't package their animals correctly. Your critters will be dead in a day if you buy from them!
I had ordered 3 green Basilisk babies, 2 fire belly frogs and 2 fire belly newts.
The frogs were simply not in the order. The newts and basilisks arrived in a UNMARKED PRIORITY MAIL FLAT RATE ENVELOPE! Newts dead on arrival. 1 Basilisk dead after turning to a skeleton for the next 2 weeks, a second followed him the week after. One survived the ordeal to grow up... no response to complaint, no refund, no new animals, no apology. Sick bastards sending live animals without a proper marking on the package, never mind illegal.
Very upset with their business practice... received an email stating my lizards would be delivered on a specific date took day off of work and bo arrival... i call them and they tell me its going out on that mon so i take tues off work and still no show... i call and they offer no compensation ans say that its going out today... i demanded a refund and hope they refund my $

I order three turtles packaging was disgusting two days after the arrival one of them died and another was wrong turtle I called them over six weeks And I didn't get nothing from them you can find so many other retail stores online trust me do not deal with retail city they don't know what they doing every week I called they act that they don't know anything about anything whenever deal with them anymore
The baby red dragon came to day and she is so pretty! Thank you Mr Willis for helping us get this pretty girl our boy is so excited he is glass dancing bobing his head showing off to her!

I used this company to buy small turtles for my son and they always deliver on time, this is the second time I order from them and the turtles are in a great shape, thanks so much!
Although the yellow belly sliders arrived safe (and SUPER CUTE), I'm not impressed with the way they were packaged. They were SOOO excited to hop in the warm aquarium and take a swim. They were dry when they arrived, one was upside down and unable to move and the heating element in the box was cold.
